Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Nagano

The rooms (just regular guests rooms, not even the premium ones) were very spacious and comfortable given their price. The warm atmosphere was very healing and I loved being able to bathe in hot springs after a tiring day of snowsports! Although the hotel seemed quiet from the outside, we saw many guests staying inside and it was a pretty lively atmosphere, which is something I like. The landscape is quite lovely too. Although there was little natural snow, the slopes were still fine to ski on due to their artificial snow machines. The slopes were very beginner-friendly as well, however, as they get more frequently used through the day, they tend to become really icy and difficult to ski on. Overall, I had a great time! It was a shame that there wasn’t snowy weather to match.

La camera era molto spaziosa e il letto era comodo. molto pulito e tranquillo. comodo letto con disponibilità di cotone solido e morbido. Onsen e palestra sono disponibili anche. asciugatrice per attrezzature sci e stanza da gioco per bambini. servizio è stato molto responsivo e parla inglese La posizione è vicina al centro sciistico, ma molto lontana da qualsiasi altra cosa se non guidate. Il loro autobus per la stazione ferroviaria opera solo 3 volte al giorno al mattino e al pomeriggio. e ci sono solo 2 cibo Ristorante a meno che non si cabini fuori. niente di molto da fare in serata e notte. cibo decente e ambiente. le opzioni per colazione sono le stesse quotidiane ma la varietà era ok.

This is a perfect spot in Nagano if you want to take a break before heading to other parts such as Hakuba for skiing . It is literally right at the station and connected via MIDORI where you can buy groceries and with lots of restaurants. Due to fight delay, we arrived late at night at around 10pm. MIDORI shops were all closed but ht path to hotel still open and we can still find plenty of cafes nearby. It has reserved Alpico bus to Hakuba right at hotel or you may go to the regular bus stop at bus station 26 for higher frequency of bus service. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over at Nagano. Though the hotel is not new, it’s spacious and clean enough for a comfortable stay .

1. Parcheggio - Il parcheggio si trova dietro l'hotel, dove controlleranno la prenotazione e vi consegneranno un tagliando di parcheggio (駐車券). La persona addetta al parcheggio non vi informa in anticipo che dovete portare questo tagliando nella hall per il check-in. Lo abbiamo lasciato sul cruscotto perché pensavamo indicasse che potevamo parcheggiare lì. Se viaggiate con molti bagagli, può essere piuttosto scomodo, perché dovrete fare un giro intorno all'hotel per trovare percorsi accessibili ed evitare una rampa di scale. 2. Procedura di check-in - 三條-san ci stava aiutando con il check-in. Non ci siamo sentiti accolti bene e tutto sembrava routine e meccanico. Questo era comunque accettabile. Quando abbiamo chiesto il tagliando di parcheggio, abbiamo detto che lo avevamo lasciato sul cruscotto e se potevamo tornare più tardi per mostrarglielo. In realtà non ci è stato detto che dovevamo portarlo alla reception. L'espressione di 三條-san mostrò immediatamente un'espressione di disgusto e fastidio, e anche lui alzò leggermente gli occhi al cielo per il disappunto. Il mio compagno corse subito alla macchina per prendergliela lì per lì. La cosa mi colpì parecchio, perché non mi aspettavo che l'ospitalità giapponese fosse così scortese e nessuno ci aveva detto di portare la ricevuta alla reception. Avrebbe potuto essere più paziente e gestire la situazione con più professionalità. Inoltre, al momento della prenotazione dell'hotel non sapevamo che fosse necessario prenotare la colazione al momento del check-in. Abbiamo fatto il check-in verso le 19:00 e ci è rimasta solo la fascia oraria delle 6:00 o delle 6:30. Questo ci è sembrato molto restrittivo, dato che ognuno ha abitudini di risveglio o programmi diversi per il giorno successivo (era come tornare a scuola). Inoltre, la colazione aveva una durata limitata di 50 minuti. Dover cambiare completamente i miei piani solo a causa di questa restrizione mi è sembrato ridicolo. Avrei ricevuto un rimborso del costo della colazione se non fossi riuscito a usufruirne in uno degli orari previsti? Se me l'avessero detto al momento della prenotazione, avrei potuto riconsiderare la cosa, dato che gli slot per gli orari più umani sembrano esaurirsi molto rapidamente. Nel complesso, il check-in è stato piacevole e 三條-san ne è stato un motivo importante. Consiglierò ai futuri visitatori di evitarlo se notano altro personale alla reception. 3. Le camere al piano J erano incantevoli. Pulite, di buone dimensioni, ricche di comfort e bevande gratuite, anche quelle in frigo. La camera in sé era incantevole rispetto a quanto accadeva nella hall. 4. Colazione - Nonostante le fasce orarie per la colazione incredibilmente anticipate, la colazione era ottima. Ampia scelta di cibo e, se si ottiene un posto vicino alla finestra, si gode di una bella vista sulla città.

Spazio con quattro camere da letto (1 essere sala tatami). La posizione era conveniente e Karuizawa è una bella città. Il colazione era buono. pane fresco e succo ecc. Il pasto di pote caldo includeva tagli di pasto come bacon non molto adatto per shabu shabu) e il pote usato era piccolo per il nostro gruppo, dovevamo fare turni per cucinare cibo.

В первую очередь хочу отметить завтраки - очень разнообразные, полезные и вкусные, большая часть блюд менялась каждый день, я не помню когда с таким удовольствием ходила на завтраки в отелях, огромное спасибо поварам) Персонал очень дружелюбный, быстрое заселение. На первом этаже можно брать в номер всякие бьюти-штучки, нам больше всего понравилась соль для ванной, после дня прогулки это было прям спасение! Рядом с отелем есть ТЦ lake walk okaya, можно дойти за 20 минут пешком, что очень удобно. Вид из окна был очень красивый, мы видели цветущую сакуру из ближайшего парка. И отдельный респект за уголок с мангой 🫶🏻 Единственный минус - когда мы бронировали некурящих номеров не было, а номер, в котором разрешено курить был прокурен насквозь, очень жалко, что его хотя бы не проветрили перед заселением, хотя комментарий оставляла. На 3й день проветривания стало получше) главное, что вещи в чемодане не пропахли. Но отель очень рекомендую, будем стараться в следующий раз вылавливать некурящие номера)

Good location, train station is just opposite. Nearby also have many F&B. Cleanliness is good. Room is not very spacious, it makes me think of Shinjuku Washington Hotel size. But service is very good, more friendly, and they help us to move the luggage up to our room straight after our bag hv transfer via luggage transfer service. So when we reach hotel, we just need to check in and go up straight. There's washing machine and dryer provided with fee, however is a small one. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. Will consider to stay here again if I visiting Nagano.

This was a last minute selection on the train from Tokyo, but the right one. It's a short 5 minute walk from the Nagano station and has spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, but best of all, on arrival you are given a welcome drink and dessert of your choice. The entire place seems to be obsessed with desserts, to my liking. They also provides free ice cream and upon check out, bags of candy and cookies. Maybe it's a Christmas promotion, but a welcome surprise. The breakfast is a bit expensive, but has a nice selection of food choices, including salmon, more desserts, and various Japanese food. I only stayed one night, but I believe they have an onsen and other amenities. Well worth it. I stayed in other hotels in Nagano, and this one was superior.
