環境：周邊交通便利，餐飲購物皆很方便，對面就是南洋廣場。 設施：房間寬敞，設施齊全，早餐品種豐富可口。 衞生：乾淨整潔。 服務：服務熱情有禮。唯一的瑕疵是，十一點三十分就給房卡斷電了，導致房卡不能使用。 總結，近幾年遇到的性價比較高的賓館。

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

酒店外觀雖然比較陳舊，但房間裏還是比較新的，乾淨舒適，前台服務周到，開始給的房間可能是之前的客人屋內用過火鍋之類，氣味很重，前台接待馬上給更換房間，並主動對房間內的智能設備給與調試及使用指導，酒店位置不錯，大潤發步行400米，南洋廣場步900米，出行公交很方便，總得來説還是不錯的。

I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

La stanza dell'hotel è buona. Nella zona di golf, la camera ha un letto di 2 metri, la stanza è anche grande, c'è un balcone. È possibile vedere la zona di golf sulla balcone, la vista è molto aperta e può anche bere un po'di chat sul balcone. Il servizio dell'hotel è ancora buono, ma il servizio della reception non è 24 ore. Questo è un po'incomprensibile. Il loro tempo di servizio è 7:00～ 17:30.

La colazione è finita alle dieci, meno di nove, niente e nessuno ha aggiunto.Il primo giorno li ha invitati a aggiungere, hanno detto che non c'era nessuno.Il giorno dopo, erano li', non c'era nessuno.
