Giappone: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Prefettura di Osaka

Hai mai soggiornato in un hotel in cui devi toglierti le scarpe prima di entrare? Beh, questo è il posto giusto. Spaworld offre diversi tipi di onsen/saune provenienti da diverse parti del mondo. Con un parco acquatico per bambini, offre anche qualcosa da fare a tutti. Questo hotel offre principalmente check-in e check-out automatici, ma la parte frustrante è che devi scansionare un braccialetto per entrare ogni volta (che non sempre funziona). Per quanto riguarda l'esperienza, è stata fantastica. Attenzione a chi viaggia con bagagli: l'hotel non consente il pagamento per il trasporto dei bagagli in hotel, ma è sufficiente recarsi al Family Market e il personale sarà lieto di assistervi. Grazie per l'esperienza!

Waldorf ha impostato il tono per l'intero hotel di lusso a Osaka, merita il più alto premio. Dalla partenza dell'auto all'entrata dell'hotel, l'esperienza emotiva è inesistente. Quando si raggiunge la zona di accoglienza, le tolette e il tè sono la prima cosa che si trova che lo mette lontano da altri hotel di lusso. L'unica suggerimento che potrei fare è che se qualcuno si siede durante l'ispezione sarebbe meglio di stare al servizio di ricezione. Altri membri del personale che hanno lasciato un'impressione profonda includono Yui e una ragazza che ci ha mostrato nella nostra stanza (non ricordo il suo nome, ma ricordo che mi ha insegnato che Yui si chiama Y e I; lei era tutti sorridente, in spiriti alti, Il nostro ritorno all'hotel, molto tardi, ci ha portato al bar vicino all'ingresso posteriore per bere. Il barista era molto attento e il bevanda benvenuta era delizioso. Poiché il nostro prossimo destino era relativamente vicino all'hotel, il personale all'ingresso (lo dimenticavo, ma ricordo che era breve e aveva braccialetti; il suo spettacolo era perfetto quel giorno) ha organizzato un'auto dell'hotel per scortarci lì. Il conducente era italiano, molto professionale, e aveva un'ottima atteggiamento. Le parole di gratitudine non sono sufficienti per lodare questo eccellente conducente. Se il punteggio massimo di un hotel è 5, gli darei un 6. In verità, esso rappresenta l'immagine di un hotel di lusso e lo consiglierei a chiunque. Sono certamente tornato sul mio prossimo viaggio. Booked a one-night stay in Doubletree by Hilton Osaka Castle during our recent cruise vacation. The hotel had an awesome view overlooking the magnificent castle. We also had a wonderful breakfast experience and would like to commend the warmth service provided by the staff Aki. Definitely worth it!

Great location, just above the train station of Osaka Central. Room is huge and clean. Service is great as well. We got our room ready before check-in time, which is lucky for us and good so that we can relax a bit before going out to explore the city. Will definitely come back to stay here next time.

+The location was really nice, very serene with lots of mountains surrounding the ryokan; +Relatively easy to access (pretty far from Osaka, but close to the train station); +Staff speaks English, so you shouldn't have issues with communication; +They have a lot of instructions/maps/manuals on how to fully enjoy the ryokan, so you shouldn't have trouble figuring out the basics. ~Food was mostly ok, nothing bad or spectacular, good portions; ~Although they do have some SPA elements, it's really not a lot (basically nothing except hot springs and massage) -It's certainly on the older side (not in the sense of it being particularly historical, rather that it would benefit from some renovations), but maybe that adds to the ambiance for some people; -The actual inn territory is rather small, so you won't have much to explore without going outside. Overall, I think it's a good first ryokan to familiarize yourself with the culture a bit, but I wouldn't necessarily refer to it as particularly impressive/authentic experience.

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

Questo è il mio quinto viaggio a Osaka. Strutture e cordialità di Jikwin. Cibo a buffet. Dotonbori, Castello di Osaka. Stazione Umeda, Stazione Honmachi, ecc., la distanza è ragionevole e, soprattutto, la zona circostante è tranquilla. Di fronte c'è un minimarket. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto in quanto ha soddisfatto la soddisfazione del viaggio. Sono disposto al 100% a tornarci la prossima volta. Una dipendente giapponese che è brava in coreano e dell'età di Iida era lì, quindi non ci sono stati problemi di comunicazione una comoda sistemazione di viaggio per le 5 notti in cui ho soggiornato lì, me lo ricordo.^~^.-♡

The hotel was clean and the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though there is some room for improvement. The water service was a bit confusing; we were told to get water ourselves from the cold food section, but seeing other tables having water delivered made the experience less pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay!

We have just completed our final day in Osaka, and our stay at your hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. The property and its facilities are outstanding—immaculately clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The service throughout our stay has been truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the Bellman team on the 1st floor. They consistently offered assistance with genuine warmth and never hesitated to help with anything we needed. In particular, the tall gentleman from Myanmar (my apologies for not asking his name) stood out for his excellent service. Regarding check-in, although there was an initial oversight in reconfirming our booking benefits and communicating certain details, this was quickly resolved when we approached the counter again and met Kiki. He handled everything with calm professionalism and a refined, welcoming manner that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel. I would also like to highlight the Chat Service team. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they responded promptly and efficiently through the LINE application, assisting with every request—including detailed information about Osaka. Kudos to your entire Front Office team. Our afternoon tea experience, with a window seat and wonderful tea selection, was another highlight. It made our last day truly memorable. We highly recommend it to future guests. Well done to the Patina Osaka team. We will definitely return.
