It’s an old hotel, but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choices for breakfast was fantastic. Although I have to pay extra for my little niece. Downside was the pool was join with other hotel and it got too crowded.

A staple since the early 2000s for families and solo travelers alike, the Gumaya evolved into a quality offering in a sea of competition for the best 5 star in Semarang. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder

Abbiamo pianificato di avere un BBQ, ma sembra che non sia disponibile tutto il tempo. Tuttavia, va bene perché le viste sono assolutamente stupende. Per un prezzo di circa 500.000 IDR, è ancora abbastanza buono, anche se non c'è TV.

L'hotel era vicino al luogo del forum (JCLEC AKPOL) e era molto facile da garantire Grab ride da lì. L'hotel superava le mie aspettative. Ha due (2) ristoranti: Serajoe e Vue. Sono entrambi di aiuto con aspettatori e c'è musica in diretta a Vue. La casa era anche grande. La mia stanza era piacevolmente pulita e temperata. In realtà, tutto il personale dell'hotel, dalla porta alla ricezione alla vendita, era utile e amichevole, senza essere troppo familiare con gli ospiti. Se c'è qualcosa che vorrei cambiare, sarebbe l'aroma usato nel lobby ... è un po' acuto ai nostri. Mi ha dato un leggero mal di testa. Fortunatamente il mio naso si è regolato o è stato usato per l'odore il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno. Resterò qui, se avrà l'opportunità.

Staff was incredibly nice and let us check in early, room is big lots of space,beds are comfortable. Location ideal, Starbucks and mall right across the street. Highly recommend for those touring especially since parking is right in front of the room and can keep an eye on your vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress.
Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience.
In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la mia seconda visita a questo hotel. La visita precedente era molto buona, ma questa volta siamo stati disappunti della loro pulizia. Una volta entrati nella stanza, le lamiere e i bianchetti erano un po' profumati e c'erano colore giallo. Anche se hanno riempito il corpo di sapone all'interno della stanza, hanno riempito il letto sporco dopo aver fatto una richiesta, ma mostra quanto mancano nella loro pulizia. La gestione deve prestare attenzione a questo!

UUtente ospiteAbrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo.
Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services.
The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa.
As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided.
The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng.
For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations.
However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa.
Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure.
Thank you Abriki Village and Trip.com for making our holiday season unforgettable.

UUtente ospiteThe service was good, and the location is strategic. The facilities are standard but sufficient for a comfortable rest. The bed was fairly comfortable, though there was no smart TV. If I have another event in Semarang, I’ll most likely stay at Khas Semarang Hotel again. The aroma therapy in the lobby and elevator was pleasant - jasmine scent in the lobby and lemongrass scent in the elevator.

ZZyzyhassimGood stayed , Good Breakfast, friendly staff & near to Solo's wisata places. Securely kept our luggage at the hotel storage room after check out. Will come back here again if in Solo. We had good dinner at Pendopo Yoso by FIM with their signature Nasi Goreng Sultan. 👍👍👍⭐️

UUtente ospiteIl servizio generale era eccellente, soprattutto il signor Aviet, il direttore del servizio, e gli ho sottolineato che non c'era vista alcuna nella mia stanza; lo specchio era tintato e l'acqua di copertura era splashinga quando si girò; egli venne immediatamente nella mia stanza e mi ha dato delle opzioni per un cambiamento. Mi ha swapto la stanza nello stesso piano, con una bella vista il secondo giorno per il resto del mio soggiorno.
Il colazione ogni mattina era una buona diffusione e la squadra di personale lavorava bene in armonia.
In generale, buona esperienza con eccellente scrivania frontale e F&B.

DDrThe room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.
