Australia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Victoria

Grande posizione a soli due o tre minuti dalla stazione della Croce meridionale. Personale carino e accogliente. Camera piccola ma confortevole come il letto. Bagno in bagno ma senza piastra (anche nessuno per la piscina) quindi qual è il punto? Strumenti di ricamo su piastrelle dove la doccia è necessaria per spruzzare o sostituire, non igienico. Non c'è latte nel frigorifero ma disponibile dalla ricezione - MA doveva essere pagato (non in maggio gli anni di viaggio doveva pagare per il latte in un hotel). Nessuna directory dell'hotel, sia fisica che sulla TV, quindi non sapeva se il colazione era ancora disponibile nel caffè del pavimento e non forniti dettagli WiFi (il mio dispositivo è situato per me) Pertanto, per fare di questo un'esperienza molto piacevole, è necessario prestare un'attenzione particolare ai dettagli, perché è un buon hotel e facile da raggiungere.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì una notte, mentre abbiamo prenotato il volo di baloncini caldi, quindi non abbiamo avuto molta possibilità di usare nessuna struttura, eccetto il ristorante. Ci siamo stati a cena e cibo e vino erano grandi. Tuttavia, abbiamo notato che alcuni dipendenti non prestavano molta attenzione agli ospiti asiatici. Quando servivano il cibo all’ospite occidentale, il dipendente presentava il cibo in dettaglio, ma non a noi. Inoltre, ci voleva molto tempo per ottenere i nostri desserti.

Ho prenotato all'ultimo minuto, pochi giorni prima di un evento a Melbourne. Ho ottenuto un'ottima tariffa, quindi non posso lamentarmi del prezzo. La posizione era eccellente per le mie esigenze, vicina al centro città e a diversi ristoranti. C'è anche un supermercato Aldi proprio accanto. Il check-in e, suppongo, il check-out sono stati abbastanza semplici, ma ho avuto l'impressione che il personale alla reception si aspettasse una lamentela e quindi non fosse molto cordiale, almeno finché non si rendeva conto che non avevo nulla da ridire. A dire il vero, la camera andava bene. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo, ma le lenzuola e la doccia erano pulite e per 90 dollari a notte avevo un bilocale con spazio sufficiente per quattro persone, quindi andava benissimo. Dopo la prenotazione ho letto delle recensioni su un altro sito ed è stato angosciante pensare che avrei alloggiato in un hotel sporco e infestato dalle cimici, ma non è stato così. Nel complesso, la stanza era onestamente un po' trasandata, con mobili vecchi, ma c'era un frigorifero di dimensioni standard funzionante, un forno a microonde, una TV funzionante con Netflix, acqua calda e un letto abbastanza comodo con lenzuola pulite.

L'hotel è a soli 10 minuti a piedi fino ai Terminali 1,2,3, e a 5 minuti a piedi fino al Terminal 4. E' più grande del normale Ibis e tutto è nuovo. Ma è necessario pagare AUD15 per camera per utilizzare la piscina e la palestra. La piscina si chiude alle 8 pm. La buona cosa è che il ristorante si chiude alle 10 (arrivo prima per l'ultima ordinazione), che è raro a Melbourne

La stanza era abbastanza grande, anche se non la più pulita. Ci sono stati simili bruci di sigarette sul tavolo? Bagno abbastanza grande, ma un po' datato. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato era ok, ma non lo consiglierei.

Very great location, not too far from Southern Cross. If you're carrying luggage be aware there are stairs leading up to the entrance. Check in was really easy. We were there 30 minutes before our check in time but we were able to get in straight away. All we needed to show was proof of ID. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean however no proper window looking outside which was a shame. There are complementary coffee and tea and milk packets. Stayed for one night only but would visit again.

The room is clean and location is very convenient within walking distance to many attractions in the city. The buffet breakfast is good value for money and delicious with choices of hot and cold breakfasts. The downside is that the bed is too soft for us. Also unpleasant experience with communication of hotel staff about the offer for a breakfast box in place of paid buffet breakfast which we can decide any time we were back for the day, was denied later saying this should be confirmed before 10pm. There was no follow up call or email despite the documented “unconfirmed” request. Also our request to grab something simple quickly was also rejected saying that it was a sit down breakfast and not supposed for take away. Not being helpful at all.

Poiché una piccola casa di legno ha un letto, tre persone possono prenotare due piccole case di legno. La stanza 7 non è così grande ma la stanza 1 è buona. Il pavimento può vedere canguro e uccelli fuori. Il sole è molto bello. I amici dicono che la stanza è molto tranquilla. L'esperienza è migliore della stanza 1.

Over the years we have always loved staying at the Victoria Hotel, and is always our first choice, as it is central, well priced, staff are great and rooms are always clean. However our recent one night stay staff mixed up our room with my next reservation and the lady I spoke to on the phone was quite rude when I told her we had a twin room booked not a double and would like to change. (Not a huge deal to us but one we wanted changed) Down at reception this was fixed up by a lovely man who couldn’t apologies enough for the mix up. Once changing our rooms we noticed that the toilet in the new room was leaking all over the bathroom floor when flushed. We did tell reception which was the same lady I spoke to on the phone, she told us she would get someone to come and fix it, which wasn’t a problem again as we were out the rest of the time. I also mention there was no tv remote as I didn’t want to get the blame. Later In The night when we returned the toilet had not been fixed but they had bought a remote. As it was very late and we were checking out the next day we didn’t bother with reception but did let them know again on check out. Hopefully this issue was a once off.

Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are in good condition most of the time as they are cleaned up to five times a day. Kitchen utensils and storage place are provided and there are enough for everyone to share comfortably. The facilities are great — there’s a lounge, rooftop area, small movie theatre, gym, and even call booths for private calls. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!
