Regno Unito: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Berkshire

Accanto al Terminal T5 c'è una stazione di servizio e un piccolo supermercato di fronte. È relativamente comodo lasciare la città la mattina e non sarà troppo affollato. È a un'ora di macchina dalla città e molti gruppi di turisti scelgono di soggiornare qui. La camera è molto nella media. Al momento della prenotazione è stato dimostrato che c'è un piccolo frigorifero, ma in realtà non c'è! Abbiamo fatto il check-in con mia figlia, ma inaspettatamente ci è stato dato un letto extra. L'aria condizionata non deve essere calda, quindi la trapunta sul letto extra è stata utile. L'acqua del bagno era molto lenta. Prima che finissi di fare il bagno, l'acqua traboccava senza scendere. In camera non sono forniti acqua minerale, pantofole e set di cortesia. È necessario portare il proprio adattatore per la presa in camera. Accanto al lavandino è presente una presa per l'asciugacapelli che può essere utilizzata con le prese di ricarica dei cellulari Apple. Vicino al lavandino c'è paura dell'acqua, quindi prestare attenzione alla sicurezza quando lo si utilizza! La colazione può solo dirsi abbondante. Che sia buono o meno dipende dal gusto personale. L'orario della colazione è dalle 6:30 alle 10:30.

E'mezzanotte che sono arrivati all'hotel.E' arrivato il nome dell'hotel in navigazione e Hilton non sono in grado di farlo.Non oso entrare per mezza giornata.Le strutture e le camere dell'hotel sono buone, non c'è problema. Sembra che questo sia un hotel di cooperazione per il gas britannico, che è pieno di auto della compagnia di gas britannica nel parcheggio.

L'hotel era incantevole e il personale molto gentile e disponibile; ci hanno gentilmente permesso di fare il check-in due ore e mezza prima perché le nostre camere erano già pronte, il che è stato molto gentile. Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni problemi: segnale pessimo (ma c'è il Wi-Fi gratuito, quindi non è poi così male); abbiamo pagato per la cena a buffet che non era buona, non la consiglio affatto; il personale delle pulizie ha bussato alla mia porta alle 9:45, sorpreso di trovarmi ancora in camera (il check-out è alle 11:00), e poi mi ha chiesto quando sarei partita (mi è sembrato inappropriato e mi ha fatto sentire di fretta, dato che ci aspettava in fondo al corridoio); le luci in camera erano molto deboli; la doccia impiegava più di 5 minuti ad arrivare e l'acqua non era potente (non l'ideale per lavarsi i capelli lunghi). Purtroppo io e la mia famiglia non sceglieremmo di soggiornare di nuovo qui, dato che ci sono molti altri hotel in zona a prezzi simili. Windsor è incantevole (ci tornerei), ma non c'è niente da fare nella vecchia Windsor o nelle vicinanze dell'hotel, quindi si dipende dall'hotel o da Uber.

Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this

Room was on ground floor with two queen beds, (I only needed one), tv off button didn’t work, the room is very old and dated and is in dire need of a refresh. Premier inn has nicer rooms !! Menu is very overpriced, vegan burger fries and a coke £35!! I would not stay here again at least not until it has a refresh, it’s just seems worn out and old in the room I was in

Adequate hotel for the price. Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

Nice and clean hotel. The accommodation is a bit further from the train station, but it’s still a 15-minute walk—a pleasant stroll past some charming little houses

Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn't find my booking - but then found it on their ”old system” and it took them that long to manually move the booking to their new system and issue me with a key card. Not impressed with that wait time at all! They offered me a free drink at the bar while I waited, but not for my wife and child! That aside, it's a comfy hotel that's better than some of its exterior and interior suggests. Hot shower, good TV, plugs and USB ports on both sides of the bed, good room temperature, Fairtrade tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, including freshly cooked options.

L'hotel è stato molto confortevole, l'atmosfera è stata ben accolta e il servizio generale è stato di qualità elevata. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Kiran per il suo eccellente professionalismo e sostegno, che ha assicurato che il nostro processo di check-in sia senza sostanza ed efficienza, affrontando tutto con un approccio caldo e cortese. La sua attenzione al dettaglio e l'impegno a fornire un servizio clienti eccellente ha davvero migliorato il nostro soggiorno. In generale, una grande esperienza, e consiglierei molto questo hotel.
