Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Nagano

Data d'arrivo ritardato del solito e Dovrebbe essere passato l'orario lavorativo, ma siamo stati informati tramite chat tramite Google. Il personale stava aspettando e rispondendo alle domande. Sono rimasto molto colpito. Contatto tramite Trip Molto difficile da contattare. Per fortuna l'hotel ha un canale di chat. L'alloggio è in una zona dove si può trovare cibo fino a tarda notte, ma potrebbe essere necessario camminare un po' e non troppo lontano dal terminal degli autobus. Le camere sono pulite, il sapone liquido è profumato e in alcuni periodi c'è del ramen gratuito volte. Ottimo consiglio

Sono rimasto con i miei amici dopo aver bevuto. Ho fatto le procedure di entrata prima del bar, ma quando sono entrato all'ingresso, il personale della stazione sorrise, sono stato chiaro e chiaro, e posso completare le procedure con comodità. Da quando sono tornato a mezzanotte, la stanza era molto tranquilla, dormo molto fino a mattina. Inoltre, voglio usarlo quando tengo un bicchiere.

Hotel Metropolitan non mi manca mai. La sua posizione è invincibile, in quanto è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria con un centro commerciale attaccato a essa. Tutto quello che ti serve è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi da cibo, shopping e trasporto. Il personale di servizio è sempre utile e amichevole. Rimanete qui se siete venuti a Nagano!!

L'hotel ha una splendida facciata esterna e il personale della reception è cordiale. Sebbene la selezione del ristorante sia limitata, l'offerta per la colazione è piuttosto varia. Il noleggio dell'attrezzatura da sci è suddiviso in due categorie: ”Normale” e ”Alte Prestazioni”. Tuttavia, sono rimasto deluso dall'attrezzatura ad alte prestazioni, che era piuttosto usurata e aveva opzioni limitate. Spero che l'hotel possa offrire di più.

Il servizio di personale dell'hotel era di prima classe. Il personale di check-in mi ha consentito di usare il telefono per chiamare locale quando ne avevo bisogno urgente e anche chiedendo se mi sarebbe andato bene con il giapponese e mi è stato offerto di aiutarmi a chiamare. Mi sentivo molto sollevato che l’aiuto era stato fornito senza chiedere e che era davvero toccante; controllare il personale di contro era anche sincero con il loro servizio e aveva un sorriso ampiamente sul loro volto. La stanza era molto vecchia, ma pulita, molto in contrasto con il lobby moderno che avevano. La colazione era sorprendente, così tante scelte (dalle luci a una stazione Katsu) e deliziosa.

We recently stayed at this newly opened hotel, which, although located quite a distance from the city, exceeded our expectations in every way. Being part of a well-known hotel chain, we were confident in the level of quality, and we’re happy to say it lived up to its reputation. One of the highlights of our stay was the onsen. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly with a welcome drink, which was a thoughtful and refreshing start to our stay. For families with children, this hotel goes above and beyond. There were fun and engaging activities available specifically for kids, with small prizes offered to keep them excited and entertained. This thoughtful touch really helped our children stay engaged throughout the stay, and gave us some time to relax as well. Even though the hotel is not located in the Hakuba area itself, it’s just a manageable drive away. We chose to stay here because the price was comparable to hotels in Hakuba, but with added amenities and a quieter environment. It turned out to be a great decision — we got the best of both worlds: a comfortable stay and access to skiing. We booked two rooms and requested adjoining ones with a connecting door. The hotel was able to accommodate this perfectly, which made it so much easier for our family to stay together while still having enough space. The breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, featured fresh and high-quality local ingredients. The flavors were delicate yet satisfying, and it was clear the kitchen took pride in highlighting local produce. Service was another strong point of our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, their warm hospitality stood out. The hotel also offers ample parking, which is always a plus when traveling by car. Near the onsen area, there were vending machines for drinks and ice, as well as coin-operated washing machines. There were only three washers, which could have been an issue, but the staff managed it thoughtfully — when previous guests didn’t return promptly to pick up their laundry, the staff carefully placed their clean clothes in bags and stored them at the front desk to free up machines for others. That kind of proactive service really impressed us. Overall, this hotel provided a peaceful and convenient base for our winter trip. With clean facilities, thoughtful amenities, family-friendly features, and excellent service, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to relax in comfort while being just a short drive away from Hakuba’s ski resorts.

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno qui. L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino a JR Line, ristorante e negozi. L'iscrizione è stata rapida, il personale è stato gentile e utile. Sono davvero grato per la coerenza del servizio in entrambe le visite. In generale, questo hotel rimane il mio viaggio nella zona per la sua comodità, pulizia e qualità affidabile.

Se vuoi vedere i fiori di pepe in aprile, vivere qui è una buona scelta. Non lontano da pepe, città di alto raggio e pinbon, cavallo bianco, è adatto per guidare da solo.La colazione dell'hotel è ricco.La porta è la stazione di Gang Valley, conveniente.

The room was large and we could see the suwa lake. The beddings were prepared by staffs and breakfast was also good. We could also enjoy the onsen downstairs. Also they let us check out an hour later. Perfect experience

Very clean, looks like a relatively new building or newly renovated Toyoko Inn. Good breakfast with a beautiful view of the alps from the top floor. 10 minute walk to the train station, which is not bad. Unfortunately we didn’t know we had to call to reserve parking, but the parking attendant was nice about it and directed us to a different public lot. I read signs saying that parking will change to first come first serve basis in May. Happy with our stay
