UUtente anonimoWe recently stayed at Mangia's Sardinia Resort for one week, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.
When we arrived at around 3:30 pm, we were told our room was not yet ready, which we completely understood. The reception staff asked us to wait at the bar next to reception and said they would inform us as soon as the room was available. However, after waiting for two and a half hours without any update, we went back to reception ourselves, only to be told that our room had been ready for some time and they had simply forgotten to inform us. This was not a great start to our holiday.
We also booked boat trips through the resort for Saturday and Sunday. We were asked to pay for the Sunday trip first because they weren't sure whether the Saturday trip would be available. We were told they would send us a message with an update, but we never received one. The day before, we had to go back to reception to ask again, only to find out that the reception and the boat excursion desk are managed separately, so the reception staff couldn't help us, and by then the excursion desk was already closed. Better communication between departments would have avoided this inconvenience.
The resort has four restaurants, but three of them require advance reservations. By the time we arrived on our first day and tried to book, they were already fully booked for most of our stay. Since we were staying for seven nights, it was very disappointing that we were only able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants. Guests staying for a full week should have a better opportunity to experience the different dining options.
Finally, we also had a disappointing experience at the Lime Bar. The kitchen officially closes at 5:30 pm, and we arrived at around 5:00 pm hoping to order burgers and sandwiches. We were told they could not accept any more orders because there were already too many in the queue, and they wanted to finish serving by 5:30 pm. It was frustrating to be turned away 30 minutes before the advertised closing time.
Overall, while the resort itself is beautiful and has great potential, the organisation and communication between staff and departments need significant improvement. Unfortunately, these repeated issues affected our holiday, and for that reason I cannot say we were fully satisfied with our stay.

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

UUtente ospiteA pochi passi dalla fermata ARST di Santa Gallura, nel centro di Olbia, si trova l'hotel.
È moderno, pulitissimo, confortevole, con una bella piscina e una spa.
Era vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per prendere il treno per Cagliari.
Il personale dell'hotel era cordiale, disponibile e parlava un inglese eccellente, in particolare una ragazza di nome Sofia.
Abbiamo gustato un'ottima colazione a buffet in un'ampia e insolita sala da pranzo adibita a auditorium.
La presenza di un bollitore per tè/caffè avrebbe reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto.
Consigliatissimo.
Mi piacerebbe condividere delle foto, ma non so come inviarle dal telefono al tablet.

JJJROUSThis camping is located in beautiful settings in Porte del Porticciolo area, that is a part of a beautiful nature park. There is a almost private bay with a beach, with beautiful views over the old historical tower and evenings you can see a beautiful sunset front of you. Camping has a friedly helpful staff. Little cottage where we stayed is cute but very poorly sound Insulated, you can help absolutely everything from the room attached with my room even the talking was with normal tone.
This camping would have a lot more potential, but its kind of feels dated and let down.
Coffee place staff were helpful but food selection very poor. Sunday morning there was exactly 1 croissant, one cream Danish and something else available, nothing else. Also selection of ready packed toast. Sad offering to be honest. Camping has a super market that closes everyday between 13-17, that makes no sense in the camping area. Restaurant staff was very charming but pizza can only be eaten evenings, no for lunch, and house wine in caraf is only available evenings. Pizza selection was very limited and not the best flavour. Again, very bizarre. Swimming pool closes 7pm, still when its beautiful evening sun, that goes down 9pm. Evenings had live music that was actually quite enjoyable but otherwise this camping amenities are poor and give you a feeling that its rundown and only to made to make money and nothing else. If you want an air-conditioning in your cottage or room, be prepared to pay 40€ per day for this luxuries.
So basically saying, I didn't totally disliked my stay but I wouldn't come back either. Thank you for a lovely staff members in the pool, restaurant, shop, coffee shop and beach bar, and check in person was also very nice

TThi Thuy AnIl nuovo hotel è bello e si trova in una posizione isolata nel nord-ovest della Sardegna. Ci sono stati amanti degli interni moderni, della piscina e del letto super comodo. Il personale di lobby dell'hotel è stato utile e accogliente. In generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, ma ci sono poche cose che l'hotel potrebbe fare per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti, soprattutto per un hotel 5 stelle: 1. Notammo molle nei corni della doccia e sulla testa della doccia. Forse il personale di pulizia non si cura di fondo o pensa di affrontare il problema di molle che è deludente per un nuovo hotel; 2. Il menu della piscina e del servizio in camera è prezioso e molto limitato con solo poche opzioni. Non ci importa pagare i prezzi dell'hotel, ma il menu non è come appetito e finito di mangiare fuori dall'hotel tutto il tempo, tranne per il colazione. Data la posizione lontana dalla città, l'hotel può offrire oggetti semplici come la pizza per tenere gli ospiti all'hotel. Il colazione era grande con molte opzioni di pasticceria dolce, tuttavia aveva limitato cibo caldo come uova, salsicce e bacon solo; 3. La stanza che ci sentivamo come un terremoto ci ha attaccato ogni volta che gli ospiti sotto di noi entravano e uscivano dalla loro stanza.

