I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo una ragazza nella sala colazione. Ha tenuto i soldi che abbiamo perso per sbaglio, ci ha trovati per confermarli a colazione il giorno dopo, e poi ci ha dato i soldi il giorno in cui siamo partiti. Il colazione ha una buona selezione di scelte e è diverso ogni giorno. Rimaste qui per 4 notti e godervi. La gente del Bangladesh è cortese e benvenuta. Tutti sono utili e la zona di questo hotel è vicina a molte altre scelte alimentari di distanza a piedi di 10-15 min. Il prossimo viaggio Biz selezionarà ancora questo hotel come mia scelta di soggiorno.

Terrible Services they provided. Really not worth of staying. We couple staying there newly married as we mentioned and keep telling them, but they not providing us any extra complimentary cakes or anything for this. So poor service as well

Un hotel di lusso medio, si sente tranquillo.La zona circostante è un quartiere tranquillo, ma è molto conveniente perché si può raggiungere il supermercato delle banane in meno di dieci minuti a piedi. La maggior parte del tempo uso Pathao, ma il personale di guardia mi ha preso all'ingresso per 24 ore, e posso chiamarmi tranquillamente.(Il numero di questo furgone è in Bangladesh, non numeri arabi, quindi è difficile identificare).
