Bangladesh: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Divisione di Dacca

L'ambiente generale dell'hotel è buono, ma ovviamente non può essere paragonato all'InterContinental in Cina. L'hotel è grande e l'ambiente circostante è relativamente rinfrescante e non rumoroso Lo saprai quando passi davanti ad altri hotel Si affaccia direttamente sulla strada ed è difficile da descrivere. Ci sono molti tipi di colazione, ma non riesco ad abituarmi alle tante spezie locali utilizzate, ma non è un problema vista la grande varietà. È soddisfacente avere una tale esperienza di vita e di servizio in Bangladesh.

Questo hotel potrebbe essere uno dei migliori a Uttara, Dhaka. Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli e il colazione è abbastanza buono, ma la camera è piuttosto piccola!

Being a stranger in Dhaka, the hotel staff is showing their polite, passionate to their guest. I can feel cozy and warmth during my staying. The room is clean and the breakfast food is good. Every hotel staff can remember my favourite food and habit in 3 days only.

La varietà del colazione è buona e deliziosa per iniziare il giorno.Si suggerisce che il programma TV nel ristorante dovrebbe essere la trasmissione di notizie inglesi, come la BBC, invece di sport La vista dalla mia stanza non è così bella.

E' stato molto bello essere ricevuto dal manager dell'hotel & personale che erano molto amichevoli La camera non era quello che mi aspettavo, il lavandino non era molto pulito e la sapone era molto pulita. Non mi piaceva, non mi dispiaceva di dire al personale della mia stanza e del lavanderia, ma credo che ci sia una stanza per un grande miglioramento.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Questa volta sono venuto per fare il check-in e ho scelto questo hotel. La sensazione generale ha superato le aspettative ed era più nuovo degli hotel in cui avevo soggiornato prima. Dopo l'apertura della superstrada dell'aeroporto, ci vorranno solo più di 20 minuti dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Si trova nel distretto 1 di Gushan, proprio in riva al lago. La posizione è relativamente comoda. Accanto all'hotel c'è la strada principale dove si concentrano le banche. Vicino all'hotel ci sono anche molti ristoranti e caffetterie. Al primo piano dell'hotel è presente una piscina. Le camere sono relativamente spaziose, in qualche modo simili alla disposizione di un appartamento. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e attento. C'è un ristorante al primo piano. La colazione non è ricca ma è sufficiente.

The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important).  Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job.  I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus ”a la carte” needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo una ragazza nella sala colazione. Ha tenuto i soldi che abbiamo perso per sbaglio, ci ha trovati per confermarli a colazione il giorno dopo, e poi ci ha dato i soldi il giorno in cui siamo partiti. An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
