Finlandia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Uusimaa

È valsa la pena per un breve soggiorno in attesa del vostro volo. L'hotel offre una navetta gratuita (fino al ritardo) all'aeroporto e da e. La ricezione è anche 24 ore, quindi non si deve preoccupare di check-in tardivo. I membri IHG (membri di IHG) possono anche check-out tardi alle 2:00 (se disponibile) per questo è un punto più importante, soprattutto se il vostro volo parte nella metà successiva della giornata. L'edificio non è incredibilmente ben mantenuto, ma per questo punto di prezzo, i pezzini non possono essere sceltori. Può ottenere un po'di rumore alla notte- Le pareti non sono molto pronte. Ma altrimenti, la stanza era pulita e aveva tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un breve soggiorno. Il buffet per la colazione è stato buono.

Il personale della reception era molto gentile e, anche se non parlo bene l'inglese, mi hanno trattato gentilmente. La camera sembrava un normale hotel d'affari, ma era bella e pulita. Non vengono fornite pantofole, spazzolini da denti, ecc., quindi è necessario acquistarli o portarli da casa. Nella doccia sono presenti shampoo e sapone per il corpo e c'è anche un asciugacapelli, anche se il flusso d'aria è debole. Anche se la posizione si affacciava su una strada principale, era silenziosa e nessun rumore mi disturbava affatto. Non ho sentito alcun rumore dalla stanza accanto, quindi ho trascorso un soggiorno confortevole. Sebbene sia a poche fermate di distanza dalla Stazione Centrale, non è stato un inconveniente in quanto era un ambiente tranquillo ed era facile andare ovunque. Inoltre, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel c'è un grande supermercato, dove è possibile acquistare prodotti esentasse, utile per acquistare souvenir. Sono stato alla sauna solo una volta, ma era molto pulita e aveva armadietti, docce e asciugamani! La colazione è un contorno base di uova e salsicce? C'erano insalata, prosciutto e formaggio, yogurt, muesli, molti tipi di pane e bevande, e il sapore era delizioso! Se rimani per molto tempo, potresti stancarti, ma se rimani per circa 3 notti, potresti divertirti mangiando un cibo leggermente diverso ogni giorno. Vorrei che ci fosse acqua nella stanza, ma nel complesso è andata bene. Grazie mille!

Molto buono rispetto all'hotel Durante questo viaggio, ho scelto di soggiornare in un noto hotel locale. Dal momento in cui sono entrato nella hall dell'hotel, ho sentito la cura e il servizio meticolosi. L'intera esperienza di soggiorno mi ha fatto sentire molto a mio agio e rilassato, il che ha raddoppiato il mio affetto per questa città. L'hotel è completamente attrezzato e pulito e ogni dettaglio riflette qualità e cura. Dai letti comodi, i bagni puliti all'attento servizio in camera, non ho altro che elogi per questo hotel. Soprattutto il materasso morbido mi ha dato un ottimo riposo durante il viaggio. L'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è molto buono. Sono cordiali e premurosi e tengono sempre in considerazione le esigenze degli ospiti. Sia al momento del check-in, del servizio in camera o della cena al ristorante, si sente la loro professionalità ed entusiasmo. Questo tipo di servizio meticoloso mi ha fatto sentire a casa in una città straniera. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda e i trasporti circostanti sono sviluppati, il che mi rende conveniente visitare questa bellissima città. Inoltre, ci sono molti posti dove mangiare e fare shopping vicino all'hotel, permettendomi di godermi il cibo e la cultura locale nel mio tempo libero. Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto colpito da questo hotel e da questa città. Consiglierei questo hotel ai miei amici senza esitazione e attendo con ansia il mio prossimo soggiorno.

La piccola stanza, in particolare il gabinetto, permetteva a una sola persona di rimanere all'interno. La camera sembrava nuova ma è stata trovata della muffa sul lato del lavandino e sulla ventola di scarico. È facile ferirti le gambe e farti male quando ti alzi dal letto perché c'erano delle doghe di legno attorno al letto. Nessun portapacchi; quindi il bagaglio poteva essere aperto solo appoggiandolo sul pavimento. La privacy nel centro benessere era scarsa. La porta dello spogliatoio femminile potrebbe accedere direttamente al centro benessere ma non c'è alcuna schermatura tra la porta dello spogliatoio e il centro benessere. Mentre ti cambiavi, chiunque nel centro benessere poteva vedere chiaramente cosa stai facendo nello spogliatoio. L'acqua nella vasca idromassaggio non era abbastanza calda. È stato difficile contattare telefonicamente la reception perché nessuno rispondeva a qualsiasi ora.

