Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Dorset

Recentemente sono rimasto a The Bath Hotel Beaumont dal 25 al 26 aprile, dove abbiamo prenotato due camere standard con finestre. Una delle camere era molto buona, pulita e confortevole. Tuttavia, la seconda camera era estremamente deludente e in cattiva condizione. Era significativamente inferiore alle aspettative, soprattutto considerando che entrambe le camere erano prenotate nella stessa categoria. Vorrei consigliare di evitare le camere standard più piccole, poiché la qualità sembra essere molto diversa. Su una nota positiva, la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente e molto conveniente. Le strutture di spa e piscina sono anche buone; tuttavia, va chiarito che esse sono a costo aggiuntivo per persona, che non viene comunicato in modo trasparente al momento della prenotazione. Il parcheggio è disponibile ma costa circa 25 sterline al giorno. Purtroppo, il servizio associato a questo era molto povero. La nostra auto era parcheggiata sotto un albero e lasciata coperta in gocce di uccelli. Quando abbiamo sollevato questa preoccupazione, il personale era insufficiente e ha dichiarato di non avere la capacità di pulire, ma di avere provviste di pulizia e di pulire la macchina, che è molto poco professionale, visto il prezzo pagato. Inoltre, il servizio di valet era infiabile. In molte occasioni abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15–20 minuti per la nostra auto, e due volte abbiamo finito di recuperarlo da noi stessi dopo essere stati detto di aspettare. Questo sconfigge lo scopo di un servizio di valet pagato. Il personale, soprattutto alla ricezione, si è rivelato rude e poco professionale, soprattutto nel trattamento delle denunce. Per un hotel di questo tipo, la mancanza di servizio di base, compreso il servizio in camera o un servizio di chiamata efficiente, è stata sorprendente. In generale, mentre la posizione e alcune strutture sono buone, l'incongruenza nella qualità delle camere e il mancato servizio clienti ha colpito notevolmente il nostro soggiorno. Non consiglierei questo hotel a meno che non siano apportate miglioramenti.

Staff were all very polite , friendly and helpful. Location was good. Close to beach and town centre Room was nice, decor was a little outdated but had lovely views. Pool, hot tub and sauna was a bonus , very clean and throughly enjoyed using them. Hotel itself was very plush. Enjoyed staying there.

Grande posizione con parcheggio, che è molto lussuoso a Bournemouth in questa stagione popolare. Abbiamo organizzato una grande stanza accanto alla strada. Tuttavia, il club notturno era così annoiante la sera. Dopo aver denunciato, il personale ha immediatamente cambiato una stanza più tranquilla. Il massimale alto nella stanza degli ospiti è un buon punto di vendita. Tuttavia, la piscina è un po 'piccola e troppo presto alle 8:00. In linea di massima, soddisfa le nostre aspettative.

Doppia vista sul mare con balcone. Camera da letto spaziosa con bel posto a sedere. Pulizia e in buona ordine decorativo. Camera confortevole, legno di qualità. Bella finestra originale in metallo e porta francese aperta su un vasto balcone. Purtroppo, la vista del mare sembrava essere quando guardava a sinistra dalla fine del balcone e non dalla camera da letto. Bagno ben progettato, pulizie belle e i bagni Elemis di qualità, ma potrebbe beneficiare di una pulizia profonda e un lick di pittura. Spazi pubblici assolutamente favolosi, non «date», come suggeriscono alcune recensioni, ma mobili e attrezzature adeguatamente in linea con lo stile e il periodo dell'edificio. Piscina esterna e spa indoor. Molte aree di seggiolino esterno. Piazza forestale estensiva dietro l'hotel. Solo pochi minuti a piedi a Knoll Beach, attraverso i vasti luoghi dell'hotel (compresi i corti da tennis e un campo da golf) proprio lungo la strada. Non ci sono informazioni su nessuno di questi splendidi servizi, o in realtà nulla, nella nostra camera da letto. Inoltre, nessuna informazione su Wi-Fi, nessuna informazione sulle ore del colazione, nessuna informazione su come contattare anche la ricezione telefonica fornita in camera ... The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was left down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the next day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated dalla stessa cucina.

This was our second visit to this hotel, we have unfortunately had the same experience twice. The hotel itself is lovely with great facilities. Rooms are lovely, Beds are huge and extremely comfy. Fluffy, luxury towels. The Pool area and pool are lovely, feel like you are abroad on a hot day. Although it is a fight for a Sun lounger. However it’s completely let down by the staff. The bar staffs attitude was appalling, it was an inconvenience for them to get our drinks each time. We had a Roast dinner at Old Harry Rocks - staff were much better in there and v accommodating, although I do believe this this a separate company to the hotel and it shows. Beef was tough in parts but still nice. Pork was lovely. On booking, breakfast is charged at £22 at but in the hotel it’s £15 so don’t fall into that trap. The staff had no idea what they were doing. They first couldn’t get our drinks order right, then they messed up our simple breakfast order. Some of us nearly finishing our breakfast before others even got their meal. The breakfast itself was very small, we were also only given half a mushroom?? For £22/£15 I would at least expect to have a whole Mushroom… They then didn’t know how to use the card machine..  Before we left we used the Spa, small but nice. Sauna was closed & pool was freezing. Hot Tub also wasn’t very warm.  Overall it was not a great experience, we will not be returning. To pay £260 minimum for a room for extremely poor service is criminal.

