L'hotel Tokyu Rei è convenientemente situato intorno alla strada dalla stazione Nagano. Le camere sono di dimensioni sufficienti per un breve soggiorno per un paio, single o famiglia con bambini piccoli. I letti sono comodi e la camera è pulita. Se soggiornare una notte o due per vivere il Parco di scimmie di Neve e la città di Nagano e il suo ambiente, è una buona opzione. È a pochi passi dal fiume Zenjiko, che è grande e libero di entrare. The hotel is nice, from the station about 10 minutes walk almost in a straight line, wake up. The room was originally wrong, it was reserved for smokers, even though we don't smoke, the room was given the appropriate one, the smell in it was just not very good, like for those who don't smoke at all, it started already on the floor.But the staff, fortunately, were able to find us a replacement for a non-smoking room, yes, less, yes one big bed instead of two, but with stunning mountain views and a coffee machine. This is a perfect spot in Nagano if you want to take a break before heading to other parts such as Hakuba for skiing . It is literally right at the station and connected via MIDORI where you can buy groceries and with lots of restaurants. Due to fight delay, we arrived late at night at around 10pm. MIDORI shops were all closed but ht path to hotel still open and we can still find plenty of cafes nearby. It has reserved Alpico bus to Hakuba right at hotel or you may go to the regular bus stop at bus station 26 for higher frequency of bus service. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over at Nagano. Though the hotel is not new, it’s spacious and clean enough for a comfortable stay .

This was a last minute selection on the train from Tokyo, but the right one. It's a short 5 minute walk from the Nagano station and has spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, but best of all, on arrival you are given a welcome drink and dessert of your choice. The entire place seems to be obsessed with desserts, to my liking. They also provides free ice cream and upon check out, bags of candy and cookies. Maybe it's a Christmas promotion, but a welcome surprise. The breakfast is a bit expensive, but has a nice selection of food choices, including salmon, more desserts, and various Japanese food. I only stayed one night, but I believe they have an onsen and other amenities. Well worth it. I stayed in other hotels in Nagano, and this one was superior.

Had a really pleasant stay overall. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. Service was excellent 👍 staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities were also complete and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for couples looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

We loved how generous the room space was — three proper beds, a sofa bed, and a cosy cushioned bench along the wall. The heated floors were amazing, especially in winter, and made the whole room feel so warm and comfortable. Old Karuizawa Ginza Street is just steps outside the hotel, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.

Il 24-26 Dic 25. Buon hotel, ma lontano da tutto il resto. Non avevamo neve - solo la pioggia per due giorni, ma quando abbiamo controllato, avevamo neve pesante che ha disturbato il nostro viaggio a Toyama con molte cancellazioni e ritardi di treni (un'auto bloccata sulla pista ferroviaria). L'autobus dell'hotel prende il bus alla stazione Minami-Otari. Ci sono quattro lavastoviglie e quattro asciugamani che sono stati sempre presi sul terzo piano. Vorrei consigliare di rimanere più di due giorni e prepararsi per il tempo di viaggio, poiché ci sono voluti quasi 20 minuti per un viaggio in autobus a Iwatake ogni strada.

The cottages were a little out of the way but they are perfect - toasty during winter, spacious with an ensuite bathroom per bedroom, and accessible via the frequent bus service. It’ll be even better if a microwave is provided in the cottage, and if our ski/snowboard fear can be stored in the locker room near the slopes (we arent allowed to do so and have to carry them back to our cottages everyday. We stayed at the premium room at the main building previously and would say each experience is unique, but staying at the main building would be more convenient and staying at the cottage is more special especially during winter.
