This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.

La stanza è comoda. È possibile vedere il mare attraverso la montagna, vicino al casinò internazionale di acque marine, camminare lentamente dal mercato notturno di Simon, Shanda, è comoda. Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

All'inizio non volevo commentare, ma la cosa peggiore di questo viaggio a Zibo è stato l'hotel in cui ho soggiornato. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicino all'Ottavo Bureau, ma è molto difficile entrare e Le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente vecchie, ho soggiornato allo Sheraton in diverse città e questa è la peggiore il rubinetto perdeva e ho chiamato quattro volte per ripararlo. La colazione dell'hotel era ancora più terribile. La maggior parte dei piatti erano vuoti. Anche se si dice che a maggio ci siano più persone, poiché i prezzi sono aumentati, dobbiamo essere più preparati, invece di limitarci ad aumentare i prezzi durante le vacanze.

La stanza di Valley Wing era spaziosa. Avevamo una stanza con buone viste sul mare. Il lobby sul pavimento è enorme, ma consigliamo all'hotel di regolare la temperatura più alta, perché si congelate e consumava energia per mantenere la bassa temperatura. Abbiamo avuto tutti i nostri pasti, tra cui colazione, pranzo e cena all'interno dell'hotel, perché c'era una varietà per adattarsi ai nostri gusti. Il Yum per colazione è un po' incongestionato, ma c'era un sacco di cibo da mangiare. Il pranzo e la cena a Shang Palace erano buoni, anche se ci siamo dovuti aspettare molto tempo per il cibo lì, forse a causa di un banchetto al tempo stesso. Il cibo marino era grande e i dolci erano deliziosi. L'hotel è convenientemente situato. I trasporti pubblici sono convenienti, poiché l'hotel è appena sopra la linea 2 e la linea 3.

Almost every room has a spacious private washing machine, making you feel at home. These places provide a good place to stay and relax. Maybe you can taste the local Tsingtao beer at the same time! Zebra hotel also includes a fitness area (gym) and parking lot, which can accommodate 20 cars. In the peak season, the room rates range from 236 to 500 yuan. Zebra Hotel pays attention to details and allows guests to enjoy the boutique hotel experience. No hotel is complete without a good restaurant, and zebra hotel is no exception. This restaurant provides Chinese and western breakfasts, lunches and diners. It has a good restaurant decorated with southwest style and a private Chinese restaurant that can be enjoyed.
