Islanda: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Suðurland

💯💯💯 consiglia Lindatun Guesthouse! Rimasi qui per una notte il 1o ottobre 2024 dopo la nostra guida a Highlands e arrivai qui quando era già buio, ma mi piaceva la guida alla junzione dalla strada principale alla casa ospite. Era piuttosto buio intorno alla zona che pensavamo potremmo avere fortuna per le visione aurora, ma era nuvoloso. Fortunatamente, ho chiesto al proprietario quando era l’ultima aurora che vedeva in casa e lei immediatamente aprì il suo portatile e questo è quando ho trovato che ci sono messi sul sito web aurora previsioni in Islanda. Era quella che ci ha detto che c'è una maggiore possibilità di vedere l'aurora il venerdì prossimo, a causa del cielo chiaro. Oh IVA, per il nostro processo di check-in, quando sono arrivato per la prima volta e sono entrato in casa ospite, prego, togliti le scarpe all'ingresso, andate alla zona di ricezione davanti alla cucina e prendete il telefono per chiamare il proprietario. Abbiamo prenotato la camera n. 5 che ha un letto di divano e il lungo giardino era così bello e confortevole. Questo è il design più bello della camera degli ospiti tra tutti i 13 giardini in tutto il paese durante il nostro viaggio. Mi piaceva molto, perché la camera era lunga e spaziosa. La zona di cena comune era molto bello e grande, che non ho passato molto tempo qui, ma ho usato la cucina la mattina dopo per cucinare acqua calda e fare me stesso il mio cioccolato caldo e la soppa di funghi istantanea. Vale la pena i miei soldi. Prenoterò di nuovo se la prossima volta visito l'Islanda! Le strutture della stanza sono buone in tutti gli aspetti. Posso parcheggiare alla porta della casa. Ho soggiornato due giorni. Inviavo un'e-mail all'hotel per cambiare le tute e mandare un po'di caffè, ma non ho risposto né inviato.

Had a great stay! Great location for exploring the southern coast. Rooms were nice and the free breakfast was a great perk. Very friendly staff as well. Would recommend staying here.

Molto vicino, a pochi passi dalla cascata di Skogafoss. La colazione era molto buona. La camera è datata, senza frigorifero, ma offrono gratuitamente una macchina per caffè/tè, che si trova proprio fuori dalle camere. L'acqua puzzava di zolfo, ma è dovuto all'acqua geotermale che usano.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed.The location was perfect—convenience.I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with beautiful views.

L'hotel si affaccia sulla spiaggia di sabbia nera. La camera dispone di tutti i servizi desiderati. È pulita e ordinata e gli utensili da cucina e i condimenti sono completi. La spiaggia di sabbia nera è così bella che è perfetta per rilassarsi quando fa bel tempo Bene.

We have a 1 night stay at Midgard Camp during our 9 days road trip in Iceland. It is our 2nd stop hotel of our trip. Though the room are not big, but it is comfortable, good and cosy enough for all. The family rooms comes with 1 double bed plus 1 bunk bed enough for all 4 of us. The whole place is very vibrant, friendly staff, nicely decorated and energetic yet peaceful and quiet for individual enjoyment. The whole place is very well maintained and It is very clean even the common toilet as I bathe there to avoid waiting for our private toilet to save some time. The common kitchen is for all guests and is well equipped. We cooked our hot meal as well as breakfast there. We can also enjoy the complementary coffee/tea from the hotel paid breakfast. Overall, We enjoy our stay there even though it is just 1 night. The location is easily found with the GPS, you wouldn't miss it. Highly recommended this place. Also, really appreciate the friendly staff giving us a round tour of the place explaining where are the common toilet, hot bathe tub, dryer for our swim wear should we use the hot bathe tub and sauna. This is indeed exceed our expectation actually. 10/10!

Accommodation was great - amazing location, nice small cottage where we found everything we needed. HOWEVER the check-in process was really terrible experience. We called to the phone number that we found on the hotel website - it means we followed the check-in process as it stated in confirmation email. Lady told us code that we had to use to get into cottage but we could not understood precisely the number. So we asked her to repeat slowly. She told us she can’t repeat it and hang up the phone. After that we couldn’t call her back - she probably block my number so my friend tried to call her, she blocked also her phone number. So we called her through Trip - she picked up and after we told her we want to check in I to North Star cottage she again hang up. So my friend went to the cottage door and tried combinations of number to unlock the door - otherwise we wouldn’t sleep in the cottage this night. Really terrible experience and unprofessional behaviour of staff. Definitely not recommending.

La città ha un ambiente magnifico. Ma la camera d'albergo è molto piccola e non c'è l'ascensore

The accommodation was fine. The accommodation was spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a countertop, which was useful for spreading all my cosmetics out! The place itself isn't a tourist destination, but it was very handy. There was supermarket nearby and petrol station and not far from the main road. Handy for the Flo nature reserve if you're into birdwatching. The coastline there is impressive. Big waves Or handy if you want to visit Reykjavik, which we did for the evening. (45 minute drive?). I didn't score so highly on service because there isn't any service as such. There were also no additional facilities other than the room and ensuite, which was fine. Parking is out the front and was plentiful. We stayed in mid-May and it was fortunately very quiet. We did arrive early, and were pleased to be allowed in to our rooms, so really appreciated that.
