Hotel con numerosi mini appartamenti nel centro di Ginevra, a 5 minuti dalla stazione e dal lago. I miniappartamenti sono ben forniti, con tutte le comodità; letto matrimoniale, scrivania, bagno con vasca e angolo cottura. In alcune stanze è disponibile anche la lavastoviglie. Per chi ha la macchina l'hotel fornisce una tessera sconto che permette di parcheggiare al costo di circa 12 CHF/giorno. Camere molto pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo considerando la posizione e le caratteristiche degli appartamenti.

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

Struttura comoda per prendere L aereo all aereoporto (è di fronte) ottima insonorizzazione non si sente nulla di fronte. Abbiamo cenato nella struttura, prezzi nella norma e menu giusto se si ha fame e non si desidera uscire ( la colazione a buffet costa 20chf a testa) camera arredata bene con Wi-Fi, bollitore,frigo con due bottiglie d acqua in omaggio, doccia con anche i campioncini per il sapone mani, corpo e capelli se li avete scordati. Check in e check out a tutte le ore, unica cosa negativa posteggio a pagamento,per una notte 30 chf!!!!!….la reception poi ha esclamato Welcome to Geneve! Unica nota appunto che stona è quello perché in fase di prenotazione vi era scritto parcheggio incluso…. Ci mancava che il soggiorno della mia auto costasse più del mio pernottamento!

Hotel molto bello, accoglienza gradita e servizio eccezionale, molto curato nell’arredo. Mi posso permettere di fare qualche critica, essendo onesto non riesco a tenermi dentro niente. Abbiamo prenotato la suite executive. —＞ Di notte c’era più freddo che in Lapponia negli igloo perché il governo svizzero da come temperatura massima consentita i 22 gradi, Per sopperire a questo disagio ci hanno fornito un calorifero elettrico che quello che mio nonno ha a casa e’ più moderno e meno sgangherato Di notte faceva un rumore che manco un neanche un branco di gabbiani nel porto di Genova. Un’altra nota dolente, ma del resto in Francia si sa, il cesso in una mini stanza a parte dal resto!! Senza neanche la VENTOLA!! Si creava una camera a gas che neanche durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Capisco il bidet inesistente, ma pagare una suite executive in cui devo fare i bisogni in una stanza e poi lavarmi il sedere nel lavandino attraversando tutta la stanza con il sedere sporco, manco nel terzo mondo. Scusate l’onestà, ma sono onesto

Excellent sans hésiter et à tous les points de vue. La réception accueil Chalard un et très professionnel et sur tout Marie et Rachid et tous les autres.une semaine magnifique et beaucoup d’empathie. Ma chambre au 8ieme étage une vue imprenable sur Genève le jet d’eau les Alpes du pur bonheur Cerise sur le gâteau le petit déjeuner riche et varié produit suisse et de qualité supérieure et Bio je citerai Maylick et Noémie aux petits soins. Je suis une habituée de cet hôtel et j’ retournerai à mon prochain séjour à Genève. Je le recommande très fort

I go to Geneva to attend seminar and stay in this hotel for 1 week. As the conference is near airport and hotel is very close to the site. Short, even walking distance which is so much convenience. Hotel is clean and tidy and provide cleaning machine. Breakfast is just okie. When go to Geneva next time, will try some other hotel in downtow.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla vecchia città dove si trova la cattedrale e tutte le grandi marchi di lusso. L'hotel è un po' vecchio, ma molto pulito e confortevole. La camera è spaziosa e la prova sonora è eccellente. Il personale è estremamente gentile, benvenuto e accogliente. È opportuno ricordare che il check-in dell'hotel è 1500 ma ci è stato dato una stanza quando siamo arrivati al 1210. Le due ragazze della ricezione, il pomeriggio, ci mostrarono anche il loro sorriso benvenuto ogni volta che ci videro, quando ci chiamiamo per chiedere un caldo, l’hotel ci ha dato non solo un caldo, ma un sacco di tasche di caffè e tè. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

Very close to train station. Across main road and a minute walk. Lots around the hotel, Starbucks, McDonald’s, various restaurants and cafes. Coop small supermarket and other shops. Our room was very clean, cleaned every day. Simply furnished with modern fittings and a great shower, good towels, tv, kettle, tea/coffee bits. Everything you need. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor, with great views and was also immaculate though we didn’t have breakfast during our stay. 5 minutes walk to river. There was quite a bit of noise late at night in the area behind the hotel (car park and street) , our window was open and it didn’t bother us. I’m sure with windows closed the noise would be far less. Staff at reception were very friendly.

Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)

Hotel reception was very friendly. Hotel staff recommended us nice restaurants to visit. Encounter two bad experiences from this hotel, 1) requested to change kettle as the kettle was rusty unable to make hot water for kids. The hotel staff is very kind enough to change 3 times for us but non of the kettle can be use. The last round he exchange another kettle for me but it is spoilt. So I gave up in the end. I have to go down to the bar and request for hot water. 2) The lift breakdown, I was stuck inside 2-3 mins . The hotel technician resolved it fast . Overall, have a pleasant stay at this hotel .
