When it comes to pricing, visitors should anticipate extra costs at checkout; the $37 CAD gated self-parking fee combined with resort charges adds up to an additional $90 CAD or so. Despite these extra fees, the property ultimately delivers great value for money. The experience is further elevated by Whistler itself, which serves as a spectacular, scenic destination—particularly on a sunny day. Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Bella proprietà. Molto ridge al check-in e check-out precoce e tardi. Controllo al momento è 1:00 e è un extra $50 per controllare precocemente. Il check-out è 11:00 e può essere esteso al mezzogiorno senza un onere ma oltre che è $50. Il pranzo è leggermente leggero senza cibo caldo. Una grande piscina e un'acqua scorre con un tubo caldo. Ho una suite, e la dimensione della stanza era buona, quasi un mini condominio.

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Amore questo hotel. Il servizio è di alta qualità. L'hotel è moderno e altamente tecnologico. Chiamate speciale Andrew, il concierge, per le sue eccellenti raccomandazioni e l'ospitalità. Per il prezzo, è molto sufficiente. Molti aspetti della stanza si sono sentiti obsoleti, ma era tutto completamente funzionale e pulito senza problemi. Al lago del centro della città, il paesaggio è buono e conveniente.Le strutture sono generali e più vecchie.La cena è nel ristorante dell'hotel, molto conveniente.Il bar del lago deve prenotare in anticipo, e non c'è posto più tardi. La colazione deve essere pulita, il prezzo del buffet non può essere detto alto. Il caffè è un altro soldo. Sono cinque o sei cose (mangiare in un totale di soldi), quasi come un complotto insopportabile*, e il coltello non mangia per la seconda volta.

Il personale era molto piacevole e gentile, e in generale era un hotel molto pulito. Il prezzo per la posizione è stato completamente valso perché le partite erano letteralmente solo a pochi passi dal check-in dell'hotel, rendendolo super conveniente per i voli di mattina presto, E il Skytrain era a pochi passi da qui, rendendo molto facile andare in giro per la vista durante il nostro layout. Inoltre, amava la vista dalla nostra stanza per vedere gli aerei taxi e atterrare!
