Questo posto è sorprendente.Abbiamo avuto una vista delle corse così un certo plus. 😊 L'unità è pulita e il personale è amichevole e utile. Il meglio è che si può camminare solo circa 100 metri dalle corse. Una notte ho avuto un problema quando la mia stanza era piena di fumo di sigarette così tanto, così abbiamo dovuto dormire con le porte del balcone aperte a temperature sub-zero. Quando ho fatto il giorno dopo, erano estremamente scusanti e il loro servizio clienti mi ha contattato per chiedere ulteriori informazioni e hanno inviato un piatto di frutta come scusa. I miei figli hanno deciso che questo sarà il loro futuro destino per lo sci a causa della comodità e delle condizioni di neve. Una cosa che ci ha distratti tutti, ma non ha distratto dal soggiorno.Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento di 2 camere da letto. La camera con le letti gemelli sembrava avere una più grande e migliore bagno con un bagno. Ma la camera con un letto grande aveva solo un bagno più piccolo e una doccia. Ancora una volta, non ci mancava niente del nostro soggiorno, ma ci stavamo davvero ingannati.

However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. È un vecchio hotel a cinque stelle con un'illuminazione molto Shangri-La. Il personale della reception era entusiasta e ha aggiornato la nostra camera Anche se non riuscivamo a sentire la differenza tra le camere, ci hanno dato frutta, bevande e snack gratuiti. I cuscini del letto grande erano molto comodi e ho dormito molto bene. Inoltre, le strutture della sala fitness sono molto professionali, comprese le macchine Smith e le macchine a giunto singolo per varie parti.

Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. La nostra famiglia di 4 aveva un meraviglioso soggiorno di 2 notti a metà dicembre. Il servizio di grande importanza è iniziato anche prima del nostro soggiorno, poiché abbiamo 2 concierge personali Xiao Zhang & assegnati a noi. Abbiamo chiesto di collegare le camere via Trip e Xiao Zhang & ci ha contattati direttamente via WeChat. Non solo ci hanno aiutato a raggiungere le camere di connessione, hanno anche dato consigli e hanno aiutato a organizzare il nostro bagaglio da inviare all'hotel mentre un conducente privato (costi aggiuntivi) ci ha scelti dalla stazione ferroviaria per iniziare immediatamente la nostra tour di Changbaishan. Immediatamente dopo l'arrivo al cappello di sci, l'allenatore ci aspettava e ci condusse attraverso l'intero caotico processo di raccolta e di indossamento delle attrezzature. L'hotel ha accesso diretto e illimitato alla primavera calda e ha anche una grande esperienza da non perdere (Non dimenticare di imballare il vostro costume da bagno!) Ha anche una piscina di pesce dove noi immergiamo tutto il corpo. C'è anche un bellissimo Paradiso per animali diversi che si possono nutrire. In generale ci sono molte attività per tutti e sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel a tutti che vengono a Changbaishan.

Consigliato! Il personale è stato molto utile anche poche settimane prima del nostro check-in. Ha potuto comunicare con il personale attraverso il nostro chat. Ha aiutato a organizzare le nostre attività insieme al trasporto. Suggeriscono di fare attività e di aggiornarci di volta in volta. Comunicazione era facile. Le camere erano pulite. Quando siamo arrivati alla fine della stagione, ci sentiamo come un posto privato, meno gente. Ski e pacchetto di primavera calda era un bonus. Sono felice che Jack ci abbia resi più comodi!

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo in questo hotel e abbiamo goduto molto il nostro soggiorno. Soprattutto la zona calda primavera è sorprendente. A volte è una sfida comunicare in inglese. Ma ho collegato Xiao Liu su WeChat e è stato sempre sostenuto in modo molto utile. Grazie a Xiao Liu e a tutto il personale dell'hotel per una vacanza molto rilassante.

Changchun Intercontinental Hotel is the accomodation where I stayed during the visit to Changchun, China. The hotel is brand new, and the overall environment is excellent. I would highly recommended Ivy due to her Top-notch service, kindness and helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet in the hotel is good. There is a a variety of delicious food and the quality is excellent. Changchun Intercontinental Hotel would still be my preferred choice if I visit to the city next time. Lastly, I would like to give a 5-Star Rating to Ivy as she deserves it👍🏻

L'hotel è molto nuovo e tutto pulito senza spot. La posizione è un po 'di periferia (ma per questo estremamente tranquillo e tranquillo) e le camere sono in piccole case (tipo cinese tradizionale) diffuse in un ambiente parco-come. La casa principale (con la colazione) è una bella passeggiata o una corta autobus con un piccolo autobus rosso, che si può chiamare facilmente in qualsiasi momento.
