Hotel con spa a Lombok

Questo è stato un trattato come una celebrazione di compleanno, ma presto è diventato una serie di eventi sfortunati. Il servizio e il personale sono sorprendenti, ma le loro stanze hanno un grave problema di bug. Svegliamoci a metà della notte per trovare le nostre mutandine coperte di bug adesivi che sembravano anatre, erano nella mutandine e sul mutandine, dopo l’ispezione c’erano più sul tavolo e sul divano vicino alla finestra. Abbiamo anche cominciato a notare le pile di polvere sul pavimento della stanza, quindi sospettamo che mangiano al legno. Era piuttosto allarmante trovare e avere bug che stava sbagliando sul tuo letto e presto abbiamo scoperto che era anche sui nostri borse. Un membro del personale è venuto in camera nostra per controllare, ma la squadra principale è già andata a casa. Ci hanno permesso di cambiare le stanze, ma sembra che il problema sia anche nell'altra stanza. È mezzanotte, quindi abbiamo sprayato il letto con la spray di bug e speriamo che non ci si ritroverà più. Anche questo è stato bloccato il loro bacino. Siamo entrambi persone avventurose, dormivamo nella foresta piovana prima, campeggiamo, eccetera, quindi non abbiamo paura di bug, ma quando questi potrebbero essere termiti o anziani di carpenter, la nostra più grande preoccupazione è portare a casa. Non è una buona situazione per loro, anche dato che i loro edifici hanno 200 anni. La mattina dopo, la situazione non era affrontata come un hotel di lusso, nessuno ci ha parlato di questo e nessuna scusa finché non l'ho menzionata alla ricezione. La stanza che ci hanno trasferiti era anche una stanza più piccola, quindi abbiamo effettivamente pagato per una stanza più grande che non potevamo stare dentro, non è stato menzionato. Ci sono stati positivi come uso gratuito della bicicletta, buoni cocktail, giochi di tavolo nel lobby e una piscina pulita, ma non direi che questo sia un hotel di lusso ma più come un hotel 3 stelle con una maschera 5 stelle. In tutto, un compleanno che non era un trattamento.

My husband and I recently spent our birthdays and anniversary here and it was literal perfection! The location is 10/10, close enough to everything (including biking to sunset point) but also felt secluded. Gorgeous pool with swim up bar overlooking the picturesque grounds. The food was also the best we had on the island. Amazing massages in room. Staff were SO kind and attentive. The snorkelling trip we did on the Princess Margaux was so great (credit to Kholid for taking some great content on our GoPro!) They also organised a transfer directly from the resort beach to the golf course on Lombok for 9 holes after brekky on the beach for my husband’s birthday. Also one morning we saw turtles in the water as we were waiting for breakfast on the beach and the staff quickly got us a towel, wet shoes and snorkel mask so I could jump right in whilst waiting for food! So lush! As a seasoned traveller I can easily say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much!

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. We left with the feeling that we would definitely come back. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Этот отель и весь остров Гили подарили нам не просто отдых, а ощущение гармонии и душевного тепла. Мы уезжали с чувством, что обязательно вернёмся. С теплом, Ваши гости из России.

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 30 minuti perché la nostra camera fosse pronta? La prima stanza era molto rumorosa dalle stanze adiacenti e sopra. Ci hanno obbligato spostandoci in una stanza meravigliosamente tranquilla che era adorabile. Il servizio e il cibo nel ristorante era un po' incostante. Nel complesso, se puoi prenotare una buona camera, l'hotel e la posizione sono meravigliosi.

La chose la plus embêtante :le bar restaurant fonctionne séparément de l hôtel et il n y a pas moyen de faire une empreinte carte bancaire, résultat on ne fait que payer : petit déjeuner , déjeuner, after work, repas du soir ….. impossible de sortir sans argent,  Personnel de l hôtel pas très efficace: on a demandé de l eau, on l a jamais eu; on a demandé de changer une serviette, la femme de ménage ne l a pas fait et pour partir on a demandé a réservé une calèche pour nous emmener au débarcadère : ils ont oublié ,….

Nel complesso 4 edifici. Le camere deluxe ultimate, in un edificio 4-storey al retro, sono più nuove e molto bellissime attrezzate. Le camere classiche deluxe (in edifici 3-storey) sembrano piuttosto vecchie e usate e alcune di esse (in primo edificio, vicino alla reception, sono in fase di ristrutturazione). Alcune opere di costruzione sono in corso vicino alla ricezione e nel primo edificio dell'hotel - grazie a Dio non ho sentito nulla di rumore o di disturbo dalla mia stanza. La ricezione è molto affidabile e luminosa, e il piccolo lobby non è un posto che si desidera appendere. Non ho usato le 2 piscine, perché ero lì durante la stagione delle piogge e la maggior parte dei giorni, pioveva tutto il giorno. Il nuovo ristorante alberghiero al retro è condizionato (anche c'è un'area da pranzo), molto pulito e esulta grande ambienza! Il buffet è molto scelto - alcune delle scelte sono buone (pizza, cibo da dita e alcuni dei piatti caldi), mentre altre, come i pasti (puliti e freddi) e i prodotti freddi (dessert carini ma troppo dolci) non mi hanno attirato. Il Wifi è stato dolorosamente lento e spesso scollegato nella stanza - i segnali più forti sono nel ristorante e nella reception. In generale, mi piace la spaziosa, bella e ben arredata nuova sala Deluxe Ultimate, la verdura in tutto il mondo e il servizio amichevole del personale.

location: 4.5/5 - not far from the airport. about 40 mins to an hour. secluded. perfect for staying in and spending time and money on the services they provided service: 4.9/5 - the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful all that without being ‘too much’. any requests must be liaised through whatsapp, since they don’t have a phone in the villa, they will reply within 10 minutes. the 0.1 minus was bc i put a special request and they didn’t bother to do it. tried to book a massage appointment last minute too bad they have no availability. food: dinner 5/5 - prices after tax are still very affordable. had steak & frites for less than rm60 (Malaysia could neverrrrr). cocktails selections are good and strong. breakfast 4.5 - wide selections but nothing extraordinary. they have eggs station but the eggs were bland. your normal breakfast buffet spread mix of both asians and western price: a little on the higher side and i’ve spent a fair share of staying in nice resorts around Lombok but no complaints because i know what i wanted

We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

Un bell'hotel con una spa interna. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'unico motivo per cui non ho dato 5 stelle è che c'era una perdita d'acqua dalla camera al piano di sopra che non si sono preoccupati di riparare. Per fortuna avevamo entrambi i tappi per le orecchie per dormire la notte. Inoltre, la bicicletta che ci hanno dato continuava a rompersi, quindi abbiamo chiesto il rimborso e ne abbiamo noleggiata un'altra altrove. L'hotel ci ha rimborsato prontamente, si è scusato e si è offerto di portarci una nuova bicicletta, ma siamo andati in un altro noleggio che avevamo già fatto in precedenza. Hanno una bella piscina e una colazione deliziosa.
