The stay was overall excellent and very satisfying. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The environment was peaceful and suitable for families. The service was good—staff were friendly and helpful, although there is still slight room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities provided were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite slow at times. In addition, the pick-up and drop-off process was a bit slow and could be improved for better efficiency. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially for family trips.

Fantastic stay! We will be back for 5 days next year. We stayed for 1 night and 1 day, and everything was much better than we expected. The resort is beautiful and very clean. What we loved: The Room: We stayed in the purple chalet. It was very cozy, warm, and had a great mountain view. The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff speaks very good English and they were so helpful with our questions. Skiing: We had a great time on the slopes! The equipment and the snow were perfect. Our Plan: One day was too short. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next year in the Autumn season for a longer stay of 3–5 nights to see the colors of the trees. Bottom Line: Highly recommended for families and international travelers. Thank you!

All'arrivo, sono stato accompagnato al mio alloggio da una guida molto amichevole. L'atmosfera tranquilla mi ha permesso di godermi il panorama con calma. Sebbene piccolo, era sufficiente per una giornata. Quando ho fatto la doccia, i rubinetti dell'acqua calda e fredda erano invertiti, quindi inizialmente ho pensato che non ci fosse acqua calda, il che ha richiesto un po' di tempo per risolverlo. Mi è piaciuto anche il ristorante e i biscotti che mi hanno offerto dopo il check-in erano deliziosi. Consiglio di soggiornare qui per una notte piuttosto che per una gita di un giorno. Di notte, ho persino visto una stella cadente!

We stayed at this hotel for a few hours, just to take a shower, have dinner (a noodle cup), and pack things before rushing to the airport. The room is clean. The reception cannot speak Chinese as claimed. No elevator.

來阿拉木圖這麼多次了，這次住的最舒心了，整體裝修有國內的感覺，乾淨整潔，插頭都是國內的插頭，不需要帶轉換的，智能馬桶，停車也方便，早餐豐富，純中文溝通，想看電視也很方便，都是國內的電視節目，服務態度很好，純純適合中國人的酒店，下次出差還住這裏，一次很滿意的出行
