Hotel con spa a Lombok

My husband and I recently spent our birthdays and anniversary here and it was literal perfection! The location is 10/10, close enough to everything (including biking to sunset point) but also felt secluded. Gorgeous pool with swim up bar overlooking the picturesque grounds. The food was also the best we had on the island. Amazing massages in room. Staff were SO kind and attentive. The snorkelling trip we did on the Princess Margaux was so great (credit to Kholid for taking some great content on our GoPro!) They also organised a transfer directly from the resort beach to the golf course on Lombok for 9 holes after brekky on the beach for my husband’s birthday. Also one morning we saw turtles in the water as we were waiting for breakfast on the beach and the staff quickly got us a towel, wet shoes and snorkel mask so I could jump right in whilst waiting for food! So lush! As a seasoned traveller I can easily say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much!

Un posto fantastico! Lontano dalle strade principali e dai sentieri per cavalli, è tranquillo e ha un'atmosfera meravigliosamente appartata. Il personale è attento e cordiale, le colazioni sono deliziose e offrono un'ampia varietà di scelta. La camera era pulita, accogliente e tutto sembrava nuovo o molto ben tenuto. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. È bello avere una piscina privata. Nel complesso è stato ok. La maggior parte del personale è stata cordiale. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, è meglio trovare ristoranti locali/tradizionali. Siamo stati anche sfortunati perché il nostro bungalow aveva bisogno di essere riparato, quindi ci hanno spostato in un altro bungalow. Non ci si può lamentare molto. Nel complesso, bella esperienza.

L'hotel è bellissimo con terrazza ben conservata e una splendida zona di piscina che si sente davvero rilassante. È in una posizione fantastica, proprio sulla parte principale ******, quindi tutto è a passeggiata, ma si è bloccato abbastanza da sentirsi ancora tranquillo e tranquillo. Le camere sono enormi, moderne e molto pulite, con un sistema di alloggio quotidiano e acqua fresca. Il personale era incredibile - così amichevole, utile e veloce per aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. Ho avuto un problema con il rumore di lavori di costruzione interna, ma il team ha gestito bene, mi ha spostato rapidamente e mi ha anche dato un complimento, che apprezzo davvero. Le strutture erano grandi in generale. Le piscine sono belle con molte sale solari. La piscina al retro del resort era più tranquilla (e lontana da lavori di costruzione nelle vicinanze). Il cibo era anche molto buono - il colazione era delizioso, anche se per i primi giorni era a la carta piuttosto che buffet a causa di una bassa occupazione, un po' deludente, ma c'era ancora molto cibo. L'hotel può anche organizzare taxi all'aeroporto (circa 250K IDR, solo contanti), come Grab non sembra operare nella zona. La posizione è perfetta. Grandi ristoranti vicino come Cantina Mexicana e KRNK per una rapida morsa, più un supermercato vicino alla porta e molte caffè, bar e ristoranti a piedi. **Suggerimento:** cercare di richiedere una stanza nella parte più recente dell'hotel al retro del resort - è più tranquillo (a distanza dai lavori di costruzione) e più aggiornato.

Un posto meraviglioso dove soggiornare vicino a Senggigi per la nostra luna di miele. Un buon posto per dormire sonni tranquilli e un punto di riferimento per raggiungere la spiaggia e i ristoranti. Inizialmente abbiamo alloggiato in una camera king deluxe, ma c'era un millepiedi nella doccia, e dopo che il personale aveva spruzzato pesticidi nelle fogne, gli scarafaggi sono entrati strisciando in bagno. Grazie al meraviglioso servizio del personale, siamo riusciti a ottenere un upgrade della nostra camera in una suite. Vi meritate tutte le stelle per averci aiutato. Grazie per il servizio di prima qualità e per la camera meravigliosa.

Hotel carino con un bel ambiente. Camere pulite, soggiorno confortevole e personale amichevole. Molto consigliato.

Hotel vicino alla spiaggia. Personale amichevole. Camere belle e pulite, grande vista balcone. 3 dimensioni diverse di piscina per adulti e piscina più piccola separata per i bambini se le famiglie visitano. Belle colazione e cena nel ristorante per una parola di notti, amava i cocktail di Singapore sling!! Grande posizione per fare viaggi di giorno alle isole Gili, a 40 minuti di auto dall'hotel. Sarei sicuramente consigliato e mi prenoterei di nuovo se tornassi nella stessa zona

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

Questo è l'hotel più accogliente e gentile in cui abbia mai vissuto; ogni singolo membro dello staff è lì per aiutarti e supportarti. Ho avuto un incidente e tutti i gentilissimi membri dello staff di questo hotel, senza eccezione, mi hanno aiutato e partecipato alla riparazione della mia moto, fornendomi assistenza e supporto. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate. Vengono pulite ogni giorno e a volte viene servita una colazione a buffet, a volte à la carte. Era tutto delizioso. La posizione è magnifica. Ma ciò che ricordo di più è la gentilezza e l'affetto di tutti.
