Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out. The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa è un bel hotel con una posizione fantastica. Da quando si entra in casa, si è accolto con un profumo molto piacevole e tranquillo, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Le strutture dell'hotel sono eccellenti, soprattutto l'acqua calda e il bagno grande, che hanno reso il soggiorno molto rilassante. La fornitura di un kimono ha aggiunto un bel toccamento tradizionale e ha migliorato l'esperienza generale.

Abbiamo scelto una stanza con vista sulla Piazza Lanyang, e la suite era molto comoda, e era caricata con sorprese e attrazioni; il paesaggio era bello, e abbiamo anche catturato il risalto del sole sull’isola di Turtle la mattina. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati all'hotel, potremmo sentire il professionalismo e la vera cura del personale. Se il tempo ci permette, ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo. L’unico punto di svantaggio era il buffet di cena, soprattutto il carne di vacca grigliata, che era così duro che non poteva essere masticato. Una tale pena, ma in generale, l’esperienza era molto buona.

I recently stayed at 宜蘭日光綠築 and was thoroughly impressed. The scenery is absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The tranquility of the surroundings allows you to truly relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a serene retreat!

The hotel stay (or perhaps I can describe as air BnB?) included the costume dress up (it's for all of the days you are going to stay there). It was fun though it's quite cold when we visited. There are elaborate princess dresses for all sizes of people, young and old. And their outdoors are just perfect for taking photos. One can also dress up and take photos in their rooms or even when having meals. It's just that they don't have photography services so it would depend on quality of smartphones. We have sort of a whole house by ourselves.. entering from a gate passing by a flower garden then to the main door. It's a great experience and kids would really love it. There's a princess bed in the room with slide for mine. The breakfast was interesting. We had a variety of food from soups, toast, porridge and little snacks (all handmade), milk tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. Location wise, have to get an Uber to go out to get some lunch/dinner. There are no food deliveries in the area. There is no in house dining other than breakfast (included in cost) and hi tea. Overall, this place to stay is a great experience and value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Wunuan Homestay in Jiaoxi. The location is very convenient, especially if you're driving. It is just a few minutes from the highway exit—simply turn right after exiting, and you'll reach the homestay within minutes. The surroundings are peaceful, scenic, and a refreshing escape from the city. One of the highlights was the river right in front of the property. True to the previous reviews, you can fish there, and it was a memorable experience for our family. We enjoyed spending time outdoors and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Driving made it easy to explore the surrounding area. There are many beaches, farms, and family-friendly attractions nearby, although having a car is definitely recommended. The roads were quiet with very little traffic, and we loved the wide open fields, greenery, and the absence of high-rise buildings. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy nature. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He recommended excellent local food, suggested places to visit, and even assisted us with making reservations, which made our trip much smoother. The homestay itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for families. Our room comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our teenage son, and we had plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. One small point to note is that the bathroom floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra care is needed, especially for children and older guests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Wunuan Homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat while exploring Jiaoxi and Yilan. In

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia dal 25 al 27 agosto 2025. L'hotel offre una camera dedicata. Chi ha problemi di mobilità può usufruire di una camera dedicata. Le foto ci mostrano una camera con vista all'11° piano. Tuttavia, a causa del disagio della mia famiglia, non siamo riusciti a spostarci in una camera dedicata al 3° piano. Pertanto, le foto del bagno sono del 3° piano e quelle della camera dell'11° piano. Il buffet si trova al 2° piano e c'è ampio spazio per una sedia a rotelle vicino al bar centrale. Le sorgenti termali interne ed esterne al 1° piano meritano un'esperienza in famiglia. Anche l'ingresso è accessibile. L'ascensore per i piani superiori è spazioso e accessibile alle sedie a rotelle. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e attento. Hanno fatto sentire la mia famiglia personalmente attenta e premurosa. Se dovete prendere il treno 🚄, siete pregati di comunicare all'hotel l'orario con due giorni di anticipo. Una mappa delle attrazioni vicine è disponibile alla reception per consultazione. 👀

Molto buona gente, molto meglio di quanto immagina. L'ambiente e l'igiene sono puliti. La ricezione è anche molto gentile. Si consiglia molti altri luoghi di viaggio. Sono molto atteso del prossimo soggiorno

La stanza era grande e spaziosa per la famiglia di 3. Il mio ragazzo di 5 anni amava i ciclisti. La posizione era buona mentre andavamo all'hotel. Carpark era piuttosto stretto. La colazione ha una buona diffusione.L'unico coni è la lavatrice mancante, nessuna assistenza è buona, ma almeno fornisce lavatrice mancante.

L'hotel è convenientemente situato a circa 10-minute camminare dalla stazione, anche se la camminata non era ideale durante il mio soggiorno a causa della pioggia. E 'un grande hotel e molto camminabile (3-10 minuti) ai supermercati, negozi di comodità, caffè e anche il mercato notturno. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché è uno dei pochi che offre doppi tubi di primavera caldi e freddi nella stanza. I sali di bagno sono stati forniti per il bagno di primavera freddo e riempiti quotidianamente, che è stato un bel toccamento. La casa è stata controllata rapidamente (entro 4 minuti dalla nostra chiamata) e siamo stati trasferiti in un altro locale entro 30 minuti, che è stato molto apprezzato. La camera, soprattutto la zona bagno, era spaziosa e corrispondeva alle foto mostrate online. Anche se alcuni mobili e tubi erano leggermente indossati, non c'erano problemi di igiene e il letto era comodo. La colazione ha avuto una buona diffusione delle opzioni occidentali e cinesi, siamo arrivati vicino al termine del tempo, ma il personale ha assicurato che ci fossero curati bene, che apprezziamo. In generale, era un piacevole soggiorno e ci siamo divertiti.
