La camera era ok, pulita e vicina al centro. Ma le foto della camera sull'app non corrispondevano alla realtà. Non era la stessa camera. La password del Wi-Fi che ci è stata fornita non era quella corretta. Inoltre, per usare la chiave dell'ascensore bisogna pagare. Non è illimitato. E queste informazioni non sono presenti sul sito né la reception ci ha fornito informazioni fin dall'inizio.

La posizione dell'hotel è bella, le camere sono grandi, leggere. Ci siamo riposati in ottobre e era un po 'cool all'interno, è l'unico meno. Colazione diversa. Spa è grande ma non molto conveniente. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

Questo non è un hotel 4*. Questo è appartamenti in un complesso residenziale. La stanza è normale con balcone, la nuova è abbastanza pulita. Ci sono una mini cucina e una lavatrice. Non c'era acqua potabile o cose semplici per la cucina (sale, spugna per piatti, lavatrice). Situazione buona. vicino al mare, parco e centro commerciale in disponibilità passo. Un buon hotel, non così affollato come l'Orbi, ma nella stessa zona, con un grande supermercato nelle vicinanze. Il mare è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10-15 minuti. Il centro città è raggiungibile con una piacevole camminata di 30-40 minuti lungo il lungomare. Le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni tre giorni e bisogna richiederle ogni volta, il che è piuttosto fastidioso.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto nuove, il servizio è buono, l'ambiente circostante è buono, camminare per il mare, le principali attrazioni possono raggiungere a piedi, si può vedere la scena del mare sul balcone, si può vedere la canzone musicale di notte, in generale buono.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.
