Montenegro: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Comune di Càttaro

La camera era spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con una bella vista sulla piscina e verso il mare. Ci piaceva molto passare tempo in zona di spa, e ogni mattina il colazione era fresco e delizioso. La posizione è circa un 40-minute passeggiata a Kotor Old Town, che non ci importava affatto come le sceniche viste costiere lungo la strada lo facevano un piacevole passeggiata. Un aspetto che si è detratto dalla nostra esperienza è stato l'incongruenza nell'ospitalità del personale, mentre molti membri del team erano gentili, benvenuti e utili, l'esperienza iniziale di check-in era deludente. Il membro del personale che ci ha controllati si è incontrato come inamici, e un'altra interazione ha incluso un commento improvviso lungo le linee di “tu hai quello che paghi”, che si è sentito inappropriato e non professionale. Dato che in altre recensioni si presentano feedback analoghi, potrebbe essere utile rafforzare la formazione per il servizio clienti per garantire un'esperienza costantemente accogliente e rispettosa per tutti gli ospiti.

Ho lasciato i miei occhiali al hotel, ma solo mi sono reso conto che erano scomparsi il giorno dopo che avevo già controllato e trasferito in un altro hotel. Ho contattato il servizio clienti di Trip.com per aiutarmi a raggiungere l'hotel e trovare i miei occhiali. L'Hotel Heritage ha confermato che li avevo lasciati nella mia stanza quando sono andato fuori. Il giorno dopo, ho contattato l'hotel di nuovo e ho chiesto se potessi riavviare i miei occhiali solari quella sera, mentre andava via dal Montenegro all'aeroporto alle 6:00 del mattino. L'Hotel Heritage ha organizzato gentilmente per qualcuno che mi consegnasse i miei occhiali e non mi ha pagato alcuna tassa.

The place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊). I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩 Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️ On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.

Questo è l'hotel più costoso di questo viaggio. Il servizio complessivo è buono. L'atteggiamento del cameriere è buono. Il paesaggio dell'hotel è OK. Ma l'hotel non offre assolutamente acqua potabile gratuita, né un vaso d'acqua, e un vaso d'acqua può comprare. Non so se l'intera città di Cotole sia così. Poiché l'hotel non è vicino alla città antica, non può raggiungere a piedi, non c'è cibo intorno. Il cibo può essere mangiato in hotel. Non importa la colazione o la cena, è una regola media. Non è troppo soddisfacente, il prezzo non è economico. In generale, è un hotel che non è ad alto prezzo, ma può essere una situazione generale nella zona di Kotor.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Un ottimo hotel con servizio elevato! Inizialmente abbiamo comprato una stanza con vista sul giardino dove era molto comodo, ma non una TV. Ci siamo rivolti al respiratore, e il manager principale ci ha offerto di considerare altre opzioni, nella categoria molto più alta! Eravamo pronti a pagare, ma ci sono stati forniti gratuitamente:) La vista era bella! Ottimo riempimento di stanza, c'è tutto! La cucina è molto conveniente! c'è anche una piscina con formaggi. Prima di questo abbiamo fermato nel Montenegrino Lodge, che era tre volte più costoso e il servizio era semplicemente terribile (il trasferimento promesso non è venuto per noi, su cui, a ripensare, semplicemente striscia le spalle, anche se li ho chiamati dall'aeroporto!). Questi 2 hotel sono a pochi passi e siamo felici di trovare Casa Collection! Grazie per tutto e per il successo! Vi consigliamo 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Очень красивый вид из окна и из бассейна. Очень приятный, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, спасибо им большое, во всем старались помочь! Вкусная еда в ресторане. По расположению - там нет общественного транспорта рядом, а такси дорогое, поэтому советую брать машину в аренду. Пешком дойти до города очень сложно. Номер слегка уставший, но симпатичный и в нем все есть, он довольно просторный, поэтому не критично.
