The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Molto buona esperienza, l'hotel è nuovo, le strutture sono complete, ci sono utensili da cucina che possono fare alcuni piatti semplici.Perché la nuova stanza del negozio avrà un certo sapore decorativo.
Il colazione del ristorante è molto buono. La cosa più importante da menzionare è il servizio. Siamo andati al negozio di mezzanotte. Il personale della reception, Avinash, è molto paziente e entusiasta per aiutarci a spiegare le strutture della stanza e portarci nella stanza.Vale la pena tornare indietro.

It's a beautiful property with all the amenities possible. The hospitality is top notch and staff is very courteous n cooperative. Ms. Ankita made sure that our check-in, stay & check-out was smooth. The room was spacious with a garden *****. The dinner & breakfast spread was lavish and sumptuous.
I recommend this resort for sure if anyone is visiting Mashobra as the views are serene & tranquil here. Keep up the good work Regenta Team!!

The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all.
The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day.
The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though.
The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning.
I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression.
Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff.
Would recommend for short stay.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

UUtente ospiteVery smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

MMartinThis hotel is perfectly located if you want to overstay at the airport to catch an early flight the next day. However, you have to shortly go out of the airport and then come back at the hotel entrance where you have to pass an annoying luggage security check. The room was clean and very modern since the hotel is relatively new. A few months ago, they were serving a breakfast buffet but now it is a ”a la carte” menu which takes very long to be served, eg. about 30 minutes; important to know if you are in hurry to catch a flight.
