Canada: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Columbia Britannica

Molto bene. Non sarebbe possibile trovare meglio, soprattutto per il prezzo. Il posto era pulito, ben progettato, bella vista fuori dalla finestra. Marca nuovi mobili, comodo letto grande, pulito, caffè nella stanza, colazione inclusa ... Sono arrivato a mezzanotte dopo più di 30 ore di viaggio e il colazione era da 6.30 a 9 ma mi sono svegliato solo alle dieci, sono ancora andato a controllare e il manager ha detto che non c'era problema e un bel colazione di cereali, omeletta, salsaglie, tostapane, diversi succhi e caffè ... L'unica cosa che non c'era un ascensore, ma mi hanno preso i bagagli senza dover chiedere e lo stesso mattino li hanno portati indietro.  Sono impressionato e molto soddisfatto

Non posso esprimere quanto mi sento soddisfatto di questo hotel. Vado sempre in famosi hotel a 5 stelle per soggiorni che possono accumulare punti e tutti i tipi di vantaggi pur essendo garantito per il servizio di controllo qualità. Il paradosso mi ha davvero sorpreso quando ho fatto il check-in. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile ed educato. La camera era grande e molto confortevole. Le condizioni della stanza erano così buone e così pulite che non volevo nemmeno fare il check-out - mi sembra di stare lì per sempre. Il pranzo in camera era fantastico. La richiesta di assistenza è stata SEMPRE sollecitata, quasi in un secondo. È così bello che in realtà ho prolungato i miei soggiorni e mi sono sentito male al checkout quando avevo bisogno di trasferirmi in un nuovo posto. Voglio ringraziare in particolare Danielle che sorride molto, è molto amichevole e sempre pronta ad aiutare. Fa sentire i clienti così a casa. In generale, questo è un gioiello a Vancouver. Vorrei poter conoscere questo hotel prima, quindi non ho bisogno di spendere di più in un altro costoso hotel a 5 stelle come un hotel vicino ma è stato maltrattato. Ho consigliato Paradox a molti dei miei amici e tutti mostrano interesse a restare! Oh, la stanza è persino offerta con la tazza di caffè Wedgwood. Non sono un forte bevitore di caffè ma bevo molto caffè durante l'intero soggiorno, solo per godermi la bellissima tazza di caffè Wedgwood! E l'hotel mi ha dato abbastanza acqua da bere!

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)

Bene, le camere erano pronte per noi, pulite, ma anche se erano piccole, eravamo occupati tutto il fine settimana e ci dormivamo in loro, non ospitava una festa, ecc.

Isolamento acustico zero.Preparatevi a passare la notte con i vostri vicini a guardare la TV, a parlare, a giocare con l'un l'altro a letto.

This amazing hotel was renovated in 2024.  It is bright, clean, high ceilings give an open atmosphere.   The breakfast room is spacious!  Excellent selection for breakfast including eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice .   Desk staff were lovely.  This hotel was a great surprise!  Fabulous location in Penticton and quiet.

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel era eccellente. Le strutture e i servizi erano eccellenti, e il personale era incredibilmente gentile e professionale. L'ambiente dell'hotel era bellissimo e tranquillo, e le camere erano molto pulite e confortevoli. Ritorneremo certamente e consigliamo molto questo hotel ad altri.

Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.  Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled.  Nonetheless,  looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.  Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.
