I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole per 4 adulti con due letti regina e era pulita e ben mantenuta. La posizione è eccellente, rendendo facile accedere agli shopping e alle attrazioni chiave. Abbiamo anche goduto di Bar10, che serve buon cibo. In generale, una soggiorno molto piacevole.

A Burlington, ci sono negozi e ristoranti di tutti i tipi ～ schema di camera molto domestico, molto adatto per viaggi a casa e soggiorno costante!

Il hotel è un hotel che mi piace molto. Il personale era attento e rispettoso, la camera era spaziosa, il bagno era spazioso per un hotel urbano, tutto era pulito e la posizione era grande per molti siti, conducenti e metro/metro. Sono originariamente da Boston e l'Hotel Indigo sarà il primo di me per le visite di ritorno. I miei servizi di pulizia sono sempre stati i comandi di controllo remoto, i comandi telefonici e le luci con i puliziari sanitari/biancheria prima di usarli. Non ho notato alcuna sporcazza quando pulisco questi oggetti...credito alla squadra di pulizia dura dell’hotel! Grazie alla squadra di front desk per un facile check-in precoce e un check-out rapido!

Lo spazio della stanza è relativamente piccolo, la disposizione è ragionevole e la posizione è eccellente. Puoi andare al grande centro commerciale di Boston dal secondo piano. L'hotel fornisce 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale gratuitamente ogni giorno. L'unico rammarico è che l'hotel non offre la colazione gratuita.

Ho avuto due notti di soggiorno all'hotel. La mia esperienza era fantastica da check-in per check-out. Ho arrivato poco prima del pranzo mentre mi trasferivo da Westin a destra, quindi non ero sicuro se dovessi aspettare fino alle 4:00 per il check-in. Il personale del servizio frontale mi ha preso in piacere senza un fuzz, molto grato per questo, soprattutto quando sono su un piano di viaggio stretto. La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita di forniture di bagno pulito, la doccia era fantastica con la pressione d’acqua giusta. L'unica cosa che suggerisco è lasciare l'acqua di bottiglia complementare nella stanza (soprattutto durante la stagione estiva) piuttosto che dover prendere sul desk front (che non sapevo fino a quando il mio amico non mi ha detto chi si trovava anche nello stesso hotel) . Tuttavia, la stanza ha due bottiglie d'acqua, ma sono prezzi. Ho notato che l'internet non è gratuito se non sei un membro di Marriott (non sono sicuro se è una norma oggi, ma penso che Westin era gratuito per l'ospite dell'hotel e entrambi sono sotto lo stesso gruppo hotel, ma si è reso evidente nella mia esperienza con gli hotel, mentre ho appena completato due settimane di viaggio proprio prima del soggiorno), quindi al Checkout ho chiesto di assicurarmi che il mio numero di membro è associato al mio soggiorno e il signore al dipartimento frontale ha confermato gentilmente che il pagamento Internet sarà sono stati rimossi alla fattura finale. Questo è stato un pace di mente per me. Molto grato di nuovo. In generale un comodo soggiorno e verrà rivisita!

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.

L'ambiente è buono, la camera è completamente funzionale, pulita, e la colazione è buona. Alla luce del prezzo della casa dell'hotel a Boston, il prezzo è ragionevole

This Summer, I came to Harvard University to continue my professional studies, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such a beautiful home during my week here. My host , Nicole, has been exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and caring. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed. She even picked me up from the airport, prepared breakfast for me, and generously told me to help myself to anything in the fridge. She also made delicious homemade desserts for me, which made the whole experience feel even more special. I feel truly blessed to have been able to call this beautiful house my home for the week. The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful, elegant, and very safe, giving me a wonderful sense of comfort whenever I come and go. Although I need to take a taxi to Harvard each day, I feel it is absolutely worth it. Having such a quiet and relaxing environment has allowed me to rest properly, reflect on what I have learned, and fully focus on my studies. My host has even kindly allowed me to use her study, giving me a perfect space to read, work, and prepare for my Harvard programme. Sometimes I genuinely wonder how I became so fortunate to find such a beautiful home and such a wonderful host. All I can feel is gratitude. This peaceful home, together with my host’s kindness and thoughtful support, has made my Harvard learning experience even more memorable and enjoyable. I was able to complete my programme feeling happy, focused, supported, and deeply grateful. Thank you once again to my wonderful host for everything you have done for me. Your generosity and kindness have made this week at Harvard a truly special chapter of my journey. ❤️🙏
