Germania: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Brandeburgo

We hadden een mooie premium kamer maar er was geen zeep, bijna geen closetpapier en we kregen geen schone handdoeken. Bij de boeking stond dat de kamer dagelijks schoongemaakt werd , 4 nachten geweest en niet gebeurd

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

Molto piccolo camera per 3 persone. Nella foto sembrava diverso. Il cappuccio doveva essere rimosso dalla stanza a causa di mancanza di spazio. Mobili anziani. Nessun cuoco d'acqua, tè, caffè ecc. Nessun minibar. Non sono stato soddisfatto. Personale, tuttavia, molto amichevole e molto precoce dopo la mia denuncia. Se avessi pagato 290 euro invece di 125 euro avrei lasciato l'hotel in questo momento. È la mia opinione della casa. Tutti dovrebbero decidere come desiderano vivere.

Molto grande hotel, buona cena, buon cibo e caro, quattro persone non sono meno di 100 euro.La sauna e la piscina sono molto buoni, anche se non grandi, l'esperienza è molto buona.Raccomandazione!

La ricezione non era così buona. Un ragazzo che ha fatto la gomma aperta con la bocca aperta ha fatto un saluto e ha poi dato la scheda senza spiegazione. Sono stati gia' ricevuti più gentili. Buona colazione. La stanza è pulita. Le scale non possono essere utilizzate, eccetto quelle della ricezione, e quindi molto lontane.

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere and too complicated for them to travel to the city. I guess if you are looking for peace and quiet this would be perfect. But they loved the breakfast!

Wunderbar! Mein letzter Aufenthalt ist bereits viiiiiele Jahre her, dem Hotel sieht man es aber nicht an. Besonders ist das freundliche, aufmerksame aber unaufdringliche Personal zu erwähnen. Man erkennt, Jedem hier liegt es am Herzen, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt, entspannt genießen kann und gern wieder kommt. Nach dem aktuellen Aufenthalt frage ich mich tatsächlich warum es so lange gebraucht hat, dass ich wieder da war, obwohl ich gerade im Winter viele Wochenenden in Hotels mit Spa genieße. Gibts was zu verbessern? Einige Saunen sind je nach Besucherzahl etwas klein und es könnte mehr Duschen geben. Wichtig ist aber das Alles funktioniert hat und es keinen Wartungsstau gab. Ich komme gern wieder, sogar bald.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht im Pricese Resort Bad Saarow. Wir wollten etwas Wellness genießen und sind voll zu frieden gewesen. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Nur das Inof- Tablet hat nicht funktioniert. Aber an der Rezeption wurde sehr freundlich Auskunft gegeben . Die gebuchte HP war sehr reichlich. Abendessen gab es als Buffet. Auf Grund der vielen Gäste war es leider etwas sehr unruhig. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel jedoch weiter empfehlen

Der Service beim Check-in war bemüht, aber auf Grund der schlechten Deutschkenntnisse unzureichend. Es ist sehr schade, wenn man auf eine Frage als Antwort ein JA bekommt und es aber doch gar nicht der Tatsache entspricht. Auch auf nochmalige Rückfrage erhielten wir vom deutschsprachigen Personal leider auch keine klärende Antwort. Und 35,- € oder auch 30,- € mit Rabatt sind unangemessen für das Abendbuffett, da einige Speisen sehr schlechte Qualität aufwiesen.

Abbiamo passato due giorni con i nostri nipoti. L'hotel è molto adatto per i bambini.Ci sono piaciuti il campo da gioco, la sala da bastello e la piscina. Il campo di gioco all'esterno potrebbe diventare un po' più attraente. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Come offerta molto speciale, apprezziamo la generosità dell'hotel, che anche al giorno della partenza si può utilizzare tutte le aree dell'hotel e solo le camere devono essere svuotate, cosa che non abbiamo mai visto in un hotel tedesco. In ogni caso, torneremo.
