Hotel con palestra a Haiphong

Grande hotel. Sembra molto nuovo, affascinante spazio pubblico e camere sono ben decorate e molto pulite e fresche. Balcone è stato anche una bella cosa. La posizione non è così male, ma c'era una tromba molto annoiante che giocava presto al mattino dal quartiere militare, altrimenti non c'era nulla di rumore da strada o corridoio. Le opzioni per la colazione sono davvero sorprendenti. Anche alcune bevande e snacks al bar al tetto, ma molte cose sono vendute fuori. Sarebbe certamente tornato, ma poi cerca di trovare una stanza che si trova dall'altra parte, lontano dai trumpetti.

Una sala e una suite sono perfette e igienico-sanitarie.E'un po'di problemi quando si tratta di stare a notte, e non si può trovare la ricetta.Ho tormentato per un po'.Un grande uomo gli ha chiesto di stare a notte dopo che l'importazione di un parcheggio era stata parcheggiata sotto. Per gli stranieri, la lingua non è comprensibile, e'un po' confusa.Dopo il soggiorno, tutto va bene.

It is a great place to stay. Convenient to move around but what is most important is the staff. Breakfast is great in a nicely decorated place with team ready to serve you. Three flavors coffee or a hot cup of tea. I also personally want to thank Mr. Dat Nguyen. I forgot my passport and wallet in the room. He manage the crisis very well and I feel well supported as the hotel in Hanoi will not offer me a room without passport. He shared my passport copy till the passport physically arrived which took three hours. Thank you once again.

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Such a wonderful hotel with 5 star customer service. Totally recommend this hotel. Its beside Vincom Plaza thus it's super convenient for Groceries Shopping or Restaurant n fast food.

L'appartamento stile dell'hotel, con lavastoviglie e asciugamani, la vita è molto conveniente.Ogni volta che arrivano all'hotel difensivo, i giapponesi sono ben gestiti. Molte aziende circostanti hanno dirigenti giapponesi e coreani, con piscina fitness e massaggi di lavastoviglie giapponesi

La camera era fantastica, la vista dal balcone al 14° piano semplicemente mozzafiato. C'è una cucina in camera, solo per esibizione, perché verrete multati anche solo per usare il microonde 😂 Un giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere asciugamani puliti e acqua, perché erano stati dimenticati quando hanno rifatto la camera. L'hotel è ENORME, quindi andare e tornare dalla piscina o dal ristorante all'aperto è un viaggio lungo, non c'è modo che i bambini possano andare da soli in questo enorme complesso. Il miniclub è solo una stanza, non un club vero e proprio. I giochi nella sala del miniclub sono incredibilmente costosi, quindi non li abbiamo usati affatto. La vista dal ristorante del terzo edificio è incredibile se si arriva abbastanza presto per trovare un posto vicino alla finestra. La colazione a buffet è discreta. Quando è affollato, però, il cibo continua a finire. Ce n'era una! Una caffettiera per circa 400 persone, quindi bisogna correre avanti e indietro per questo enorme ristorante per controllare se è stata riempita. Una volta abbiamo pranzato a buffet, ed era davvero pessimo. Per 1,7 milioni di VND non si riceve nemmeno acqua da bere, ma bisogna comprarla a parte, e non ci sono molte opzioni per i bambini da mangiare. Anche in questo caso, il cibo è finito, quindi abbiamo dovuto camminare avanti e indietro diverse volte per controllare se fosse stato sostituito e schivare la folla lungo il percorso. Non è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. L'hotel non può aiutarvi con le prenotazioni o con i suggerimenti per le escursioni, a meno che non prenotiate i loro tour, che sono incredibilmente costosi e con poca scelta. Le piscine dell'hotel erano fantastiche per i nostri bambini! Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole, ma non torneremo in questo hotel.

I did not receive the room type that I reserved through Trip.com. My booking was for two suite rooms, each with two beds and one sofa bed, to accommodate a total of nine guests. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that this room type was not available and stated that the listing on Trip.com was incorrect. As a result, the rooms provided do not match my confirmed reservation, causing significant inconvenience to my group. I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).
