La posizione è probabilmente la parte migliore. È collegato al centro congressi e ci sono anche tanti ristoranti e food truck così vicini e ce ne sono anche alcuni collegati. È molto pulito e ci tornerei sicuramente.

If it were possible to leave a zero star review of this particular property I would do so. I did not actually stay at the hotel - this review is related to the terrible service I received regarding my reservation and attempted check-in. First, let me note that we are Hilton Diamond members, so we only stay at Hilton properties and we are frequent travelers... I had a reservation booked for June 5-9 for two connecting rooms. I have a copy of the CONFIRMED reservation for guaranteed connecting rooms, and I should note, we selected this particular hotel as they showed guaranteed connections as an option. When I attempted to check in to my rooms via the app the rooms were not connected or even located next door to each other. I called the hotel directly and no one would answer the phone. I then called Hilton, spoke to a customer service agent who ALSO confirmed that my reservation was confirmed for guaranteed connecting rooms. The agent attempted to call the hotel (while I sat on hold for 20+ minutes because no one would answer his call either). When he finally got someone on the phone they argued that our reservation was not for connecting rooms and informed him there were no connecting rooms available. I was ultimately transferred to a couple of different agents and then finally connected directly to the hotel. The person I spoke to (night manager/desk person on the night of June 5th) was the rudest Hilton employee I have ever dealt with. She informed me that there were no connecting rooms available and then proceeded to argue with me that I didn't have a reservation for connections. I offered to send her the reservation confirmation as proof. She ignored me. She said she could put us in rooms that were ”close” to each other - I told her that was not an acceptable option as we had children travelling with us that could not be in a hotel room by themselves. I asked if she could at least correct the issue and reassign us to connecting rooms starting the following day and for the rest of our stay. Her response was that she didn't know if that was available and couldn't confirm it because she ”didn't know who was working the next day”. I then told her to cancel one of our rooms and put us all in a single room with 2 beds plus a rollaway bed. It was at that point that the employee got rather nasty (and even more unhelpful than she already was) and informed me that she would not be taking any ”demands” from me, started acting like she couldn't hear me any more (sarcastically saying ”Hello? Hello”? Oh, I guess you aren't there?”) and then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. This was all happening at approximately 10pm. I was left with nowhere to stay for myself/my family that night and had to scramble to find a new hotel. The entire failure of the reservation and then the way the hotel employee dealt with the situation was utterly unacceptable. L'area della piscina era adatta alle famiglie e le prenotazioni hanno impedito l'affollamento. Le camere erano perfettamente pulite e tutti i ristoranti erano fantastici. La posizione è centrale rispetto a tutto il centro. Altamente raccomandato.

In generale, è soddisfatto che il parcheggio è un po' lontano.

We absolutely loved this property! We had different reservations, the first day we were greeted by an older man with glasses. HE WAS very helpful & nice! The second time we were Checked in by Simona.. the lady with the different color wigs… she was PHENOMENAL & made us feel very welcomed. Overall the property was clean & the rooms very spacious. The sofa bed my gosh, so comfy! The lobby was spacious and clean and offered lots of seating. We will MOST DEFINITELY be back.

La stanza stessa è molto buona, ma il portiere è chiaramente alla porta, non ci dice che abbiamo un parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito, che ci porta a un parcheggio a terra alla porta dell'hotel, né chiede se abbiamo bisogno di aiuto per prendere il bagaglio, ma vedendo altri ospiti di colore della pelle, è molto attivo per preparare il bagaglio e sentirsi discriminato.

We stayed for one night during our layover. The hotel itself is nice, centrally located. We got upgraded to a suite as per our elite status, and we also got both breakfast and happy hour at the lounge. The room is spacious and clean, the lounge is nicely maintained with a good view of the city. Breakfast was of a decent selection, your standard fruits, eggs, toasts, smoked salmon etc. The less than ideal experience was when we asked for bottle opener to open our sparkling water. We called reception around 5 mins to 11PM, they transferred us to in room dining, took the guy a few good minutes before picking up, then 10 mins passed without showing up to our room. We called in room dining again, this time no answer, we then called reception, they tried in room dining and no one answered, then offered to personally check it out himself, but by that point my husband managed to open the bottle by himself after multiple attempts with no proper tools. Then around 11:30pm, our room phone rang a few times, woke me and my husband up from trying to rest from a long international flight, the line dropped right after I picked up. On the day of check out, we went out for a coffee before the car came to take us to the airport. The valet lady outside asked whether we needed directions, which was nice and observant on her part. We’ve got quite a few heavy bags, the valet team helped me load all of them and communicated with the driver in Spanish to help better arrange our bags while my husband went to the room to grab the rest of our items, they had a smile on the whole time and were very friendly, we also had a nice short conversation.
