L'hotel è molto grande, è un villaggio di vacanza, ci sono molte piscine. All'uscita della porta della stanza si possono vedere i canguro di gruppi di accoppiati. Molti pecore e uccelli vicini, l'ambiente naturale è molto buono.
La stanza è pulita e pulita, gli strumenti di cucina sono completi, le lavastoviglie e i secchi hanno un accessorio, l'unico male è che non sono puliti ogni giorno.Durante il soggiorno, ci sono attrezzature che devono essere sostituite in tempo!
Parcheggio gratuito, atteggiamento della reception molto buono, e le procedure di soggiorno sono molto veloci!Molte supermercati di bevande vicino!

amazing location and nice hotel. but the hotel is clearly very stingy on staff. there is not enough and the ones they have are not at all qualified or experienced to provide the service one would expect for the price and a hotel like this. most of the employees are on working holiday visa and it’s very obvious that they only do this job to make some money and not to make a career, so there is a huge lack of service (can’t really blame the staff, since they simply don’t know better and no one teaches them). we also had no wifi in our room and it took them 3 days to come up with the idea to share the wifi egg that they have…. also several times there was a power outage at the hotel.
overall, as nice the location and the hotel is, i would not go back, since the service is at best equivalent to a hostel…

Place is clean and staff are accommodating and pleasant.
Only that there is no free or complimentary bottled water provided daily by the hotel as part of the services or booking of room like any other 2 o 3 star hotel all over the world. I hope Novotel have complimentary bottled water provided daily.

It was a great and pleasant staying place with complementary breakfast. Simple breakfast such as toasts, fruits, coffee, tea, cereals and pan cakes. $15 dollar to order big breakfast meals is available. Overall is great.

La camera doppia era perfetta per i miei genitori e per me stessa. La camera è spaziosa, ma solo le mancanze sono alcune strutture bagnate (cappe da bagno, tostapane, ecc.) e desideravano che le slip da bagno fossero fornite anche.
La posizione è molto buona - solo a pochi passi da Hay Street e Murray Street dove si possono fare tutti gli shopping. Anche a circa 15-20 min passeggiata alla stazione Perth.Le camere non sono super sonore come possiamo ancora sentire i nostri vicini a porte prossime parlare alti di notte.
Ma in generale, è ancora un posto per rimanere.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room.
The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

Molto piacevole soggiorno. Sicura, pulita, confortevole, grande servizio, grande posizione. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile. Forniscono tutto quello che avete bisogno in hotel, da bagni, vestiti, pantaloni.

UUtente ospiteRecently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed.
Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant.
Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day.
Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues.
Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout.
Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these.
Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

Consigliabile per qualità prezzo ma dovete compravi bombolette spray per scarafaggi se volete starti a lungo.

NNSCKIn generale, una posizione molto bella e un facile accesso al centro di Perth. Il personale era sempre in grado di soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. BBrianQuality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth.

Ppetrina yeoSiamo rimasti come una famiglia di due anni, e non mi sembrava che fosse una 5 stelle, forse più di una 4 stelle.
Quando siamo arrivati tardi, stanchi di una lunga guida, non c'era nessun ragazzo di campanile che ci aiutasse con bagagli diretti verso la stanza, e l'esp con un bambino in arrivo era difficile; ma uno dei nostri sacchetti si rompe e il personale ci aiutava a prendere una borsa dal loro negozio.
Non è stato fornito neppure un torso dentale al giorno di check-in e il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto solo che deve essere richiesto, seriamente, è una necessità molto fondamentale di avere almeno per il primo giorno.
La decorazione era destinata a essere classica, ma abbiamo trovato un po'sombra.
La parte peggiore era che il letto era troppo morbido e svanito, i prossimi giorni avevo un bastone.
Su una nota positiva il bagno era enorme, il bagno era spazioso con due cuscinetti! Il mio bambino godeva il bagno, e anche loro preparavano il cappotto nella stanza quando siamo arrivati, e mi piaceva molto.
Il giorno dopo ho chiesto un seggiolone alto, e il seggiolone era posto in tempo in camera nostra quando siamo tornati.
Anche il colazione era Ala carte, non buffet, ma era ben cucinato - ma non hanno offerto un menu per bambini.
La posizione è vicina al shopping cbd ma notare il parcheggio a Hay Street ha tariffe giornaliere/orari che dovreste fare in base al valore del vostro soggiorno. La maggior parte delle negozi chiude presto circa le 5:00 al momento in cui siamo tornati dalle nostre viaggi di giorno.
In generale questo hotel era più per coppie o per soggiorni di lavoro e non così bambino/familia amico, ma questo è solo il mio parere!

UUtente ospiteThe front desk was friendly, interior was looks new, clean and modern-looking. I requested for a quiet room and upon checking in the staff was kind enough to give me some more options, and was eventually given a higher floor room with good views. There was toothbrush available when asked. Bed was very comfy and I really liked the layout of the room with the blinds to the shower and the closet that links the bathroom and the bed. Managed to visit the pool early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to find the pool water was warm. One little thing though, I found some small insects crawling near the drainage of the shower area in the morning before I was going to check out. It seems like small spiders I'm not sure. But other than that, the whole stay was a really nice one.

CCho Kai JamesNear to the main shopping area in Perth city. Easy access to all the brands and plenty of food options. 15 mins walk to the pier and 20 mins to botanical garden. Both worth walking around. Room was not that big but can still accommodate the 4 of us for 1 nite. For longer stay, suggest a bigger room.

Non potevo parcheggiare nel posto sotto copertura perché il vicino ha preso più di un'area di auto. Quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare più lontano dal nostro appartamento. Almeno potevamo parcheggiare! La nostra stanza era al piano di sopra, ma avevo prenotato un piano terra. Non importa! Era pulito e tedesco. Era molto rumoroso nella camera di fronte a causa del vento della tempesta quella notte. Mia figlia doveva cambiare le camere di letto a causa del rumore. I letti erano confortevoli e caldi. Ho avuto un assistente ancora più bello al check out. In generale, era un bellissimo soggiorno. L'hotel non è di nuovo e sembra un po' stanco, ma non è così male come alcuni posti che ho soggiornato. Lo consiglio alle famiglie, perché è facile trovare e avere facile accesso a Busselton e tutto il suo piacere.
