I attended a wedding at this beautiful venue, which it had won awards for, and rightly so. The venue is ideal for weddings and conferences with a golf course as well. Close to vineyards and breweries in the area. The Vines, however do not have a vineyard or cellar door but do have a few vines in the garden area where our wedding was. The food on the night was delicious. The selection of wines were well thought out as well. Rooms were large, although outdoor seating isn't private and overlooks each room, tennis courts and even the ceremonial garden. There is a great pool and mini golf to keep the kids entertained. Staff were quite pleasant at the bar and restaurant but exceptional service was displayed on the night. I would seriously recommend a wedding and/or conference here.

Il loro personale è molto bello e amichevole. Mi suggerisce anche pochi posti per andare a Margaret River. L'hotel è a piedi distanza dal Langley Park e 30-40 min a piedi al centro della città. Tuttavia, è necessario camminare un po 'di distanza per la fermata del bus se si vuole saltare su un autobus gratuito. Puoi immagazzinare il bagaglio gratis mentre aspetta il check-in. Ci sono un paio di buoni caffè vicino per il tuo caffè mattina. In generale, l'hotel è molto confortevole per soggiornare, tranne per il suo piano igienico, che è piuttosto slippery.

Hotel carino, posizione fantastica lungo la strada dall'oceano e passeggiata verso la città.
Il pub vicino alla porta ha un po'di rumore sabato sera, ma l'hotel è in generale fantastico.
La camera è pulita e confortevole, ci è un ristorante sul sito per un bel colazione continentale ogni giorno, e siamo stati molto grati per il lavaggio gratuito sul sito, mentre abbiamo viaggiato per 7 giorni.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti a Novotel Perth Murray Street e in generale, è stata una piacevole esperienza. L'hotel offre camere decentemente spaziose, moderne, ben progettate e confortevoli. La pulizia era impeccabile, e la stanza è pulita al nostro arrivo. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto un problema di servizio che ha leggermente dedotto dall’esperienza generale. Il dispensatore di lavaggio del corpo nel nostro bagno era vuoto dal giorno uno, e nonostante la sua notevole mancanza, non era riempito durante il nostro soggiorno. Non siamo sicuri se questo fosse un controllo o una riluttanza a rifornire, ma è qualcosa che potrebbe essere migliorato. Ciò detto, la posizione centrale dell'hotel e un eccellente comfort di camera lo rendono una grande scelta per i viaggiatori. Con un po' di più attenzione a tali dettagli, il soggiorno sarebbe stato infettivo.

The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well.
Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night.
But overall still a great place to stay at.

Exceptional. Staff were as welcoming as you can wish for and the room itself was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again. Hats off to the team, this is what a hotel should feel like. Only feedback I could give is the minibar prices need to be easily accessible. I was more than happy to pay the premium for the mini bar, but without a price list available it’s anyone’s guess. Better to be transparent, as I said, I was willing to pay the premium if I knew what it was!
Other than that tiny detail - wonderful.

UUtente ospiteRecently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed.
Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant.
Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day.
Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues.
Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout.
Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these.
Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

I recently stayed at Mountway Hotel Apartment in Perth, and I must say it’s one of the best options in its price range, especially for Asian travelers looking for a long-term stay with self-catering facilities.
Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just 1.1 km from the central train station, and you can hop on free bus services like the Red CAT, Blue CAT, or Green CAT, with stops only 100m to 250m away—perfect for easy commuting. Behind the hotel lies the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden. If you don’t feel like walking the 300m to get there, the Blue CAT will drop you off effortlessly. The accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions is a huge plus.
Cleanliness: While the exterior might look a bit dated, the interior is surprisingly spotless. I booked a room for two, but the bedding and pillows provided were enough for four, which was a nice touch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleanliness.
Facilities: The private kitchen was a highlight—equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, a toaster, a fridge, and enough cutlery, plates, and utensils for four people. They even provide coffee, which I appreciated. However, there are a few downsides: the electric stove is small and outdated, making cooking a bit slow. Also, there’s no salt or basic seasonings provided, nor chopsticks, which might inconvenience Asian guests. The bathroom features a very clean bathtub, but it lacks shampoo and body wash, so you’ll need to bring your own.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d still rate Mountway Hotel Apartment as the best value for money in its category. It’s practical, comfortable, and ideal for Asian travelers who want to stay longer and cook meals to suit their tastes. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Perth!

TTanyaI was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

Tuttavia, i bagni hanno bisogno di alcuni miglioramenti, soprattutto nella zona della doccia. Non c'è spazio per mettere i nostri bagni mentre si bagna. I pannelli di vetro hanno spazio tra loro, così l'acqua scorrerà e renderà il pavimento tutto bagnato.
La zona di lobby è molto a posto.Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli al conto di check-out, perché il nostro volo è solo tardi quel giorno. Grazie!

BBrianQuality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth.

Ppetrina yeoSiamo rimasti come una famiglia di due anni, e non mi sembrava che fosse una 5 stelle, forse più di una 4 stelle.
Quando siamo arrivati tardi, stanchi di una lunga guida, non c'era nessun ragazzo di campanile che ci aiutasse con bagagli diretti verso la stanza, e l'esp con un bambino in arrivo era difficile; ma uno dei nostri sacchetti si rompe e il personale ci aiutava a prendere una borsa dal loro negozio.
Non è stato fornito neppure un torso dentale al giorno di check-in e il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto solo che deve essere richiesto, seriamente, è una necessità molto fondamentale di avere almeno per il primo giorno.
La decorazione era destinata a essere classica, ma abbiamo trovato un po'sombra.
La parte peggiore era che il letto era troppo morbido e svanito, i prossimi giorni avevo un bastone.
Su una nota positiva il bagno era enorme, il bagno era spazioso con due cuscinetti! Il mio bambino godeva il bagno, e anche loro preparavano il cappotto nella stanza quando siamo arrivati, e mi piaceva molto.
Il giorno dopo ho chiesto un seggiolone alto, e il seggiolone era posto in tempo in camera nostra quando siamo tornati.
Anche il colazione era Ala carte, non buffet, ma era ben cucinato - ma non hanno offerto un menu per bambini.
La posizione è vicina al shopping cbd ma notare il parcheggio a Hay Street ha tariffe giornaliere/orari che dovreste fare in base al valore del vostro soggiorno. La maggior parte delle negozi chiude presto circa le 5:00 al momento in cui siamo tornati dalle nostre viaggi di giorno.
In generale questo hotel era più per coppie o per soggiorni di lavoro e non così bambino/familia amico, ma questo è solo il mio parere!

Hotel guests can also sit quietly for a meal behind the bar in the classy diner snd read, relax and recharge. Must try the highly sophisticater 2 Fat Indian 5 star resturant at the hotel, located on the 2nd floor. Alternatively, for more privacy and authenticity the hotel concerige can hail a car/cab to chauffeur to the other 2 fat indian restuarnt situated at nearby Mt Lawley, another sophisticste, urban regentrified yuppie yet child friendly establishment.

Both worth walking around. Room was not that big but can still accommodate the 4 of us for 1 nite. For longer stay, suggest a bigger room.
