Filippine: hotel con internet nella provincia di Mimaropa

Alzi la mano questo posto. La camera era bella, il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Si prenderanno cura delle vostre esigenze e vi faranno sentire la loro ospitalità. Offrono anche la colazione gratuita ogni mattina, preparata al momento. La camera è dotata di lenzuola pulite, aria condizionata fredda, docce calde e fredde. L'unico neo durante la nostra visita è stata la mancanza del Wi-Fi a causa delle conseguenze di un recente tifone, ma nel complesso è un ostello da 10/10. Soggiornerò da loro quando tornerò presto.

7/10 – Beautiful, modern villa, but disappointing service and a few practical issues We stayed for three nights in Villa 3, the ground-floor villa with a private pool. Our first impression was excellent. Everything was modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The villa smelled lovely, the minibar was well stocked, and even small details, like the outdoor shower for rinsing sand off your feet, were appreciated. The private terrace with its pool and outdoor kitchen was lovely, but there were several drawbacks. First, the insects. There were A LOT of biting insects in the outdoor area, not just mosquitoes. Despite using repellents, the provided citronella spray, and the ceiling fan, we still got badly bitten. It would be helpful if the property could recommend or provide something more effective against the local insects. The pool was also quite cold, as the terrace receives very little direct sunlight. We even had a cute little frog living in the pool filter! We informed the staff, but nothing was done. Personally, we found him adorable, so if you're staying in Villa 3 and he's still there, please say hello from us! The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ area, but charcoal isn't provided. We were told to buy it ourselves, yet couldn't find any at the recommended supermarket. Having a BBQ area that guests can't easily use seems a little impractical. Housekeeping was another issue. We didn't need full cleaning, just fresh towels and drinking water. The water was replenished and bath towels were changed, but our requests to replace the pool towels were ignored twice. However, the most disappointing experience involved a dog living near the villas. She was a very sweet, partially blind mother dog whose puppies occasionally came around. I fed her throughout our stay and became quite attached to her. Before leaving, I gave the staff some food and a small tip, asking them to feed her and send me a photo. They agreed. Unfortunately, over the following days, I received excuses about rain and the dog being absent, despite her having been around almost constantly during our stay. Eventually, I received a photo showing only the dog's backside, with no indication that she had actually been fed. I cannot say whether they fulfilled my request, but the way it was handled was genuinely disappointing. It was a small, personal request that they had voluntarily agreed to, and I expected better communication and follow-through. It left me questioning how genuine the hospitality was once we'd checked out. On the positive side, the staff were friendly in person and helped us arrange a motorbike rental. Laundry service was also convenient. There are a few restaurants along the nearby beach for breakfast and dinner, with more options in town. However, the beach itself isn't really suitable for swimming – it's shallow, rocky, and covered in seaweed. You'll need to travel to other beaches or use the villa's pool. Overall, 7/10. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the insect problem, overlooked requests, and especially the disappointing experience after checkout affected our impression. With more thoughtful attention to guests' needs and better follow-through on promises, this could be a much better experience.

Il resort si trova proprio lungo l'autostrada, il che è molto comodo. Eravamo stanchi di guidare, quindi abbiamo deciso di fermarci per la notte. Abbiamo guardato il bellissimo tramonto sulla spiaggia, che è fantastico.  Sia il buffet della cena che quello della colazione erano davvero buoni. Complimenti agli chef.. C'è uno spettacolo di danza del fuoco durante il buffet della cena, è anche piuttosto buono. Complimenti agli OJT: Jeremy Joe al The Reserve e uno che ha fatto l'orientamento rapido dopo il nostro check-in. Buona fortuna a entrambi! Il personale è disponibile e accogliente. The sea at Nacpan in the early morning is a blue-grey colour, not dull grey but textured, almost like matte glass. The light comes slowly over the mountains and spreads across the water. I joined the free morning yoga class the resort offers, on the beach, which was very comfortable. One small frustration: not enough storage in the villa. Not many shelves or hooks, so camera gear and clothes had nowhere to go. The suitcase stayed open on the floor the whole time, which gets awkward in a small space. If you’re bringing a lot, just know that going in. The room has a coffee machine and mini fridge, but I still liked walking to the restaurant. Head out before sunset, lie on a sun lounger, have dinner, then wander back slowly. The stars at night were more than I expected.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante allo Zuri Resort! Il personale è stato molto cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto ad assisterci con un sorriso. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e confortevoli, facendoci sentire come a casa. L'area piscina era bellissima, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare Coron. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la deliziosa colazione a buffet e la varietà di opzioni culinarie. La posizione era comoda, vicina alla città ma abbastanza tranquilla per un soggiorno tranquillo. 🌺✨

