The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby! From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful! The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented. The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening! The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious! This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

Io e il mio partner rimasi al milner per una sera, L'hotel all'interno è bellissimo e molto pulito Il personale è molto utile e gentile. La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era nei lati e anche se non nella parte principale dell'hotel è stato abbastanza bello per il nostro breve soggiorno e il corridoio dal principale a i lati è molto utile e vi protegge dal tempo, soprattutto nel freddo - mesi. Rimaneremo certamente di nuovo e speriamo di rimanere nel principale edificio dell'hotel la prossima volta.

Purtroppo, per alcune questioni, aveva tre camere, senza alcuna attenzione, e un odore proveniente dal bagno, la terza stanza era a posto e aveva una bella vista sul mare e sul porto di Scarborough, bagno e spa un bel toccamento e il personale erano tutti amichevole molta scelta sul menu per il cibo, solo bisogno di affrontare alcuni problemi per rendere questo degno di 4 stelle e che per me dovrebbe essere considerato lusso dove questo si sentiva più sopra la media ma non lusso 3.5 / 5 posizione sorprendente personale sorprendente lasciato giù dall'allarme antincendio che è stato vapore a colpire i venti aerei sono sporchi che questa necessità guarda, la custodia casa ha bisogno di lavorare più insieme alla manutenzione per assicurarsi che le questioni siano affrontate. La sicurezza nella seconda stanza era rotta ma la manutenzione lo ha ordinato e erano molto amichevoli, la ricezione e il personale spa sono tutti eccellenti, non può commentare il cibo ma aveva molta scelta e se non avessimo fatto i piani ci sarebbe stata considerata la notte di curry l'hotel aveva su .Su tutto 3.5 / 5

This was a treat from me to myself. I had a fabulous time at Middlethorpe Hall. From the spa to the dinner to the breakfast and treatment the next morning. It was a dream. The garden is also very pleasant to walk around and every single staff member I crossed paths with made sure I felt welcome. I highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at The Grand. We had booked a suite but it was not one of the modernised rooms like we had hoped for. We went to reception and was greeted by India who kindly gave us options of 2 other rooms to move to and let us view both before choosing. The room we picked was fantastic, so modern, comfortable and even had kitchen facilities which was an added bonus. It was lovely to sleep in such a comfortable bed and not be disturbed by any street noise or noise from other guests. We went out for dinner and was surprised to come back to see we’d had a turn down service and little chocolates left on the pillows. Just little touches like this make you want to return and recommend to others. We would definitely stay here again, the service from all staff, but especially India, was fantastic!

Abbiamo ottenuto un buon prezzo attraverso il sito web di viaggio. Kelsey alla reception ha cambiato la nostra stanza perché non c'era un bagno nella prima stanza. Il personale dell'hotel era vestito molto intelligente. Il pranzo era eccellente. Siamo due notti a Macleod. Il cibo era ancora eccellente. Si consiglia questo hotel. L'unico negativo era se non avessi prenotato una pausa di spa dovevi pagare 30 sterline ciascuno per usare la piscina.

Il servizio è molto povero. La stanza non può trovare l'ordine per molto tempo alla reception Era un uomo di casa, un Delta Hotel, che aveva cambiato carte. Il quartiere era un campo di corse. Si vede che i soliti attributi di vacanza sono stati sospesi in inverno.

It was an ok stay but for us we didn’t realise we booked when the football was on and the away fans had pretty much booked the hotel and to say it was noisy was an understatement. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t ask us if we wanted Breakfast or if we had stayed there before so seemed pretty sub standard and not really that invested in what they were doing. We had planned to use the pool but some local kids sneaked in and used it making it loud and unusable during our stay they were just causing problems and the hotel didn’t act. This is the biggest failing the hotel fails to act we had loud guests door slamming music playing loud football fans going mad till 4am and nothing was done about it. The beds were not that comfy as sadly neither of us had a good nights sleep on top of the noise by others the rooms offered no sound proofing. No air conditioning which is crazy in this day and age and not even a fan in the room, when we asked for one we just got laughed at and told good luck with that by housekeeping. This places lacks staff that care or take pride in their work. The bathroom had no fan so when used steam went everywhere and the water pressure and temperature was terrible it wasn’t overly clean so couldn’t use the bath. Only thing going for this hotel is it’s location but we wouldn’t use it again as the rooms need a lot of TLC and the staff need extra training more so on the communication front. Upon check out we weren’t even asked did we enjoy our stay as we wanted to raise our concerns.
