My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. L'hotel è molto vicino al Castillo di Liu, che è un tipico hotel vacanze turistiche. La porta dell'hotel è fuori dal deserto. L'hotel dovrebbe essere principalmente con la cena del mattino e del cibo, che può mangiare dolce e molto difficile. La piscina è buona.

Mio marito e io abbiamo recentemente avuto il piacere di trascorrere due notti nella casa di cotone a Pammukale, e dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati saluti con eccezionale ospitezza dal proprietario, il signor Tufan. Era sempre amichevole e caldo, andando sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole. Durante la nostra visita, purtroppo, abbiamo subito una frode che ha coinvolto la prenotazione di autobus all'aeroporto, ma il signor Tufan era incredibilmente paziente e dedicato a aiutarci a risolvere la questione. Il suo aiuto e il suo sostegno ci hanno fatto sentire al sicuro e sicuro nel nostro tempo in casa del cotone. Le camere della casa di cotone erano in modo immacolato pulite e decorate con gusto. Un ottimo posto dove riposare per la notte durante la visita alla famosa Pamukalle. Il proprietario, di nome Jos (pronunciato Josh), è molto gentile. La colazione potrebbe essere più fresca, soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli ingredienti freddi utilizzati, ma comunque fanno del loro meglio. Lo consiglierei a chiunque soggiorni qui per una notte. Insolito che la piscina sia aperta 24 ore su 24 😇

Our 2-night stay at Venus Suites Hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent value—highly recommend!

L'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato dopo essere arrivati a Pamukkale era uno dei migliori della zona. Offrivano servizi spa al momento del check-in, con prezzi che andavano dai 35 ai 50 euro. I prezzi erano piuttosto alti. C'erano una banca e un supermercato al piano inferiore, il che era molto comodo. C'erano anche ristoranti disponibili in hotel, e la città era a pochi passi.

We were greeted at the car by a hotel employee. Although he did not speak English (and we did not speak Turkish), he was very friendly and helpfully directed us to the lobby for information on parking our car. We were treated wonderfully by everyone from that first encounter throughout our stay. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and of high quality. The room was basic, the bed okay comfort-wise, but I can't say more than that. The real negative of the night's sleep was that the bed offered only a thin cotton ”blanket,” barely large enough to cover two people, and certainly not sufficient to give a good night's sleep. I would strongly urge the hotel to look into providing more adequate bedding.

Would not recommend. It is so hot and stuffy in the room, and we tried to turn on the AC at night, it's not working at all ,we asked reception to help, they were not helpful and just said they can't do anything. Shout out to the laundry lady, she's the only one that helps with us. No fan or air flow in the room, found it very hard to fall asleep. Power went off a few times at the first night, hot water was not working for a while day. The place itself had a lot of issues. There is a balcony door, but there were so many mosquitoes in the room, we killed 10 in 2 days. Sewage smells super bad in the bathroom too. Pro- Location was good, breakfast was not bad, bed was comfy.

Positive points: - The room is modern and comfortable. - A lot of pools and relaxation facilties. - Not far from Pammukale and Hieropolis. Negative points: - No real restaurant or bar. It is mostly for all inclusive buffet style. - Check-in and checkout. The lady at the front was pretty rude. Tried to charge for extras we have never consumed (without insisting as she knew she was wrong). No goodbye. The manager was nice. - Pool service non-existent. You need to go to the bar to order as the waitresses were busy playing with the music.
