Had a great stay at Huis Ten Borsch. The hotel has an old world charm in hotel grand dining hall and spacious gardens. The hotel is location within a picturesque 5- 10 minutes walk to nearby train station which allows you to visit nearby areas like Nagasaki or Arita. Breakfast was great with a good spread. Family mart is located within the hotel too! We had an enjoyable stay!

The hotel is a little dated, but service is good. There is a public bath, but no gym. The hotel is very close to Huis Ten Bosch and has a private gate going to HTB once you have already purchase a ticket. You can request for extra pillows to use for free and you can choose pillow type (soft, medium, hard)

I was quite disappointed with this booking made via Trip.com. I specifically booked a Deluxe Japanese Western style room with an outdoor hot bath, as the outdoor hot bath was a key reason for choosing this room. Upon check-in, I discovered that there was no outdoor hot bath, and I was informed that the room I had booked was not available. Initially, I was told that I had booked a room that did not include a hot tub. However, after checking my booking details, it was clear that the room I reserved was indeed supposed to come with an outdoor hot bath. To their credit, the hotel staff did try to assist by finding a last-minute alternative room that still had a bathtub that comes with a view. However, this replacement room had a much more limited view compared to the original room we had chosen, and it was not equivalent to what was advertised and booked. Additionally, the window in the room was quite flimsy and dirty, and with the temperature being rather cold, this further affected the comfort of the stay. Because we had a very limited itinerary, a significant amount of time was spent resolving this issue and arranging a replacement room. As a result, some of our planned activities had to be cancelled, which further impacted the overall experience. Overall, this was a rather disappointing experienc eespecially because this was the first time I had booked this type of room as a surprise for my girlfriend, who was really looking forward to the outdoor hot bath. Unfortunately, the key feature that made this booking special was missing, which significantly affected the stay. I hope that Trip.com can take note of this issue and ensure that rooms are marked as unavailable once fully booked, to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests.

L'Hotel Belleview di Nagasaki ha superato le mie aspettative e ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero memorabile. Un hotel molto confortevole situato a circa 400 metri dalla stazione Nagasaki, con una fermata a tram, una fermata a bus e un negozio di comodità a destra della porta. Glover Garden, il Museo della Bomba atomica, il Parco di pace e la Cinatown sono tutti a pochi passi da terra. Staying at Hotel Indigo Nagasaki Glover Street was a highlight of our trip to Nagasaki. The hotel is beautifully designed with a distinct British colonial character that fits perfectly into the historic Glover Garden neighbourhood — stepping outside, you’re just moments from Oura Cathedral and some of Nagasaki’s most iconic sights. The rooms are immaculate, stylishly appointed, and the bathrobes were a lovely touch after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast at Restaurant Cathedréclat — set inside what feels like a converted chapel — was a real experience in itself, with a tasty Japanese option that was genuinely delicious. The staff deserve a special mention: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Service was flawless from check-in to check-out. The only minor thing I’d flag — and it really is minor — is that the pillows are on the thin and soft side, which might not suit everyone who prefers a bit more support. A firmer pillow option would make this hotel absolutely perfect.