I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice. The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby. The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive. I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash... Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste.. No fridge, even no glass for drinking.. 🤔

We had a good stay at Hotel Arthur. The location was pretty convenient for us - it was a 5 minute walk from Helsinki's Central Station for platforms going to/from the airport, tram service was nearby and it was within a 15-20 minute walk of everything we wanted to see in Helsinki. We booked this hotel because it was inexpensive for our stay and it was pretty pleasant.The breakfast was included with our stay and was welcome as well. We booked a twin room with two twin beds. The beds were comfy and we found extra pillows in the closet. We had a really good sleep each night at the hotel because it was very quiet. The room had a couple of chairs including a pretty big cushioned one, a desk and a TV that was mounted high. The room could be a little better with the cleaning of the tv remote and kettle but the beds and bathroom were fine. The hotel is over 100 years old and we felt the hotel showed its age the most in the room because there are some renovations that have been done over the years and it is pretty evident . Our room only had plug-ins at the desk and there was none near the night stand by the beds. The closets were in need of some maintenance because the door tracks were a bit stiff, the floor was peeling and the drywall in the back was loose. The shower used to have sliding doors as evident by the track that wasn't removed but the shower had a curtain that was too short and the floor squeegee was there for a reason because the water went everywhere when I showered. Shower pressure was fine and it was easy to get plenty of hot water. You may want to consider bringing your own bath products because the shower gel was meant for hand soap, body wash and shampoo. The hotel has saunas that you can book upon request. If you book your hotel reservation directly through the hotel you can get a discounted rate of 8 euros per person for the sauna but if you book through another website it is 10 euros per person. There is a nicer sauna that is shown in the pictures of the hotel but it fills up pretty quickly. We got the other sauna and it was ok but was in need of some cleaning because previous guests left their wet towels all over the place instead of in the towel bin located under a bench. We felt it was silly to charge a different rate if you booked through another platform because we wouldn't have heard of this hotel if we didn't use the platform we used! The breakfast was pretty standard and I had a nice English breakfast each day from the buffet. The mushrooms, sausage and hash browns were my favourite but I grew to enjoy the scrambled eggs during my stay because they add something to it that I'm not used to. They also had yoghurt, cereals, cold cut meats, fruit and cheese amongst other standard breakfast staples. They had a juice dispenser, a small selection of tea and black coffee. They also had items that you could pay for at the bar like a cappuccino or chocolate chip muffin. The reception area was pretty good. They had luggage storage and quite a few chairs to sit in. My wife liked their small souvenir shop and got some cute post cards. The staff are very helpful and can provide recommendations for the city. The reception also provide tea and sugar for your room and you can pick up your rations daily. They do not provide regular cleaning for the rooms but you can arrange cleaning or new towels through reception. There are plenty of sights to see nearby as well as cafes, restaurants and shopping malls. The tram is a short walk away and that was very convenient for us as we did a day trip to Tallinn using the ferries to go across the sea. We booked this hotel because it was affordable in a pretty expensive city and we would still recommend it if the pieces are fair. It was a good place to sleep and unwind after each day we spent exploring the area.

Un hotel davvero sorprendente! Semplicemente fantastico! Sono arrivato a Helsinki la mattina presto e il personale di turno mi ha accolto molto calorosamente, senza alcuna emozione! Ho fatto il check-out a mezzogiorno, ma mancavano ancora alcune ore alla partenza da Helsinki. Volevo fare un altro giro, ma non mi aspettavo che l'hotel fornisse anche un servizio di deposito bagagli premuroso! Il personale è molto paziente ed entusiasta! Grazie! Altamente raccomandato! Un hotel davvero sorprendente! Semplicemente fantastico! Sono arrivato a Helsinki nelle prime ore del mattino e sono stato accolto dall'impiegato di turno senza alcuna emozione e con grande ospitalità. Ho fatto il check-out a mezzogiorno, ma avevo ancora qualche ora prima di lasciare Helsinki e Volevo girare un po' di più, quindi non avevo capito che l'hotel aveva un servizio di deposito bagagli premuroso.
