The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. La posizione è molto strategica, facile da cercare cibo, shopping e pendenza, ma devono migliorare la loro responsabilità, soprattutto il manager, nell'accettare i contributi da viaggiatori come noi. In generale, grazie a Uty uno dei membri del personale è stato molto gentile a noi. Molto apprezzato per le risposte. Un altro, è necessario aumentare la pulizia.

Ho soggiornato in una camera superiore all'Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru, e il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. La camera fornita era originariamente un letto matrimoniale, che poi è stato combinato in un letto grande per accogliere la mia richiesta di un letto re. La dimensione della camera non era troppo piccola e non troppo spaziale. Ho potuto fare le preghiere confortevolmente all'interno della camera, e c'era ancora un divano disponibile per rilassarsi, che ha reso la camera pratica e confortevole. Io mi sono fermato in una stanza non fumatori, quindi l'atmosfera era pulita e piacevole. Il pranzo era piuttosto vario, con snack tradizionali locali da Pekanbaru e un pranzo locale ben noto, che ha goduto di buon gusto e ha offerto una bella introduzione ai gusti locali. Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

Stiamo per 2 notti. L'hotel è situato al simpango 4. La stanza è dotata di un buffet per 2. Oltre al ristorante situato al livello 1, c'è una piscina dove si può immergersi. Piastrelle totali disponibili r 14 che comprendono il parco di base n G=Lobby La testa della pioggia in camera è una buona pressione ... Il conne d'aria è raffreddato ... Utilizzare Grab è grande dove si può ordinare cibo e trasporto convenientemente. Situazione a circa 6 km dall'aeroporto. Opponi il miglior Padang Cuisine=Paggi Sore Meglio Mall= mondo vivente= a circa 7 km.

The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.
