Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Nagano

Dal fondo del mio cuore vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Il vostro duro lavoro è inestimabile! Tutto nell'hotel è fatto con amore e cura. Ogni pezzo di mobili è nel suo posto. Tutto è armonioso e magnifico! Il servizio è impeccabile. Il gelato morbido e le bevande di benvenuto per gli ospiti del lobby hanno reso la nostra aspettativa di cena piacevole guardando un bel sole là. Il pranzo era sorprendente con i suoi piatti delicati e i suoi servi politi. Il bagno all'aperto e le camere stupende per le donne con finestre da pavimento a tetto da dove si può vedere il bagno stesso sono meravigliosi! Non avrei mai sentito un'atmosfera così tranquilla in un ryokan prima.

It was a really lovely stay but communication with staff was rather difficult. Overall a lovely hotel with great service to ski resorts but please not there there are no convenience stores or services around the property. Food however on site was amazing! Love the bus schedules to the different ski resorts!

The hotel is nice, from the station about 10 minutes walk almost in a straight line, wake up. The room was originally wrong, it was reserved for smokers, even though we don't smoke, the room was given the appropriate one, the smell in it was just not very good, like for those who don't smoke at all, it started already on the floor.But the staff, fortunately, were able to find us a replacement for a non-smoking room, yes, less, yes one big bed instead of two, but with stunning mountain views and a coffee machine. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il posto; avere un bagno privato in camera ha migliorato notevolmente il relax e ci ha permesso di apprezzare appieno l'esperienza tradizionale. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, tutto era generalmente buono. Poter utilizzare tutti i bagni del ryokan ha reso l'esperienza più piacevole. La camera era un po' polverosa, ma nel complesso andava bene. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, la cena è stata molto buona, ma vale la pena notare che se si chiede un consiglio, esitano a darne uno perché è al di fuori del loro repertorio abituale. La colazione, dal nostro punto di vista, è stata un po' meno curata; è già apparecchiata sul tavolo e non viene spiegata come avviene a cena. Allo stesso modo, durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il personale non fosse molto attento agli ospiti e non ci abbia informato su tutti i servizi offerti. Gli yukata possono essere acquistati in hotel per circa 5.000 yen.

L'hotel è proprio al di là della stazione Nagano, un po' datato ma grande e pulita camera d'hotel. Non ho provato il colazione dell'hotel, quindi non ci sarà commento. Molte ristoranti intorno e comodo negozio per pochi minuti a piedi. Devo provare il premio Wagyu Beef, che è un po'compensato con un prezzo ragionevole, con il quale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno confortevole.

A me piace la vibe complessiva di questo hotel, è stato nuovo e moderno. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, ma considerando il prezzo che si prevede. Non ci sono bevande o snack complimentari forniti agli ospiti, tutto fornito nella stanza è stato etichettato con un prezzo. Mancanza di contatto personale e molto commercializzato.

Buona sistemazione con facile colazione. Biciclette e servizi illimitati. Tuttavia, è difficile chiudere la luce della stanza.È un sistema di controllo remoto e non funziona correttamente. La posizione è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, ma non c'è stazione di autobus, più perché è un'area residenziale è così tranquilla e spaventosa dopo il sole.

Un bellissimo hotel storico nelle montagne. L'intero personale era molto amichevole e partendo. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli. Mi è davvero piaciuto l'atmosfera e il servizio nel bar.

I’ve stayed at many ryokans throughout my travels—often making up half of each trip—but this one felt a bit different. It seemed to be run by just one person, who I assume is the owner. Everything was self-service, which might be understandable considering it was the most affordable option among the ryokans in the area. Most amenities required an extra fee, such as towels. Payment was made by dropping coins into a basket and making your own change, which wasn’t very convenient—especially since I didn’t carry much cash. One thing I appreciated was the luggage delivery service. I was able to leave my bag at the lobby before check-out and have it sent to Toyama Station (for about 4,000 JPY, cash only). What stood out was the creativity in the shared spaces. There were several common rooms designed for relaxing and spending time—perfect if you’re traveling with friends. You could play ping pong, read books, watch TV, or use the canteen, which had a microwave and dishes available. They even had coin-operated massage chairs and a small fitness room. However, I must mention two important downsides: 1. Limited nearby dining options – Many restaurants shown as open on Google Maps were actually closed. The only one that was open had extremely slow service—I waited nearly an hour for dinner. 2. Insects—large ones – Unfortunately, I encountered big insects in my room, which made it hard to sleep. (He even provided insect-catch tape for me while introduce the room) I stayed awake most of the night, worrying it might come back—especially stressful since I had to get up early the next morning to catch a bus to Ogizawa. Minds you, stairs only, need to carry your luggage down by yourself. Overall, while it offers good value for the area and has unique communal features, this ryokan may not suit travelers who prefer full service, cashless payment, or guaranteed comfort.

La posizione è comodissima: si può raggiungere a piedi la stazione di Matsumoto, il terminal degli autobus e il castello di Matsumoto. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa per chi viaggia da solo. Il supermercato Family Mart è proprio dietro l'angolo.
