La Sanctuary Villa Battambang è davvero all'altezza del suo nome: un rifugio tranquillo immerso nella natura. 🌿 L'atmosfera era rilassante e perfetta per una fuga di relax. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il design accogliente della villa e l'atmosfera tranquilla che si respira in tutta la struttura. Ciò che ha reso speciale il soggiorno è stato il servizio impeccabile. Il personale è stato cordiale, attento e sempre pronto ad aiutarvi con un sorriso. 😊 La piscina e il giardino erano perfetti per rilassarsi e ci siamo sentiti completamente ricaricati dopo il nostro soggiorno. Questo è sicuramente un posto in cui ci piacerebbe tornare per un po' di tranquillità. Altamente consigliato se cercate comfort e tranquillità.

Il personale era incredibile, amichevole, attento e sempre disposto ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, che ha fatto una grande differenza per la nostra esperienza. L'hotel è moderno e molto pulito, con camere ben mantenute. Un aspetto standout è stato il frigorifero di dimensioni piene nella stanza, che è stato un grande supplemento e qualcosa che non si trova spesso, rende un soggiorno più lungo molto più conveniente. La colazione ha offerto una grande varietà, con una buona combinazione di opzioni asiatiche e occidentali, quindi ogni mattina c'era qualcosa per tutti. C’erano solo pochi piccoli scalzi, l’acqua della piscina era un po’ oscura durante il nostro soggiorno, che si è ritirato leggermente dall’esperienza, e anche il bagno poteva essere migliorato con qualche posto per appendere le tovaglie, perché questo era un po’ scomodo. In generale, un hotel confortevole e ben gestito con un personale eccellente, solo pochi minori miglioramenti renderebbero ancora meglio.

Well I will start by saying we will be back! We are CNDs semi/retired in Phnom Penh. We needed a break feom the hustle and bustle of the big city and tried this resort. We were greeted with the sweetest most helpful young lady, missed her name, that took great care of us. As we walked passed the pool area and restaurant to our lakeside cabin I knew this was what we needed. It's gorgeous, clean, friendly and gardeners are so busy keeping it all clean but ever so discreetly. It was perfect! We're so happy we've found our escape place! Room 4 lakeside is so private and a deck right at the edge of the pond that has blooming lilies on it. Like a scene from a romantic movie. Thank you reception staff and restaurant staff for a beautiful get-away. We couldn't have asked for more. Oh and the food!! Top notch.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the hotel enjoying breakfasts and evening meals every day as well as drinks from the bar and their happy hour The staff were exemplary with all the team making us feel welcome and special The rooms were fantastic, very large and the bathrooms well equipped and spacious The pool/bar/ garden area is very calm and peaceful making it a perfect area to relax and recuperate Breakfasts and evening meals were great quality. Breakfast fruits, western or Cambodian style is offered and there is lots of it!! Evening meals are very reasonably priced and there is a good variety and options I can’t believe we were so lucky to chose this location and hotel for our 3 day stay in battenbang……it’s outstanding

The Ramchang Guest House... is a bit of a way outside the ”city.” Battambang feels like a large, overgrown village. The hotel itself reminded me of country guest houses in Mexico. The hotel is in the midst of rice-paddies. Easy to get to the town by TukTuk. The room was not large, but was comfortable. AC worked well. Comfortable beds, with good linens. The dining room serves delicious and affordable meals. They have a good laundry service. The sweet lady even ironed my clothes. (I haven't had an ironed shirt in over 20 years!) There is a swimming pool in the lush, tropical garden. Frangipani flowers under foot scented our meanders through the garden. Over-all a great place. Note: Very little English spoken.

L'Hotel Seng Hout è stato ampliato in modo significativo e ora ha 2 edifici. La sicurezza è leggermente compromesso, poiché c'è ora una passeggiata all'aperto lungo le finestre di molte camere, con alcune di queste finestre incapace di chiudere completamente - anche se non c'è stato alcun incidente di sicurezza effettivo durante il nostro soggiorno. Le strutture e la pulizia sono minime ma funzionali. Il personale si batte un po' con semplici richieste come la carta da bagno o le maglie supplementari (il maglione è più piccolo del letto, quindi può essere difficile condividere in letti matrimoniali - ma non è disponibile alcuna altra). Tuttavia, funzionale e confortevole soggiorno per il prezzo.

This was a very pleasant stay, it's a well maintained guest house with large spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and sold water by the reception. It is located well in the town with plenty of access to cafes and restaurants. The pool is situated a short walk from the guest house which is a very lovely space to hang out and cool off. The bathroom functioned well with a good shower, however there was some mould on the ceiling. The room had yellow curtains which did allow for a fair amount of light through in the morning which some may find disturbing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room is beautiful but I don't love the tiles. I wish they installed a ceiling fan at the balcony. Bathroom tiles are a bit tired. I don't like how they put the shower gel etc in a bottle. I wish they provided slippers as the room floor is fully tiled, not wooden flooring. The room also doesn't have phone, so for sny request, you have to go down. The staff were great, spoke good English and they recommended a great tuktuk driver and booked our bus ticket to Siem Reap. The hotel did not charge extra for the services.

We stayed here a week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not much in the immediate vicinity but a short Tuk Tuk ride to the centre. The room next door is only separated by a door and one night we had neighbours that partied late and woke early. Not ideal when you have young kids. The property needs a bit of maintenance as our shower dripped water across the floor flooding the bathroom nightly. In need of a spruce up and probably not worth the money we paid.

An absolute gem! The homestay was incredibly peaceful, clean, and comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The hosts were wonderfully welcoming, and I highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet getaway.
