々 Ho vissuto due notti prima, perché i commenti erano molto alti.Le lettere del personale, l'ampia struttura, la chiarezza, la colazione di auto-supporto e la comunicazione di gustosi.Penso che la qualità non sia sorpresa anche se il prezzo è raddoppiato. Se oso preoccuparmi di una cosa, sarebbe un gruppo di studenti che sembrano essere al lavoro e al club sportivo, ma posso parlare in alto nel bagno o nel bagno di sauna, o non bagnarmi l'acqua dopo il bagno di sauna. Hotel was about 10min walk from Sapporo Station - look for signage to Emion Hotel - you can walk on street level or underground walkway which is covered all the way. The building next to Emion is brand new (forgot the name) - this building has a direct lift that leads to the underground walkway. Exit 15 will lead you to a few Izakaya places and it's fully covered the walkway. Breakfast was good with local fare such as japanese curry with rice, soba, miso, fried chicken (was good!), various juices, fruits and desserts - breakfast ends at 930am. The onsen on 2nd floor is open to public but hotel guests can go in for free - opens till late 1am almost everyday. Hotel will issue the onsen card to all hotel guests separately. 7Eleven right downstairs for convenience. We had a three bedder, was a bit squeezy - see photo. bathroom had a tub which was a good surprise. toilet is separated fr bathroom. No gym though which is why i gave 4 stars for facilities.

The hotel is very convenient, it’s close to metro susukino station exit 4 within 3 minutes walking distance. Many local restaurants, shopping centres, shopping area and department stores nearby. And tons of convenient stores as well. The most grateful is one of the front desk staff Miss Tsutsui, she just tried her best on my missing parcel to figure out where is it, she did find out finally! Thanks for her kind assistance in this matter! Highly recommended this hotel in Sapporo!

Front desk staff is very helpful. Staff noticed that when I arrived the hotel, they came out of the hotel and helped us to carry our luggage immediately. The sanitary and cleaness is excellence. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel to Sapporo

I super like this hotel on my trip. The reason because the location is good, near to Sapporo station like 5 mins. So no need worry about carry the heavy luggage. And the nearby shopping mall named Sapporo Stellar Place, also come with alots nice foods. Nearby has 7 eleven, opposite has Lawson. So I will not get hungry 😋. Also, with walking distance, can walk to the Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, Sapporo TV tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. So no need to take train. The room quite small space but just fit for two person. And their breakfast quite nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at hotels located in or very near major airports. Some have been good, but we have found those actually in the airport usually practice treating guests as prisoners who don’t have other good options. Service there is usually average at best and care of the property is often marginal. Not so with the Sapporo Portom International. We wish every major airport in the world had a hotel just like it. It is new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and run by a professional helpful staff. Our room was a Superior Twin, a typical shoe-box shaped hotel room, this one on the big side. Those who frequent hotels know the typical shoe box room will suffice as long as it’s clean and the water is hot, but you also probably notice some owners do a lot more than others with their rooms to make guests comfortable. This room has all the latest high tech, from lights to tv to curtains to outlets for charging. There’s a safe, fridge, and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a little wet room with separate tub and shower. However, unlike many Japanese hotel wet rooms we encountered, the shower was western style (rather than the onsen-style with both shower and faucet, sitting stool and big bowl). However, if you want an onsen bath, the real thing can be accessed on the 4th floor of the hotel where there is everything you need to cleanse and then soak in a public bath of hot mineral water. The hotel also appears to be designed to facilitate quiet and rest. It’s purposely dimly lit and located at one end of the international terminal away from other airport services. It has black-out curtains. The location, which helps keep it quiet, is about 15-minutes' walk from the domestic terminal where most of the airport’s services are located (just a Lawson's convenience store nearby the hotel as well as a Visitor Welcome Center type place). Even if your itinerary doesn’t take you to the domestic terminal side of the airport, if you have time, you’ll likely want to peruse the many shops and restaurants over there. If you’re technology challenged, make sure to quiz the staff member who accompanies you to your room on room features and how they work. At checkout we were provided an airport cart and they loaded our luggage on it for us. This cart together with moving walkways between the international and domestic terminals removed a lot of the burden of crossing the airport on foot with luggage. We wanted to avoid rushing from the Sapporo city center to catch a 40-minute train or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. The Sapporo Portom International was perfect, plus it afforded us a final onsen experience in Japan. Please build more.

