From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel welcome. The property is beautifully maintained, with serene surroundings and easy access to the beach, making it a perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering stunning views and a relaxing ambiance. The food was delicious with a great variety, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. Special appreciation for how well the staff catered to our needs throughout the stay. This amazing experience was made even more special as we shared it together. Soumya, Anwesha, Abhijit, Bignesh, and Ram all had a fantastic time enjoying the facilities, the peaceful environment, and the overall vibe of the resort. Sterling Puri is an ideal destination for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind by the sea with top-notch service. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to visit again!

The hotel’s location is convenient, and the overall cleanliness is satisfactory. Most of the staff were helpful; however, there are several areas that management should address. Food service was extremely slow. After placing an order by phone, we waited almost two hours for it to arrive. Because of this delay, my child was unable to have dinner properly. The food was also excessively priced—approximately six to seven times higher than expected—while its quality did not meet an acceptable standard. Additionally, a few staff members were rude when interacting with guests. Management should identify these issues and ensure that all employees receive appropriate training in professional conduct and guest service. Overall, the hotel has a good location and reasonable cleanliness, but significant improvements are needed in food quality, pricing, delivery time, and staff behaviour.

It was great stay and food at mayfair games village rourkela. Property is huge and is very clean. Rooms are very specious and with best view.

Staff in kitchen area, and front desk were very polite and humble. I recalled the names of Pancham, Ranjan, jagabandhu, Neelesh,.Pragyan and khaki who did a wonderful. Location of hotel is good and close to temples and beach.

Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale al centro di Regenta. I servizi erano caldi, benvenuti, e andavano sopra e oltre per assicurarmi il mio comfort. La stanza era immacolata, spaziosa e lussuosamente decorata. Il letto era incredibilmente confortevole, e le strutture erano anche di alto livello. Mi piaceva soprattutto la vista sul mare dalla mia stanza e se qualcuno volesse cercare un ambiente tranquillo, lontano dalla folla, si dovrebbe certamente andare a prendere questo. E fidati di me non ti dispiacerai, ma il servizio eccezionale che mi ha reso in piedi è stato il servizio del personale, che mi ha fatto sentire apprezzato, gentile e attento. Raccomando fortemente la regenta centrale a chiunque cerca un'esperienza lussuosa e memorabile e sì, certamente ritornerò! accenti che devo menzionare - pulizia e comfort - personale amichevole e attento - eccellenti servizi - camere di vista sul mare.

Ci piace questa proprietà molto.. l'atmosfera è molto bello.. anche noi ci piace molto delizioso e delizioso cibo qui.. piscina è favoloso con gli scivoli e il sprinkler acqua jacuzzi.. 👌👌👌

Buon hotel con buon servizio. Puli e puliti, ma le camere sembrano un po' stanche. Buffet da pranzo per 750 anni può essere meglio e avere più opzioni. Globalmente buon posto per soggiornare
