Il hotel è un lussuoso hotel del gruppo Starwood. I suoi interni sono incantevoli e ci sentivamo così attraenti dal personale. Visualizzata sugli oceani e era una bella vista per svegliarsi ogni mattina. Mi sono apprezzata molto il mio soggiorno e il gesto di compleanno dell'hotel è stato anche molto pensativo. Molto soddisfatto e v ben fatto!!

Beautiful hotel, very pleasant staff. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. The room has everything you need. It is located right in the historical center of Haikou, but at night the hotel is quiet and sleeps well. There are good restaurants nearby. Located on a pedestrian street, the taxi stops to the side closer to the street near the Haikou Tower. —- Красивейший отель, очень приятный персонал. Завтраки очень сытные и вкусные. В номере есть все необходимое. Находится прямо в историческом центре Хайкоу, но ночью в отеле тихо и отлично спится. Рядом есть хорошие рестораны. Находится на пешеходной улице, такси останавливается в стороне ближе к башне Хайкоу.

The hosts were really nice and ready to help at any time. The location is good as the building apartment is right next to the beach, but your not allowed to swim. The room was really nice except it wasn't very clean. There were stains everywhere crumbs on the floor, peanuts stuck in the chair and the occasional bugs. It's nice to take a walk at the beach in the evening, and other attractions are not too far away.

來日月灣想找個清靜的地方，呆宅剛好非常合適。開車來的，這裡有停車場，充電樁用着很方便，充一晚上電第二天夠用了。一到管家就在門口等着，幫着把行李拿進房間，説有任何問題都可以問他，態度很是熱情大方。 房間窗户正對着稻田，早上能聽到鳥叫，拉開窗簾滿眼都是綠色，看着心情就好。上午去花園走了走，經過前台路兩旁的花花草草修剪得整整齊齊，很漂亮。 泳池下午人不多，水温很合適，遊了幾圈挺解乏，旁邊有躺椅，遊累了可以休息休息。稻田那邊的湯池是南法風格的，傍晚也去泡了會兒，旁邊的燈光亮起來，看着挺温馨的。 晚餐在木屋餐廳吃的，點了個炒飯和時蔬，味道家常又温馨，餐廳裏的木頭桌子看着挺有質感，吃飯的時候能聽到外面的蟲鳴。晚上看了會兒星空電影，畫質很好，吹着晚風挺愜意的。 有次想晚點吃早餐，跟管家説了聲，他説沒問題，到時候直接去餐廳就行，挺靈活的。住在這裏感覺挺自在的，設施都很全，管家迴應也及時，整體很滿意的，下次來日月灣我還會選擇呆宅。

Il B&B è molto bello, in stile bianco e blu, ben attrezzato, la camera è pulita, il ragazzo alla reception è molto gentile, prendere un taxi non è un problema, potete andare tutti alla porta. Il mercato notturno è molto vivace di notte, c'è tutto da mangiare e da indossare, verrò di nuovo se ne avrò la possibilità L'unico inconveniente è che non c'è l'ascensore Per fortuna abitiamo al primo piano La stanza che abbiamo prenotato ha un cucchiaio privato È molto pulito, ma ha solo acqua fredda a temperatura ambiente.

La stanza è nella nuova zona, c'è una piscina al piano di sotto, camminando circa 100 metri al mare. Abbiamo stabilito 149 camere e due camere e due camere (1501) due letti di 1 m e otto, decorazioni nuove, attrezzature complete, acqua di lavaggio molto grande, c'è una grande piazza davanti al mare, c'è lavastoviglie e giochi di sabbia, ci sono mangimi accanto, Molto conveniente, il servizio di cura è buono.Parcheggio diretto nel seminterrato della zona.Questa casa è molto soddisfatta 👍

L'hotel è in un quartiere, un villaggio unico, un ambiente bellissimo e tranquillo, la camera è anche grande, la piscina è anche buona. Da l'hotel a cinque minuti alla spiaggia, la sabbia è sottile e si può vedere la lampada dentro di lei scomparsa sulla spiaggia. La colazione è fatta da sola da zia a nord-est. È molto attenta. Ci mangiamo sempre più. L'acqua minerale è presa casualmente. La mancanza di bellezza e bellezza è che questo posto è troppo scuro di notte, poche luci stradali, nessuno sulla strada, poche luci tornano alla sala dell'hotel di notte, la finestra del bagno della stanza non può essere chiusa, ho sempre paura.Naturalmente, è ancora molto buono se molte persone vivono.

