Regno Unito: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di West Midlands

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Il soggiorno era un ottimo soggiorno e ho sempre scelto Leonardo Royal. La stanza dell'hotel era spaziosa, anche se la squadra non riempiva i nostri distributori di sapone, quindi abbiamo solo avuto champagne per scaldare. Tuttavia, incidente isolato, e io sempre consiglio questo hotel.

Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dal nostro soggiorno all'Holiday Inn di Birmingham. Ottima posizione, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro città. Personale gentile e cortese, reception con tante comode poltrone e divani dove chiacchierare. Avevamo una camera doppia spaziosa con letti comodi e un enorme televisore. L'aspetto un po' datato dell'edificio dall'esterno non rende giustizia agli arredi freschi e deliziosi degli interni. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Dopo un periodo difficile in ospedale, sono stato dimesso. Volevo una notte per riposare, riprendermi e rilassarmi. All'arrivo mi è stato detto che erano in corso dei lavori e che avrei potuto sentire rumore dalle 9 del mattino. È stato molto deludente saperlo al momento del check-in. Avrei preferito essere informato prima di pagare. Non mi è stata data la possibilità di annullare la prenotazione senza pagare l'intero importo della camera. La camera non era stata pulita a fondo e c'erano delle macchie di olio arancione rimaste dalla prenotazione precedente. Il personale delle pulizie non aveva pulito e non aveva messo degli asciugamani davanti alla macchia nell'armadio. Era disgustoso. Gli asciugamani non erano puliti e c'erano capelli e residui di sporco sopra. Ero andato al negozio e al mio arrivo la reception notturna non mi ha fatto entrare senza dichiarare il mio nome e il numero della camera per motivi di sicurezza (comprensibile). Ma questo ha messo a repentaglio la mia sicurezza, dato che altre persone si aggiravano fuori dall'hotel e potevano sentire tutto. Una coppia è entrata seguendomi in hotel e ho dichiarato alla reception di non conoscerli. Questo mi ha messo molto a disagio, dato che il traffico di esseri umani è in aumento. Credo che si possano trovare metodi di verifica migliori, sicuri per l'hotel e gli ospiti. Dopo essere stato svegliato alle 9:00 dagli addetti alle pulizie, ho cercato di dormire ancora un po'. La donna delle pulizie è entrata in camera senza bussare alle 11:30, quando non avevo ancora fatto il check-out e dovevo farlo alle 12:00. È stato uno shock enorme e mi ha fatto prendere dal panico. Se n'è andata e poi l'ho sentita ridere e scherzare con le altre donne delle pulizie fuori dalla stanza. Il mio stress e la mia angoscia sono stati esacerbati dal fatto che non posso chiudere a chiave la porta della mia camera dall'interno, il che significa che le persone possono comunque entrare se conoscono il codice PIN o se hanno una tessera magnetica. Avevo già soggiornato qui una volta ed era stato bello, ma questa volta è stato orribile. L'accoglienza è stata comunque deliziosa. Il mio diritto alla privacy e alla sicurezza è stato completamente violato per negligenza, formazione inadeguata e condotta inappropriata. Sono assolutamente indignato, per usare un eufemismo. Ho pagato per arrivare e godermi un momento di relax... Solo per andarmene più stressato di quando sono arrivato.

Questo hotel era bello dovevamo fare un check-in tardi dopo le 9:00 quando abbiamo sentito tardi ma il servizio del personale era fantastico molto utile e molto gentile si sarebbe certamente rimanere a sentire di nuovo colazione era un buffet colazione aiutare te stesso l'unica cosa che hanno fatto Aveva le uova fritte ma avevano spazzato le uova avevi il tè caffè caldo cioccolato macchina e anche aiutare il vostro stesso a sapere succo arancione succo molte persone intorno alla zona chiara se le persone erano state pronte per altre persone a sedersi come avete la zona del colazione era La camera è stata pulita e temperata e le camere sono confortevoli e hanno una camera familiare con un letto matrimoniale e un divano .

Era una festa familiare vicino. Situazione ideale. Molti della nostra famiglia sono stati prenotati. Buon colazione. Rimarrà qui

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm. self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I do not usually complain, however I felt the overall standard of cleanliness, food quality and service fell below expectations. Kind regards, Karolina

Il 5° piano, ma non è una grande vista, perché è cosi costruito quel lato dell'hotel. Aria condizionata alta e squilla. Tuttavia, grande camera per un gemella, buona dimensione bagno, grande doccia, lana pulita e camera, comodi letti, buona illuminazione e buone opzioni di colazione. - Bargain!

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the new street station which is excellent. But the rooms is small and old, the bed sheets look grey (tho clean). The mattress is also old. It is okay to stay just 1 night (if you don’t have other choice and budget) but not more than that.
