The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Room is relatively big. Got the city view twin bed room. The bed is bigger than a single bed, probably twin sized bed. The room is in the old wing but at least it doesnt feel old and surprisingly quite a pleasant stay. Valley wing is the newer side. This hotel seems to be a popular conference hotel. In my 4-5 days staying there, there was always a conference held in the hotel. The hotel has larger taxis which can take 5-6pax. The taxi goes by meter so was reasonable. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to MixC shopping mall. There are many restaurants in the shopping mall where we had dinner. There were also many bakeries and a supermarket in the mall. There is also the usual mc donalds, starbucks and luckin coffee. There was also a new songmont shop that recently opened in the mall. For breakfast, there is a lane behind the hotel where we tried the dumplings and noodles for breakfast/brunch. Good price, around 100yuan for 5 pax. Cheap and good.

Excellent choice for an airport hotel - directly linked to the airport and the metro station. Great gym and pool. Nice clean modern rooms

Ho portato i miei due figli a Qingdao. Pensando che sarebbe stato costoso andarci durante le vacanze estive, ho deciso di cercare un posto vicino alla Corea del Sud. Il clima non era caldo come mi aspettavo. Questo hotel era fantastico, soprattutto per le famiglie. Ha piovuto quando siamo partiti, ma il personale ha prolungato l'orario del check-out. È facile nuotare ed è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Fushanso, a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi da Piazza Quattro Maggio. Dopo cena, siamo andati in spiaggia per vedere lo spettacolo di luci, che non era lontano. Se non volete andare troppo lontano e volete solo mangiare e fare shopping, consiglio questo hotel. Il tè del mattino al 28° piano è comodissimo, e c'è un mercato del pesce nelle vicinanze. 👍👍👍

Il mio soggiorno recente a Wyndham superava tutte le aspettative! La camera moderna era spaziale, bellamente progettata, e aveva ogni comfort immaginabile. La camera d'albergo è molto pulita e confortevole nel complesso. Il divano è moderatamente morbido e duro. Il piano executive offre un pasto semplice la sera. Il figlio maggiore è sovrappeso con i bambini, quindi alla reception ci hanno dato un buono per la colazione, il che è stato molto utile. Le strutture sono ben tenute, anche se un po' datate. I initially requested a room change for a better view, and despite waiting for over an hour, I did not receive any proper response or resolution. When I first arrived at my room, I found that one side of the view was almost entirely blocked by the neighboring building, which was not what I expected. I called the front desk to request a room change, but after 20 minutes with no response, I called again. I was told the team was checking on it. After waiting another 10 minutes without any follow-up, I called once more. The staff seemed to have difficulty communicating in English and repeated that they were still checking. Eventually, I was told that a room on the 16th floor might be available, and someone would come to show it to me. However, no one came. I waited again, then called once more about 10 minutes later, only to be told that the front desk was still confirming and that the new room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. At this point, I had already wasted nearly an hour of my time in Qingdao without any clarity on whether I could even change rooms. As a guest who chose your esteemed hotel for its reputation for excellent service, this experience has been highly disappointing. The lack of communication and inefficient handling of a simple request does not meet the standard expected from the Westin brand. I kindly request a formal explanation of this situation and an appropriate form of compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.