My son was down with influenza and it is through them we manage to pay a 2nd visit to children hospital that take in foreigners. The first one wasn’t that effective as it is an A&E with no children doc to prescribe controlled ***** for a 4 year old as i was told. My special thanks to the hotel staff and really appreciate their help and support. In all my years of travelling for business and leisure, this is top notch customer service that makes a huge difference to receiving customer and guests. Parking - 2000 yen for 2 days but note extra charges if you exceed 12pm. We pay 800 yen for 2 more hours of parking.

L'hotel si trova a buon mercato a pochi passi dalla stazione Nakajima, rendendo facile esplorare le attrazioni di Sapporo. Vicino a Nakajima Koen offre belle viste. Un accento è il servizio di navetta gratuita quotidiano alla stazione Sapporo e da essa. Il buffet del colazione offre una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche e deliziose.Le camere sono spaziose, completate con un divano a due posti a sedere per un conforto aggiuntivo.

Le bevande al letto gratuite sono anche un bonus aggiuntivo, ma sarebbe perfetto se potessero anche fornire caffè o tè in camera.

Location was superb and facilities were adequate for the price. Outdoor onsen with great guest lounge on the 12F. Walking distance to all the major attractions ie. Morning Market, Red Brick House. Only drawback was pillow options runs out quickly, first come first serve & pillow served in the room is too soft. Maybe it’s a Japanese thing. Small issue & will definitely recommend!

Hotel location is amazing, room is clean, staffs are helpful, the only downside is the parking, was told by the staff that parking space is small might not suit our rented mpv car. So we have to park at open car parking nearby costed 700 yen a day.

Great front desk service, efficient service for check-in and.out. Also the luggage keep at lobby service is important to us. good health and care at room, clean area and comfortable bed for sleeping. Location nearby JR station, bus terminal and tram stop, and morning seafood market, super convenient.

Molto grande stanza. Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione JR a soli 2 minuti a piedi! Il treno Hakodate è vicino, a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Molti ristoranti eccellenti sono vicini, come Sushi Soup begirama, Fiore vedere sushi. Molto consiglia di scegliere questo hotel anche se i servizi di pulizia delle camere sono forniti una volta ogni tre giorni

Unfortunately our train was cancelled due to weather conditions. We end up only stay for a night instead of two. Didn’t get the chance to use the ryokan. Great location. Next to morning market and walking distance too most of attractions.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

Nice room with mountain view. The breakfast is superb. Hotel has parking but with a fee. Very close to shopping and several points of interests including the cable car station

初めて利用させていただきました。ラグジュアリーなホテルで、特筆すべきは朝食！ 私達は、１泊目はアゼリアでビュッフェ、２泊目は松前で和食の選択をしました。 ビュッフェでは、それこそ今まで見たこともないようなイクラの山盛りがあったり、超ゴージャスな海鮮丼を作る事ができたりして、ホントすごかった。 ２泊目の松前も、とっても素敵なお膳で、私はイクラ御膳をチョイスしましたが、これも超満足。 友人はひつまぶし御膳で、それもすごく美味しそうでした！ お部屋も、広くて手入れも行き届いており、老舗の風格プラス現代的な機能性もあり、良かったです。

Likes: Hotel allows you to choose the type of pillow you would like - there is a rack on display at the hotel lobby and you can just take what you prefer! Good choices too - e.g. down pillow, sponge pillow etc. JR Inn Chitose is very centrally located just next to the Chitose JR Station. There are two 7-Elevens just outside the hotel - very convenient for buying breakfast items which you can then microwave back at the hotel on Level 2. There is also an indoor hot bath on Level 2 of the hotel. There is free parking on site if you have a car. The room is very clean, about the size of other Japanese hotel rooms. Toilet is Japanese-size but very clean and well appointed. Disliked: Breakfast option at the hotel is very limited. There is a Yayoi restaurant next door to the hotel and connected by an internal door. From early morning, the Yayoi only serves hotel guests and it has a basic breakfast set menu for 900 yen. Price is ok but the set doesn't taste so good. Can try once but after that you may probably prefer 7-Eleven!
