The hotel is very nice inside. The parking is very limited. The area of the city has some buildings that aren't in good shape if you walk in the wrong direction. It is close to the downtown mall and not far from the ******.

Great stay for a family or someone staying solo - super safe property, and great service. The pool and area is very nice for a small town hotel.

well me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ?
you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will .
i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated .

Okay stay for the price. Three things that stood out that they need to work on. First, there was no curtesy traveller's shampoo or conditioner provided. Second, no bath towels. They had only the small towels slightly bigger than hand towels. Lastly, their fitness center only contained limited cardio machines and no weights. Either then the three points above the stay was average.

Buckets everywhere due to water drippings.
Sound proofing can be improved: My room was beside an exit door, so it can get abit noisy, i can hear the conversations of the people in the hallway though they speak in normal volume, and the banging of doors from closing.

Uno dei pochi hotel di alta qualità sul fiume nella città principale.La decorazione della stanza è molto nuova, uno stile semplice, il paesaggio dell'alto piano è buono, la città di Saskatchewan non è grande, a cinque minuti di auto dal Remai Art Museum

On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done.
We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era molto sporca. Le tinture sul tappeto delle sedie e ottomano. La doccia è piccola e la cortina è troppo lontana all'interno della doccia.
I letti sono inconfortabili e in riparazione. Fai un click e sembrava cadere ogni volta che entrate. La stanza TV era in forma cruda e il frigo era poco freddo e instabile.
Il tappeto era anche sgombrato. Non molto bello per il prezzo alto pagato per questa stanza. Questa era la stanza balcone.

UUtente ospiteA Trip.com, guardare l'hotel immagine, quasi un secolo di hotel, ha una storia indebolita, è uno degli edifici di stampo di Sasha.Le strutture della stanza sono vecchie, il suono dell'aria condizionata è troppo grande e non abbastanza caldo.Il servizio clienti è anche molto generale.Vivo abituato a un nuovo e ampio hotel a casa, e la mentalità è molto scarsa.
