Giordania: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Governatorato di Aqaba

L'hotel è stato ben tenuto (a parte la palestra) con un personale molto amabile e utile. Se cerchi un hotel a piscina, ci sono opzioni migliori entro 20 minuti a piedi, poiché questo hotel ha una piccola piscina. La palestra non era molto ben tenuta con peso ovunque e l'attrezzatura stessa avrebbe potuto essere migliorata.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Everything was good and ok except that when I arrived to the hotel around 10:00 pm no body was there I had to go next door to the pharmacy to ask if the reception was open or if I had to call someone to check in , the pharmacy employee had to go inside the hotels office to find someone after 15 minutes someone came in

Il nostro soggiorno nel campo Shaheen è stato un'esperienza incredibile, anche se siamo stati trasferiti al campo Hasan Zawaideh a causa della bassa stagione. Poiché i campi sono vicini a vicenda, e probabilmente hanno gli stessi proprietari, la transizione è stata senza fine e siamo stati molto benvenuti all'arrivo. We really enjoyed our stay at UFO Luxotel. One thing to note is that the hotel is not within the Wadi Rum protected area, so it is about 5 minutes drive to the main gate. The hotel does have some partnership with the local bedouins who can take you on a desert or camel tour, but it is better to liaise with the local bedouin on your own. The bubble tents are really nice, made of plastic, comes with a standing shower, washbasin and a comfortable bed. There is air conditioning inside the tent. Outside the tent, there is a hammock and some chairs. At night, the weather in the desert can get quite cold so we enjoyed the special fur blanket provided in the room. There was a stargazing photography course but we did not sign up for it. The food was absolutely delicious, from the dinner with local dishes and underground baked lamb, to the breakfast buffet. Since our tent was quite far from the entrance, there was a buggy to send us to our room. But on the day of the checkout, after calling reception, the buggy took a bit longer than expected. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the desert in these luxury tents, and the price was affordable.

Questa volta mi prendo cura principalmente del signor Zid, ma tutti i dipendenti, compreso lui, sono molto amichevoli. La posizione è buona, cibo ricco, posso passare un viaggio pieno. Se vieni a Jordan Wadilam, questo è il tuo miglior posto!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero memorabile, la stanza era ben decorata, senza spot, e l’intero posto era incredibilmente tranquillo e tranquillo, una fuga perfetta. Dalla nostra arrivo, tutto andò bene. Il conducente ci aspettava già al parcheggio del villaggio, e la guida al resort offre una vista fantastica. Ci siamo accolti con un drink fresco al momento dell'arrivo, che era un bel toccamento. Dopo essere venuti durante la bassa stagione, siamo stati gli unici ospiti al resort, e il servizio personalizzato ci ha resi davvero speciale. Il cibo era eccellente, cucinato con fuoco, pieno di sapore, e servito con cura.La cena di benvenuto era affascinante, e ogni pasto si sentiva come se fosse fatto solo per noi. Yusif ci ha fatto sentire completamente a casa, ha preparato un'omelette deliziosa e anche un succo d'arancia fresco, che era sorprendentemente rinfrescante. E' raro sentirsi così bene curato quando sei lontano da casa, ma qui, mi sentivo come a casa nel modo migliore.