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

JJordenThis is a really lovely hotel! If there's one place I stayed at during my trip which I would like to visit again, it's this one! At first, I ended up in Tianya Town by coincidence. I liked the village and the beach, thought it would be nice to stay there for a few nights later on, so checked if there was a nice-looking hotel available and booked this one. I didn't regret my choice! I love it that the rooms are bright, with a white colour scheme, and cosy. I was a bit worried that it might be noisy at night, but there are no loud bars directly near the hotel and there wasn't much noise from people in other rooms either! It probably helped that I had a corner room at the end of the corridor and facing the village (I found the seaview rooms too expensive and actually think the rooms with village view may be more quiet). The layout of the room was also great, with a small hallway area with bathroom near the door, which means that the bed is sheltered from potential noise in the corridors. The area surrounding the hotel was also perfect for me. Tianya Town has exactly the right mix for me of enough liveliness but without too much noise and partying (earlier on, I also stayed at Houhai which was lovely during the day but so noisy at night. I much prefer Tianya, although admittedly the eastern end of the beach seemed noisier, but that's far away from this hotel). The beach is also lovely: nice view, not too crowded, small cafés (serving coffee, fruit juice, beer, etc.) where you can sit on a beanbag on the beach. It was also a nice touch that the hotel offers a free photo shoot (that's usually not really my thing, but it is a nice way for a solo traveller to get a few photos of myself that aren't selfies). First 3 photos are free. They take more of course, which you can choose to buy for 30 RMB per photo, but it's all very relaxed without pressure to buy more. The room came with a spacious balcony. The only thing I found a pity is that there are no chairs to sit on the balcony (and no chairs in the room either), but I solved it by moving a small cabinet from the room to the balcony, which seemed solid enough to sit on. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope I have a chance to visit again next year.

The hotel is located in a picturesque place and is made in the form of a small village, so you can drive your own car directly to your apartments, it is very convenient. There are charging stations for electric vehicles including two fast ones. The apartment has a large area and is very cosy, floor heating works in the toilet room which is very comfortable during cool weather. We were very pleasantly surprised that at the reception there is an English-speaking employee who showed a lot of care to us. Also, in the restaurant there was an employee who speaks very good English, who also explained how to go to the orange farm, where we had a great time, collecting delicious oranges on our own. We were very pleased with the hotel, especially the kindness of the staff. Definitely, we'll be back here on our next trip. Мы с семьей отдыхали здесь одну ночь, путешествуя на машине по острову. Отель расположен в живописном месте и сделан в виде небольшого поселка, поэтому на собственном автомобиле можно подъехать прямо к своим апартаментам, это очень удобно. Для электромобилей есть зарядные станции, включая две быстрые. Апартаменты имеют большую площадь и очень уютны, в туалетной комнате работает подогрев пола, что очень комфортно во время прохладной погоды. Мы были очень приятно удивлены, что на ресепшен есть англоговорящая сотрудница, которая проявила очень много заботы в наш адрес. Также, и в ресторане была сотрудница, очень хорошо говорящая по английски, которая в том числе объяснила как проехать на апельсиновую ферму, где мы прекрасно провели время, самостоятельно собирая вкуснейшие апельсины. Мы остались очень довольны отелем, особенно добротой персонала. Определенно, мы еще вернемся сюда во время наших следующий путешествий.

What we love: 1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance. 2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy, Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us. The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge. The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean. The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean. What could be improved: No. 1 - The breakfast. The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk. I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :) You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me ) No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time. So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:) No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee. I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.

Hanno sempre continuato a sorridere e mi hanno fornito molto aiuto e guida, il che mi ha fatto sentire cordiale e caloroso. Pulizia: dal check-in al check-out, ho scoperto che la pulizia all'interno e all'esterno della camera era coerente, sia che si trattasse del letto, dei mobili o del bagno, erano tutti tenuti molto puliti. Servizi: Le condizioni hardware del B&B sono ottime. La camera non solo è completamente attrezzata ma anche molto ben tenuta. Che sia la comodità del letto, lo stile dei mobili, o l'utilizzo degli elettrodomestici come TV e condizionatori, sono molto soddisfatto. Inoltre il B&B mette a disposizione anche molti servizi comuni, come palestre, piscine, ecc., così da potermi divertire durante la mia vacanza. Amenities: I liked the balcony with a dining table. The room was very spacious with nice decor. I appreciated how they gave me washing up liquid and laundry detergent. Other places I stayed at in Hainan didn't and I had to buy my own. I liked the amount of storage space. However, I don't like disposable towels. It's very uncomfortable. Some of the cooking equipment they provided was very old and worn out. It should be updated. There also wasn't any hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, making it difficult to wash my hands or dirty dishes properly Cleanliness: severely lacking. The cleaning staff don't do a thorough job. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in and the bathroom stank of urine. The shelves in the fridge were also really dirty. It also looked like the cleaner forgot to clean the toilet. And for some reason they filled the holes in the shower wall with toilet paper. Overral: Because they don't provided hot water for dish and hand washing and don't clean their rooms properly before check-in, I cannot recommend others to stay here cause it's a health violation. Next time I go to Haikou I will find a cleaner place to stay with hot water throughout the property. It's a shame because it's a really nice property in a great location. Great but wasted potential.

Le camere sono pulite e ristrutturate, il lavaggio è situato in camera, il design con tappo sul sito è piuttosto freddo e conveniente. Le camere che guardano il parco sono migliori, le camere che si trovano sul retro hanno una vista piuttosto noiosa di vecchi edifici e tetti. Il sito di sotto è il colazione - manca la varietà e la quantità. La cena è scappata da 8.30am quando ci sono molti ospiti dell'hotel.Bevande come la soia sono scappate e quando l'assistente è stato chiesto, ha detto ”non più”. Un altro ospite gli chiese se potesse spostarsi le verdure fritte, gli fu detto di mangiare altri cibi disponibili.
