Regno Unito: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Berkshire

Abbiamo utilizzato l'hotel per soggiornare il giorno prima, in modo da poter arrivare a LEGOLAND la mattina presto. È molto più facile attraversare l'autostrada e ha un parcheggio sotterraneo dedicato. Siamo arrivati ​​sotto una forte pioggia, quindi il parcheggio ci ha aiutato molto. Le camere erano pulite e belle e avevamo un letto a castello per i nostri due bambini. L'unico inconveniente era che lo spazio tra il letto a castello superiore e il soffitto era davvero piccolo e mio figlio ha sbattuto la testa molto forte. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito un impacco di ghiaccio il prima possibile. È estremamente vicino a tutti i terminal di Heathrow e a circa 20 minuti di auto dal castello di Windsor e da LEGOLAND. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

The hotel was great. The service was fantastic, and the room in the coach house was superb. The staff make you feel very welcome, from walking me to.my room to alwaying being available. I really enjoyed my stay!

Mi piace molto questo hotel, molto caratteristico. Il colazione del ristorante è un punto unico di tariffazione, ma il pane blu e yogurt sono gratis.La stanza è gratis per due bicchieri di acqua ogni giorno, ma non è l'acqua minerale, ma anche l'acqua potabile locale ☺️. L'hotel è in una piccola città di Newberry, l'ambiente circostante è bello, molti villaggi britannici sono 🏡, e ho visto un buon movimento 💗.È quello di godere di un paesaggio rurale diverso da una città 😄

Avete soggiornato qui prima, conveniente per LHR che è a soli 15 minuti, camera anche se molto comoda era un po 'dattato in bagno, chiunque mette il sigillo intorno al bagno/duche non ha fatto un grande lavoro perché era un po ' gratificante, Non si tratta più di una critica, ma di un'osservazione. Un fattore irritante che sembra stimolare tra gli hotel è il costo aggiuntivo per il parcheggio, il prezzo della camera è stato molto ragionevole, per questo l'ho scelto, ma ammetto di aver perso le informazioni sulle tariffe di parcheggio che hanno aggiunto un altro 10 sterline complessivamente al costo.È un po'come gli aeroporti che ti costringono a lasciare i loro clienti.

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

Il servizio presso il personale è stato eccellente. sistemi grandi. Abbiamo avuto un buon colazione. Cibo sul sito un po' costoso pensavo che avessimo preso le lezioni pensando che fosse più caro. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personalmente penso un po' aperta. Bere £7.50 potrebbe essere circa £5.90 solo la mia opinione.E chip alimentari potrebbe essere circa £3.50 e pizza circa £9.50. Credo che i giovani mangino invece di ordinare la consegna di cibo.La famiglia Rhodes.

Non troviamo niente di fantastico, e il posto ci ha sorpresi molto positivamente! Grande posizione e circondato da molte bellezze. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e già costruite quando arrivammo, il personale era molto amichevole e utile al check-in, i letti erano confortevoli e avevano tutto quello che voleva per un bel soggiorno.

Bar .servizio limitato terminato alle 1030pm. L'ascensore è rotto, quindi tutte le porte d'incendio sono aperte per fornire accesso alle scale. Poi non c'è acqua calda per la doccia al mattino. Abbiamo detto alla ricezione chi ha gridato e ha detto che lo sapevano, ha chiesto perché nessuno ci avrebbe detto che cercavano di risolvere.Lasciato alle dieci.Non si è preoccupato per il colazione, è appena tornato a casa presto, quindi potremmo fare una doccia.
