Canada: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Québec

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

Good location just next to the highway.  Breakfast is nice with some food selection.  Staff are friendly.

Il servizio è stato davvero meraviglioso il personale era caldo, attento, e ha reso l'intera permanenza senza difficoltà e rilassante. Il piccolo negozio all'interno dell'hotel è anche un bel bonus bellissimo curato con oggetti locali di qualità, perfetto per i souvenir o piccoli trattamenti.

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!

Le service était bien et le staff courtois. Le café à volonté était apprécié, le petit déjeuné était également bien. La draperie et serviette étaient propres. Pour la propreté des lieux, cela laissait à désiré; les tapis étaient tachés et dans le passage, les même miettes de chips y ont demeurés pendant trois jours. Dans la chambre; le bain était complètement bouché et en prenant notre douche, le bain se remplissait. les grille du diffuseur du climatiseur étaient obturées de poussières ainsi que celles du ventilateur de la chambre de bain. derrière le store de la fenêtre il y avait des insectes morts et des toiles d'arraignés.

Great location, close to some very good restaurants and a block away from Old Montreal, and close to Metro stations. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. It does have a laundry facility, which is nice, but the breakfasts are really substandard, considering the cost. Selecting breakfasts increases the room cost significantly, or you could pay $27 per person for the breakfast. It was standard hotel breakfast buffet - you could get twice the quality for half the price elsewhere. And parking is $28 per day, or portion of a day.

La stanza è un po'piccola, ma il panorama è buono.Devo cambiare due ascensori al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto, un po'non molto conveniente.Il servizio della ricetta è molto attento e molto gentile.La porta ha un autobus speciale.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente e la notte è molto tranquilla.

Questo è un hotel più comodo di quanto immagino. Il personale è molto amichevole e la stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita.Considerato che il colazione è gratuito, penso che sia un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ma quando ho usato il fango, l'acqua calda non usciva, l'ultima era l'acqua (due giorni).Sono un po'delusionato perché vivo molto freddo. Ma in generale, penso che sia un ottimo hotel.

Best things are the view and the staff. Amazing location too. Very close to the walking bridge connecting Gatineau to Ottawa. Staff super polite, friendly, and helpful. Ambience too poorly looking with a smell of cleaning products that stinks. Linen were washed but a drop of blood stain on it (just throw out the damn thing). Also, too expensive for what it offers with no chance to cancel or modify. Wouldn't recommend

La posizione non è ottimale per i trasporti pubblici, ma l'hotel è molto pulito e la colazione è davvero buona!
