We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, e l'atmosfera generale era tranquilla e lussuosa. Fantastico soggiorno a quattro punti da Sheraton Il mio recente soggiorno è stato eccellente per le seguenti ragioni 1. Comfortabile e pulito: la camera era spaziale, pulita e aveva un letto super comodo. 2. Servizio eccellente: il personale era amichevole e andava oltre e sopra per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole. 3. Posizione conveniente: L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale vicino alle opzioni di metro e cena. 4. Grandi impianti: le strutture dell'hotel, compreso il centro fitness e il ristorante in loco, erano eccellenti. In generale, consiglio molto quattro punti da Sheraton per un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile. Il personale tirocinante Sun Mountain Tiger è stato estremamente disponibile e paziente nel rispondere alle domande e nell'aiutare a configurare le app QR code della metropolitana. La palestra interna è ben attrezzata e dispone di sauna e bagno turco. L'hotel si trova nel centro commerciale di Hankou, leggermente distante dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. La zona turistica più vicina è la passeggiata pedonale di Jianghan, a tre stazioni della metropolitana. Da lì si può prendere un autobus gratuito per raggiungere Wuchang, dove si trova la Torre della Gru Gialla.

La stanza era pulita e spaziosa per 2 persone.Il buffet per colazione era buono e se siedi vicino alla finestra, puoi vedere il ponte dall'esterno. Molti ristoranti, cibo per strada, negozi e farmacie a circa 5 minuti a piedi. In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno.Penso solo che alcuni dei membri del personale possano essere più amichevoli e caldi.

We had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. Il nuovo hardware dell'hotel è buono, il letto è molto comodo, il servizio di trasporto della signorina e sorella è davvero fantastico 👍🏻. Quando si è lasciato, ho anche mandato un regalo. Alcuni servizi di hotel di lusso non sono buoni a Westin. Il bar di autunno ha cambiato la colazione, o il nuovo hotel. Ho vissuto così tanti hotel. Ho incontrato per la prima volta. Non avevo avuto meno partner di bar. Non avrei dovuto cancellare il bar direttamente. Non ci avevo aspettato la mattina. La colazione è la peggiore di tutti gli hotel standard di cinque stelle. Posso portare il colazione dell'hotel fuori, un filetto come tre filette, quattro pezzi, uova di pepe, uova di acqua, pezzi di acqua, e altro che dimenticare. La notte, il vino mangia la salsa e la colazione.

Niente altro in questa regione vicina a quasi quanto bella o comoda soggiorno come questo

Sono arrivato e ho controllato la notte scorsa e ho capito che il servizio in camera non era disponibile dopo le 11:00. Ho ordinato un articolo da *******. Hanno riuscito a consegnare un pozzo di noodle a caldo all'hotel. Ma la consegna del robot dalla ricezione alla mia stanza ha richiesto circa 30 minuti che non è accettato. Mi chiedo perché ci ha voluto così tanto tempo per il robot per mandare il cibo nella mia stanza. Anche un hotel cinese locale senza 4/5 stelle può fare meglio di questo.

We loved everything about our stay at Mu Yun Wan hostel for 4 nights. · The Views: Absolutely stunning, panoramic mountain views. We had a great view from both the room and also lounging out on the Sun decks under the umbrella. · The Food: Incredible! Authentic local cuisine that was fresh and flavorful. We had a few special requests on the dishes and the staff happily made it happen. The price point is also great. · The Service: The owner and his family are the heart of this place. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about his guests. The entire staff was also excellent and knowledgeable about the surroundings. They shared snacks, offered umbrellas, raincoats and arranged anything we needed before we even asked. · The Design: The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern amenities and has been specced to the highest standards. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The hotel is at a very convenient location and has ev charging which was very useful for self driving. I also saw them arranging pick ups/drop offs and arranging tours for other guests so every type of traveller is covered. A truly memorable and wonderful hotel experience. We are already planning a trip back in a different season and would 100% only stay at this place.
