The hotel is located just few hundred steps by walk or 5 minutes by car from the Airport and there's a free shuttle bus every half an hour it. That's how you get up there. Nevertheless, the customer service is good and the manager came out to get us and also added our Wechat to keep in contact in case there are any issues. Supplies were replenished regularly, and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Overall a pretty good experience. Recommended!

Hilton Wenchang is a fantastic hotel to escape from the hustle city. The amenities and facilities are good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of them can speak English. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub and a big balcony with stunning views. Regarding the exterior, there were multiple pools but some of them were under maintenance. The beach area was incredible, clear water and white sand. Hilton Wenchang is definitely a nice place to stay and relax. Highly recommend!