UUtente ospiteHai tutto quello che paghi, non hai le basi, non hai le frittelle, il personale è amichevole e aiutato con il mio caso, perché non c'è ascensore.
La TV remota era temperamentale, questo è stato riportato e mi è stato detto che avrei ricevuto una sostituzione il giorno dopo, nessuna sostituzione è venuta, ma non era molto solo canali italiani.
La macchina del caffè nella stanza era preriempita con acqua, ma i tazze di caffè devono essere acquistati separatamente.
La lavastoviglie aveva crack, la doccia era stata colpita inizialmente, ma presto si è raffreddata quasi fredda.
Il letto doppio è stato fatto di due materassi singole che non erano quindi accantonati, nel mezzo del sonno la due società divisa di circa 6 pollici .La strada è comunque ragionevolmente tranquilla sera, Prima di mattina le aziende vicine vede vuote le bottiglie vuote la sera precedente nella bara direttamente sotto la mia stanza. C'è anche una scuola vicino, dove i piccoli si riuniscono in attesa che le porte si aprassero, il discorso eccitato non mi ha molestato, ma forse alcuni.
Grande posizione per buone negozi/restauranti/caffè, treni e autobus e facile passeggiata alla bella Marina.

UUtente ospiteSiamo rimasti per 2 notti perché avevamo prenotato un tour in catamarano dal porto turistico: ci è piaciuto l'interno arancione e blu della Junior Suite, che era immacolato e ben arredato. Per quanto riguarda i porti, è un bel porto da cui ammirare la vista dal balcone (sopra il parcheggio). Era ottobre e non abbiamo avuto problemi a parcheggiare direttamente di fronte all'hotel nel parcheggio pubblico per 12 € al giorno, quindi è stato anche un sonno tranquillo. La reception è stata molto cortese ed efficiente nel registrarci e consigliarci i ristoranti dopo aver scoperto che La Gritta aveva già chiuso per la stagione. La posizione non potrebbe essere più comoda per bar, ristoranti e negozi, il che ci andava molto bene dato che eravamo in viaggio e a volte è bello abbandonare l'auto all'arrivo. Il buffet della colazione era abbondante, soprattutto la varietà di dolci, ma c'erano anche uova strapazzate e bacon che non avevamo visto in altri hotel. Il caffè della colazione era fatto da una macchina e non era buono come quando viene preparato da un barista durante il servizio di colazione altrove.

Instalações boas a excelentes. Os quantos da torre são algo estranhos, com uma casa de banho sobre-dimensionada retirando espaço ao quarto que acabou por parecer-nos de dimensões reduzidas, mas provavelmente deve-se à arquitectura do edifício. Em contrapartida, as áreas comuns eram excelentes

UUtente ospiteHotel is right in front of a big beach. Super not touristy and crowded beach and the scenery is very soft and calming.
There is a cat and dog at the hotel that just walks around freely. They are both very friendly and fun to play with !!!
As for the rooms, it is decently big for a 3 person room. Toilet is clean with enough amenities. Water pressure of the shower head is a bit weak sometimes but still ok. The beds are comfortable enough. However, there are quite a bit of insects flying around (I assume mostly because of the location of the hotel being near the beach and sandy areas).
Restaurant at the hotel is quite good ! Dinner menu has a wide variety but availability of dishes depend on the day. As for breakfast, quite a handful of food is given like fruit platter, crossaints, yogurt, cereal, and choice of drinks. Staff are also friendly and understand English just enough, and are helpful when we ask something. Hotel area is quite small but honestly just enough for a short stay.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Service war durchgehend herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – das gesamte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, köstlicher Cappuccino und dazu der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Plus ist der private Strandbereich, der sehr gepflegt ist und genug Platz für alle Gäste bietet. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, und es gibt immer genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme – kein Stress, kein Gedränge.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht von Baja Sardinia, mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.
Alles in allem: ein Ort, an den wir definitiv zurückkehren möchten! Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 💙
