Hotel con parcheggio a Haikou

The breakfast variety is very comprehensive and tasty, definitely matching a 5-star hotel standard! There is a great mix of international, Chinese, and local Hainan cuisine. We loved the small bowls of Hainan noodles, which they rotate daily; I enjoyed a different type of noodle on both days. Since I did not have a Chinese phone number, I faced some problems paying a special promotional breakfast price for one of my children. Ms Lisa Wang kindly helped me resolve it. She was there on both days and remembered my payment issue from the previous day! This hotel is perfectly suited for families with young children. Our kids loved the amenities so much and there was plenty to do, meaning they were never bored. We went to the outdoor water playground every day. On Level 2, there is an indoor playground for kids, a mini obstacle course, and four VR arcade machines—the kids had so much fun! Ms Jiang Yulu and Ms Alice Tang were on duty there, and they were incredibly patient with the children. They even kindly allowed my kids to play multiple VR game rounds because my little boy was crying after playing one fewer round than his sister. At the basement level, the kids could visit the gym, the indoor swimming pool, a mini indoor water playground, and play table tennis or Chinese chess. On our last day, knowing that we were checking out, Ms Lisa immediately arranged pick up for our luggage from the room so that we could head straight to the airport right after breakfast. It was a wonderful stay at an excellent hotel with super friendly frontline staff—from the cleaning ladies to the housekeeping team. All of them greeted us with a smile. The housekeeping lady on the 15th floor (during my two night stay) constantly checked in with us whenever she saw us in the corridor to ask when it would be convenient to make up our room. We had to keep changing the time with her because the kids were having so much fun with the hotel's family-friendly facilities! Every night, we came back to an immaculately cleaned room, along with a complimentary night-time dessert for two people.

Had an amazing stay at Novotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, which made it really comfortable and relaxing. I also enjoyed the gym facilities and found the laundry service very convenient. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again :)

Il giorno in cui mi sono trasferito da Sofitel al mattino e mi sono trasferito in un altro hotel, mi sono reso conto che mi mancava uno dei miei orecchini. Ho informato Jerry al Reception di questo e ha immediatamente informato il custode di casa per cercarlo e ha preso i dettagli del mio prossimo hotel, in modo che potesse mandare il mio orecchio se trovato. Poco dopo, mi ha scritto per dire che non hanno avuto successo, ma continueranno a cercare, e lo hanno fatto. La sera, Jerry mi ha chiamato a informare che hanno trovato il mio orecchio nella stalla della doccia e lo manderà all'hotel in cui sono attualmente. One of the best 5 star hotel i have stayed. Cleaningless is good except carpet has weird smell. Location is great! Had a great shopping spree in the outlet nearby (shutter bus provided by hotel) there is many good buy in big brands like Adidas, Guess, Fila, Gap, CK and underamour etc. The restaurant in the outlet is well reasonable priced. Amenities is superb. The swimming pool is big and loaded with lots of fun play which my boys enjoyed. The hot spring included in the package is on another level! My family has a a great time exploring the wide big different type of hot springs. Wish we had stayed couple more days to fully explore it. Breakfast can be improved by adding more varieties but still considered acceptable. The dinner buffet is fabulous! The only thing is service can be improved if they help assign the tables. There is many varieties and they are not stingy with expensive ingredients like small lobsters, lamb/beef satay, roast bake oyster, 4 types of japanese sashimi. They provide beer too! Concierge service is nice and friendly unlike some 7 star hotel concierge act high and mighty in Haitang Bay. They went extra mile to provide dessert and fruit patter for us. Although we rejected it as we dont take it, i appreciate the service. Their concierge is friendly and explain the shutter bus service timing and location to us. Definitely recommend to stay here for a longer period. Do select the package that include free buffet dinner. You will not regret it. Heard from other guest that its a golf heaven but i do not have enough time to try it as only stay for 1 day. In future will give a try.

L'hotel ha le caratteristiche molto specifiche, la confezione è molto completa, se vuoi stare tranquillo, vivere qui è molto bene, l'obiettivo è il servizio molto buono, fare molto attentamente, la reception Xiao Xiao Mei, Xiao Su e Xiao Xiao Xiao, e Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao X L'emozione è molto utile. Questa atteggiamento è anche molto buono. Gli ospiti prestano attenzione ai sentimenti. Inoltre, la stanza è molto pulita, la casa è tranquilla, l'hotel è vicino al mare, ma i due giorni sono molto freddi e sono stati costruiti. Alla fine, ho preso un vestito. Ho soggiornato qui per una notte. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'hotel emanava un'atmosfera datata che ho apprezzato. Il personale era cortese. I servizi erano sufficienti. C'era anche una piccola struttura termale pubblica appena fuori dall'hotel e una vasca che puoi riempire con acqua termale nella tua camera d'albergo. Diverse varietà di cibo servite durante la colazione. La posizione è comoda per andare a Qilou Old Street. Abbiamo preso un taxi.

L'esperienza complessiva del mio soggiorno è stata molto piacevole. Il maggiordomo Zirong è stato attento e premuroso, presentandoci proattivamente le strutture dell'hotel, i punti salienti delle attrazioni circostanti e vari servizi accessori. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha gentilmente informato sui periodi di punta per gli spostamenti mattutini e serali e per la colazione a buffet, permettendoci di pianificare il nostro tempo in modo efficace ed evitare la seccatura di lunghe attese. È sempre stato cordiale e ha risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta.

We visited the homestay and it felt really homely. However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about. We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP. Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area. Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift. The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply. With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day. Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night. Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay. We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs. When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery. We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.

Lavanderia ha 1 lavastoviglie e 1 asciugacapelli. Bagno/toiletta separata, bagno, asciugacapelli. Mat di asciugacapelli. Più piccola ma OK. Acqua fuori e bagno bagnato anche se separato. Nessuna doccia pioggia. Big scarpe. Gli appatti e i ganci. Stivali di potenza non ben posizionati. Buona posizione al di là del parco popolare. Buss ovunque, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria e l'aeroporto. Molto stazioni alimentari, ristoranti, negozi di comodità, negozi commerciali vicino. Molto popolare hotel.Colazione semplice ma buona.
