Vietnam: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Provincia di Quang Ninh

È accogliente e pulito. Ero confuso perché non c'era nessun ristorante aperto durante le festività del Capodanno lunare, ma mi hanno anche aiutato a trovarne uno. Anche la colazione è piuttosto buona. C'erano kimchi e una varietà di piatti nel menu. Tutto il personale era cordiale.

Decent cruise, amazing mega yacht in immaculate and clean condition. Staff were extremely good! Wifi was terrible and non existent Food options could be improved, wouldn’t say it is 5 star quality food.

Mình đi du lịch cùng gia đình ở lại hai đêm. Phòng rộng rãi, giường thoải mái, vệ sinh tốt. Vị trí thuận tiện, chỉ vài phút là đến bãi biển Maria Bay, con nhỏ nhà mình cực kỳ thích. Chủ nhà cũng rất nhiệt tình khi hướng dẫn chỗ ăn uống gần khách sạn cho gia đình, tiết kiệm được thời gian

Мы прекрасно провели время, но ожидания немного не оправдались. Нужно понимать, что вы не проведёте 3 дня и 2 ночи в шикарном номере на борту прекрасного судна, скользя между каменных скал. Все не так. Задумано немного иначе. Корабль стоит в бухте, до которой около 1 часа вас везут на суденышке с деревянными лавками, аналогично - обратный путь. Далее, вы отказываетесь на борту, путешествие начинается. Но пройдете на шикарном корабле вы всего 1,5-2 км, наслаждаясь видами и все. Круиз окончен. Корабль бросает якорь в другой бухте. На все остальные активности вас тоже повезут на маленьких не столь комфортабельных лодках. То есть это не круиз, а плавучий отель. Номер Executive Suite с прекрасным обзором и балконом расположен в хвосте, поэтому во время движения очень шумно и сильно пахнет соляркой. Простыни в Suite были рваные, полы пыльные, халат с отпечатками обуви. Ну не заявленные 5 заезд, скажем так. Питание на твердые 3 *. Все вкусно, но нет разнообразия. Желанным гостем мы чувствовали себя при общении с Dian, которая отвечала на все вопросы и всегда была рядом, даже сопровождала нас на одной из экскурсий. Бухта восхитительна!

It is an apartment, but the cleanliness was pretty mid . It offered many amenities such as a washing machine and kitchen, but with no room service available, the general floor of the room was rather dirty and dusty . We had to wear slippers to walk around . But it was spacious and big, which is a positive trait of this stay .

The place was great. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety but not too much western food. The restaurants they had were great and the quality of food was great. The speedboats going to and from the islands are always operating which is very convenient. The only downside would be the spa, we booked a 3 hour package and it was not that great. They were not very well trained. And the bedroom we had seemed to have bedbugs. They offered for us to go see the clinic they had on site but we didn’t have enough time. It was a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again though. But the pools were beautiful and the little private beach made it worth it.

We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

La stanza è pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata. La stanza era come la foto: mobili moderni, comodità con letto con mattress eccellente, piombo di alta qualità. La stanza ha tutto quello che ti serve: aria condizionata, TV, tè e set di caffè, e la stanza era un tug!!! È importante sapere: visitare la piscina comporta il pagamento di 160 - Sono migliaia di dong. Vorrei ringraziare il proprietario dell'appartamento Kevin, che non solo ci ha offerto un alloggio confortevole, ma ha anche aiutato a organizzare un crociera sulla baia di Halong e ha prenotato un trasferimento anticipato al nostro prossimo punto di viaggio. Grazie mille per questo!

Check-in at the Radisson was quick and smooth. The hotel is large and modern with a beautiful lobby. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The outdoor pool was unfortunately very cold as it was not heated, but the indoor pool was pleasantly warm. One downside was that there was no staff at the bar, and no one came by to ask if we wanted drinks or food – although this may have been due to the off-season. On the positive side, they kindly allowed me a fresh-up after check-out, which I greatly appreciated.