La nostra stanza all'hotel era assolutamente fantastica. La stanza era molto grande, bellamente progettata e senza spot. Il servizio è stato incredibile, soprattutto Kris, che ci ha curati molto e ha aiutato con tutto quello che ci serviva. Il servizio di manutenzione è stato eccellente e la posizione è grande, con molti belli ristoranti intorno all'hotel. La zona della piscina è bella e rilassante. L'unico svantaggio è che non c'è nessun giardino e nessun spa, quindi se stai cercando queste strutture, potresti preferire un altro posto. Ma in generale, questo hotel è un solido 10/10. Molto raccomandato!

The resort is nestled in a quiet harbour within a small village just a short distance from Puerto Galera — you can reach the town in about 10 minutes by tricycle for 50 pesos. The property sits right on the waterfront, with its courtyard opening directly onto the bay. The setting is incredibly serene, cosy and picturesque. The grounds feature plenty of relaxing spots: comfortable chairs, sun loungers and hammocks where you can unwind. We especially loved the chair near the large tree — it was the perfect place to relax! The sea near the resort is a bit murky due to local currents, so not many people swim here. However, this isn’t an issue at all, as you can quickly and affordably reach the stunning beaches of Sabang (I highly recommend La Laguna) by tricycle — or even on foot if you’re up for a walk. During low tide, you can explore the seabed right near the hotel. The resort also has a small swimming pool, and despite other guests staying there, we never had any trouble finding space to take a dip. The rooms are clean and well‑maintained, featuring a small kitchenette, stylish bathrooms and even a bathtub. We stayed on the ground floor, so we occasionally noticed small ants and once spotted a gecko — but they never caused any inconvenience. Please note that the air conditioning is rather weak, so the room might feel a bit stuffy or not quite cool enough at times. There’s both a ceiling fan and a standing fan available, though, and overall the accommodation was comfortable. The on‑site restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes for breakfast and other meals, with prices typical for a resort area. We were very pleased with the food. The staff are attentive, always smiling and eager to help. During our week‑long stay, the resort wasn’t crowded, which made for a truly relaxing experience — you really get what you came for. Occasionally, local guests can be a bit noisy, laughing loudly or singing karaoke, which might disturb your sleep or meditation. However, this is not the resort’s fault, and it’s still relatively quiet compared to other spots around Puerto Galera, such as White Beach. What could be improved: 1) Flip‑flops. It’s odd that a seaside resort doesn’t offer free flip‑flops like most similar places do — they only rent them out here. Even budget hotels usually provide this small convenience. 2) Charge for outside food. Corkage fees are normal, but charging an extra 150 pesos for any outside food is too much. Even though we weren’t charged, the mere existence of such a rule makes the resort look stingy. This rule should be removed. 3) Wi-Fi was dead almost all of the time. Don’t rely on it. Thanks to the Blue Crystal Resort for a nice stay! I highly recommend it.

Questo resort è il miglior resort dove sono mai stato. Il personale era molto gentile e gentile ogni volta. Ci hanno aiutato a fare buone ricordi. Le attività complementari sono state buone. Raccomandiamo davvero l'insularità. Questo resort è ricco di bellezza naturale. Tornerò in un prossimo futuro.

The room is clean and the big enough to accommodate 4 guest but we booked a room with pool view but the room that was given to us is not pool view. Some staff is approachable and have friendly aura. Overall our stay is still good.
