Belgio: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Regione di Bruxelles-Capitale

Nella media, direi. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e i prezzi nel supermercato dietro l'hotel sono davvero convenienti, il che è fantastico. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, beh, mancano molte dotazioni di base: niente pantofole, niente spazzolino da denti o pettine, niente bollitore, niente bicchieri. Posso capire la mancanza di spazzolino, pettine e bollitore, dopotutto siamo in Europa, ma non avere nemmeno le pantofole e i bicchieri è inaccettabile. Il check-in si fa prima online e poi si ritira la chiave alla reception. L'orario di check-out alle 10 del mattino è per niente ragionevole. Dicono che aprirà nel 2025, ma in realtà credo sia stato solo ristrutturato.

Situato a pochi passi dalla sede centrale dell'UE, offre la possibilità di prenotare una visita guidata del Parlamento. L'hotel in sé non è degno di nota, ma una receptionist spagnola è stata eccezionalmente accogliente. L'hotel dispone anche di una piscina, sebbene sia generalmente piuttosto datata; tuttavia, il prezzo è accettabile.

Ho chiesto una camera Deluxe con due letti singoli e ci siamo trovati un matrimoniale , le stanze hanno zero privacy , pensavo seriamente che qualcuno fosse in stanza , ma era nella camera accanto . L'hotel è veramente comodo da raggiungere e vicino al centro , un profumo meraviglioso , peccato per gli ascensori fuori servizio e vecchi , i bagni veramente vecchi ( nonostante la stanza moderna e rinnovata ) e le pareti di carta velina.

Un hotel fantastico in una posizione privilegiata: non potrebbe essere più centrale! La metropolitana e il tram Rogier sono proprio fuori, e il parcheggio è proprio accanto (28 €/giorno). C'è un distributore d'acqua gratuito a ogni piano e i prodotti da bagno sono eccellenti! I letti erano molto comodi e la camera era molto spaziosa grazie a un upgrade! Il personale è molto cordiale; lo consigliamo vivamente! La colazione è eccellente, abbondante e sempre freschissima!

Tutto molto positivo. Unica pecca la colazione a buffet piuttosto scarsa come scelta il primo giorno, mentre per gli altri due giorni il buffet (che preferisco) è stato sostituito da colazione su ordinazione (con riduzione della scelta). Per il resto (ubicazione, cortesia personale e pulizia) nulla da segnalare.

Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

L'Hotel Le Plaza Bruxelles vive in realta' al suo nome, rendendo gli ospiti come la royalty dal momento in cui entrano. Il servizio è impeccabile, con il personale che va oltre e sopra per assicurare un soggiorno memorabile. Le camere sono spaziose ed eleganti, offrendo un confortevole soggiorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città.Situate in un luogo ideale, è facile accedere alle attrazioni di Bruxelles. In generale, un soggiorno all'Hotel Le Plaza Brussels è un'esperienza adatta ai re e alle regine.

The hotel really surprised us! The family room was spacious we only used the sofa bed because it was larger, and our son sleeps with us in the same bed. The sofa bed is very large and comfortable. I didn't know the room would have a full kitchen, but it does - stove, fridge, cabinets, and microwave. There's also a round table with four chairs, and it's quite big. An excellent TV with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The location is wonderful - we didn't use the car at all, we walked everywhere. Great restaurants just a few steps away. All in all, this will always be our hotel whenever we go to Belgium. The hotel does not have car parking but has nearby private car parking and costs only 26 euros per day .car parking large and good .

Ottimo hotel a Bruxelles. L'hotel e le camere che ho prenotato erano pulite per entrambi! Quando entrate nel lobby, sentirete il buon odore e il rinfresco! La ricezione è molto utile. Anche i cookie quando si è accolti erano così buoni. Quando torno a Bruxelles per la prossima volta, prenoterei di nuovo questo hotel.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per 4 notti durante il nostro viaggio a Bruxelles. Quando siamo arrivati presto, la signora alla reception è stata molto gentile e ci ha permesso di controllare presto, che apprezziamo davvero dopo il viaggio. Poi, dopo aver trascorso il giorno a Bruxelles, siamo tornati all’hotel molto tardi e stanchi, quando abbiamo notato che c’era una vecchia tintura di sangue sulle letti. Il letto era anche estremamente piccante, e sembrava che qualcosa ci mordesse durante la notte, anche se non potevamo trovare alcun bug visibile. La mattina seguente, abbiamo dovuto andare molto presto per prendere un treno a Lussemburgo e poi siamo tornati tardi quella sera, informando il ricevitore delle foglie di colore, ma purtroppo era molto rude e dismissibile. Ci ha detto che la nostra denuncia era “inaccettabile”, perché la abbiamo riportata tardi la sera e avremmo dovuto menzionarla al mattino invece. A nostro parere, avrebbe potuto semplicemente trasferire la questione al personale mattino per poterla gestire correttamente. Quello che ha peggiorato le cose è che il giorno dopo il custode ha fatto il letto, ma non ha sostituito le foglie di tutto il tinturato di sangue era ancora li'. Il nostro viaggio è stato sorprendente, ma purtroppo, circa una settimana dopo, sia la mia ragazza che io sono stati diagnosticati con la malattia di Lyme dopo aver sperimentato morsi durante il nostro soggiorno. Non possiamo dire per certo da dove proveniva, ma la nostra esperienza nella stanza dell'hotel ha certamente sollevato preoccupazioni. L'esperienza è molto deludente, soprattutto considerando la scarsa gestione di una denuncia relativa all'igiene.
