The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality. There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned. Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again. The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. Piacere di sorpresa. Pulizia, ben mantenuta. 10 minuti all'aeroporto di prima mattina 200 Uber INR e circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di circa 5 pm. Uber è facile da raggiungere e era come 300INR ma dall'aeroporto non volevo aspettare le linee Uber, quindi ho appena fatto XL per ottenere un giro immediato che era come 750. Non fate il libro in cima a Uber, dove vi darete il numero di volo! Non vi arriva la guida e poi dovrete ancora arrivare nella lunga linea di gente che aspetta. Assicurati di scendere davanti al Lemon Tree non Premier, sono la stessa costruzione ma diverse entrate e non così divertente camminare dal premier con bagagli. L'hotel ha anche riconosciuto la mia cattiva fortuna a lunghe linee di check-in con un comp. Molto più facile da dire in Aerocity, in una precedente visita ho soggiornato in un hotel nel vicinato Mahalampuri (sp?) ed è stato terribile. Molto più economiche ma terribili camere indossate (ero anche attento a non ottenere un hotel che scrive false foto che è la maggior parte di loro, ma le foto sono state probabilmente fatte 5 anni fa e ora indossate e grosse) E arrivare lì dall'aeroporto alle 6:00 ha preso 45 ins, anche se sulla mappa era super vicino. Se si può swing il costo aggiuntivo, def raccomandare. Anche ci sono alcuni buoni affari di ultimo minuto. E si può sempre trovare una stanza nel quartiere adiacente, quindi se l'aerosità dell'ultima min non funziona, avete molte opzioni.

L'hotel è situato vicino all'aeroporto, perfetto per i viaggi di transito e per i viaggi di business. Le camere erano moderne, spaziose e ben mantenute, con letti confortevoli e grandi strutture. Il personale ha offerto un ottimo ospitalità per tutta la mia permanenza, era sempre professionale e accogliente. Avevo anche un'atmosfera rilassante e le strutture dell'hotel, soprattutto la sala da giardino e la piscina. In generale, Pullman Aerocity offre un'esperienza di lusso e confortevole, e lo consiglio fortemente a chiunque visiti New Delhi.
