It is a great place to stay. Convenient to move around but what is most important is the staff. Breakfast is great in a nicely decorated place with team ready to serve you. Three flavors coffee or a hot cup of tea. I also personally want to thank Mr. Dat Nguyen. I forgot my passport and wallet in the room. He manage the crisis very well and I feel well supported as the hotel in Hanoi will not offer me a room without passport. He shared my passport copy till the passport physically arrived which took three hours. Thank you once again.

Stayed here multiple times now and think it is great. Excellent location, quite clean rooms for Vietnamese standards.

Grande soggiorno all'Hotel Sheraton Hai Phong. L'hotel era molto pulito e la posizione era conveniente. La camera era spaziosa, comoda e ben mantenuta. La palestra e la piscina erano eccellenti, e il colazione aveva una vasta gamma di opzioni. Il personale di servizio era amichevole, gentile e accogliente. Il personale di servizio e la campana erano anche molto professionale e cortese. In generale, soddisfaceva lo standard che mi aspettavo da un hotel Marriott, e non mi sentivo deluso. Una piccola area per il miglioramento è la ventilazione del bagno, il ventilatore di scarico non era molto forte e a volte c'era un leggero odore nel bagno quando il condizionamento dell'aria non era in funzione.

Arrivo veloce. L'appartamento è grande. Un intero spazio con divisione dell'area di dormiente con porta di vetro e cortina. Appartamento tranquillo. Ci sono 2 letti matrimoniali. Con una mattina leggermente troppo forte. L'area di soggiorno è eccellente per mangiare un pasto per 2 o 3 persone. L'area cucina è attrezzata per mangiare per 2 persone. Con microonde e grande frigorifero. Ci sono anche panini e un forno, ma sono inutili perché non ci sono forni per la cucina. A pochi centinaia di metri di distanza c'è un centro commerciale. E molte negozi a piedi. È un appartamento eccellente con un prezzo molto conveniente.

La camera era fantastica, la vista dal balcone al 14° piano semplicemente mozzafiato. C'è una cucina in camera, solo per esibizione, perché verrete multati anche solo per usare il microonde 😂 Un giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere asciugamani puliti e acqua, perché erano stati dimenticati quando hanno rifatto la camera. L'hotel è ENORME, quindi andare e tornare dalla piscina o dal ristorante all'aperto è un viaggio lungo, non c'è modo che i bambini possano andare da soli in questo enorme complesso. Il miniclub è solo una stanza, non un club vero e proprio. I giochi nella sala del miniclub sono incredibilmente costosi, quindi non li abbiamo usati affatto. La vista dal ristorante del terzo edificio è incredibile se si arriva abbastanza presto per trovare un posto vicino alla finestra. La colazione a buffet è discreta. Quando è affollato, però, il cibo continua a finire. Ce n'era una! Una caffettiera per circa 400 persone, quindi bisogna correre avanti e indietro per questo enorme ristorante per controllare se è stata riempita. Una volta abbiamo pranzato a buffet, ed era davvero pessimo. Per 1,7 milioni di VND non si riceve nemmeno acqua da bere, ma bisogna comprarla a parte, e non ci sono molte opzioni per i bambini da mangiare. Anche in questo caso, il cibo è finito, quindi abbiamo dovuto camminare avanti e indietro diverse volte per controllare se fosse stato sostituito e schivare la folla lungo il percorso. Non è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. L'hotel non può aiutarvi con le prenotazioni o con i suggerimenti per le escursioni, a meno che non prenotiate i loro tour, che sono incredibilmente costosi e con poca scelta. Le piscine dell'hotel erano fantastiche per i nostri bambini! Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole, ma non torneremo in questo hotel.

The hotel lobby is emasculate if they pot as much effort into the the rest of the hotel as the reception lobby it would be good ..breakfast was poor no fruit and the nuddles was stuck to the bottom of the tray and it’s easy to cook them..cold tea and packet coffee when most hotels in Vietnam give you good coffee as there know for there coffee . Need a good maintenance man as the furniture is good but they just need a good maintains man to paint and keep up good maintenance but to be fair this seems to be the norm in Vietnam when it’s not hard to use a bit of decorators cork and paint with out hitting everything around what there meant to be painting. Builders working above my room and they tried to blame it on next door and the tv had very bad reception it was all fuzzy when I told them they said they will send someone up but no one came. Same as a few things and it could be a great hotel

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

The room itself was new, clean, and very comfortable, with a strong WiFi connection. The mattress was excellent, and the bedsheets were soft and cozy, making it easy to relax. However, the pillows were a bit too low, and unfortunately, no extras were available when we asked. Communication with the property via messages was smooth, but the reception desk was often unmanned during the day, making it hard to get in-person assistance. A few issues impacted our stay: - The desk chair was peeling, leaving debris on the floor (and sticking to our clothes) every time we used it. - Housekeeping only came once during our five-night stay, which was disappointing. - Early morning construction noise. Drilling and building work started very early, disrupting our sleep. While the room itself was great, the lack of maintenance, inconsistent housekeeping, and noise disturbances made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.