Upon checking in was told breakfast is till 10 am Next day in the morning was coming to have breakfast with kids at 9:40 apparently too late. Went back to the reception they said oh sorry it’s open till 10 am on weekends. Left with 2 kids without breakfast and no complimentary was offered considering misleading information from the receptionist on check in. We travelled on hottest day by train with delayed service 4 hours to get here. Also, felt intimidated by pool staff teice on 2 different days asking me who I am and are we were guests ?:( seriously? Did they think I just walked in randomly from the street? Shocking! Me and my two kids felt unwelcome and placed in embarrassment in front of others because I had to verify that I am guest and I had paid to be here:( that’s not 4 stars customer service! I travel around the world but here felt either ****** or discrimination not sure what it was felt odd. Had to book another hotel because didn’t like the whole experience and attitude from the staff! Also their spa and indoor pool is actually in the other hotel next by. Which was odd we never made as didn’t want to move around from one building to another for spa. Receptionist were abrupt and couldn’t be bothered to spare simple smile. Not happy at all. Bathrooms shower it terrible no power couldn’t even wash my hair off the soap. Basically not recommend due to these issues I had experienced.

Ho letto le recensioni, quindi non mi aspettavo molto. Tutti i membri del personale sembrano lavorare molto duro. Purtroppo, l'hotel stesso è davvero grubby e ha bisogno di nuovi mattoni, ridecorazione e manutenzione. (Scusate, ragazzi, potrebbe non essere abbastanza ore al giorno). Non è abbastanza buono dire ”ci è solo una pompa” quando l'acqua non esce dal doccia e poi il suo marrone per diversi minuti! Credo che la piscina sia un nuovo supplemento, ma perché lasciare che le erbe crescano intorno? La stanza era deludente, i miei vestiti erano stati messi fuori dai buchi e i miei vestiti erano stati messi al fondo del cestino. Ho chiesto alcuni pendenti dalla ricezione, ma non vi erano pendenti? Si raccomandava di prenotare una tavola per cena, ho scelto per le 7:00 e la torta. 40 minuti dopo era ancora in caccia! chattare intorno alla piscina sembra che due persone possono rimanere per £80 per notte, ma mi hanno pagato £133 con colazione. La colazione era stile buffet e poco caldo. Ho visitato gli hotel nel gruppo e sono molto meglio. Non raccomando l'hotel o restare di nuovo!

Volevamo solo una base affidabile, accogliente, sicura e pulita per una notte a un prezzo fantastico e abbiamo avuto esattamente questo qui a Laguna. Non ci sono frittelle, ad esempio, nessun frigorifero in camera, o decorazione edgy e nessuna toletta bonus ...ma è esattamente quello che non abbiamo bisogno! È stata una camera di base ma senza spot con tutti gli elementi essenziali che avete bisogno per un buon soggiorno di notte; 2 letti freschi, un abito con doccia calda, asciugamani e flanelli per 2, una TV con remoto, La struttura è stata affidabile e sicura, con Wi-Fi, tee e una porta chiusa con 24 ore di sicurezza. Siamo stati a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla città, con un comodo negozio notturno tardi a pochi minuti a piedi. Grazie per aver fatto del nostro viaggio una Laguna piacevole; pianificamo di tornare in futuro.

Overall it's a great location and the facilities are really good, particularly the indoor pool and the gym,. The room was in serious need of a refurb (there were holes in the walls) and cramped (family room for 4) but we slept well in the beds. Not having a shaver plug in the bathroom also didn't help. We pre-paid for breakfast and found it a bit lacking. Although there was quite a bit of variety (coffee, tea, cereals, toast, bread and pastries, english breakfast items like beans, scrambled eggs, black pudding, sausage, etc.) the quality could be quite a bit better with a bit more attention/care. For example, the scrambled eggs were quite dry and tasted almost like plastic, while the black pudding was really dry. I think this could be resolved either by having rotation of the food so it's not sitting in the heaters too long, e.g. breakfast starts at 6h30 and we always went around 8h30, meaning the food there was sitting for nearly 2 hours.

La struttura è molto buona, facile bus al centro, ma anche la spiaggia è molto meno congestionata a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto una vista 😅 Ma non credo che tu stia venendo a sederti in camera. Anche un personale molto carino e amichevole!!!
