Marocco: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Souss-Massa

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

The location was perfect, offering beautiful ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is good too. Overall, it’s a nice option for a quiet getaway by the sea.

L'hotel è molto buono. Il personale è molto gentile e attento e sempre pronto a servirvi e rispondere alle vostre richieste con un sorriso sul loro viso. Il personale del front desk è sorprendente. Era il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e ci hanno dato una stanza migliorata con piscina e vista sul mare e la hanno decorata! Molto apprezzato. Il cibo era grande in tutti i ristoranti. L'unica cosa ”meno positiva” (non critica) che direi era che il ristorante BLU, che si presume sia per la carne di mare, ma che la sera che ci siamo trovati, non aveva la carne di mare (almeno ciò che consideramo come la carne di mare in Portogallo) e riguardava principalmente i pesci, che erano stati i pesci. tutto bene cucinato in ogni caso e ci siamo divertiti con il cibo. Le strutture intorno alla piscina sono molto buone. Bar al lato della piscina serve pizza e snack caldi tutto il giorno! Bambini area e un bar serve bevande tutto il giorno. 24/7 Caffetteria nel lobby dell'hotel. Pasticceria e f bevono molte di alta qualità. Non potrei chiederle più sinceramente. Se ci ritroveremo mai a Agadir, questo sarà senza dubbio il luogo dove rimarremo! Accesso diretto alla spiaggia

Hotel et personnel sympa malgré les désagréments à notre arrivée à cause de l’agence de réservation, je conseil fortement l’hôtel (aliment à améliorer , avec plus de plats traditionnels)

Employer sympa hôtel propre mais manque de serviette et gel . Petit dej a 4e par tête et il n ya rien pas de yaourt ni fruit petit morceau de pain café nul .j'ai repris un double expresso s'était de l'eau .a fuir le déjeuner

Отель стоит своих денег. Очень удобное расположение, всё в шаговой доступности. Персонал доброжелательный, отзывчивый, начиная от портье заканчивая горничными ( притараканили фен, мыло дополнительно). Завтрак континентальный, любая хотелка будет исполнена). Клопов, тараканов нет. Чисто, убираются каждый день, свежие полотенца. Если едете в Агадир тусить и без привязки к еде, то самое то.

Mal rapporto qualità prezzo. Le personnel n’era super gentile à l’accueil .. a evitar pendant la haute saison car l'hôtel sera plein de touristes ; buffets très basiques avec peu de choix, impossible de réserver des repas dans les 2 restaurants de l'hôtel, impossible d'avoir un transat à la piscine car ils seront réservés par les turismi molto presto al mattino ....

Really good experience. Breakfast was adequate , Mr. Mohamed, the restaurant manager was very hospitable. The entire staff was friendly & also was able to give us a free upgrade to the room with view. Although the WiFi was not the best in the room, we were ok. Overall, a good stay for a 3 day trip. Great location (9min walk from the beach).
