Australia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Victoria

Love the peace and quiet of Balgownie Estate. Near to the winery and close to nature. Especially love the big space room, with heater in the bath was much loved. We barely left the room and just hung out in the room Wished the service level could be improve to make the trip perfect. Have sent 3 emails/query via Trip portal prior to our arrival, to seek advise in getting around Yarra but to no response at all. Upon approach the counter, the attitude of the reception was nonchalant on whatever question we post to them. Could have been better! That aside, Yarra Valley is just simply beautiful!

We had a very frustrating experience trying to check in. The staff member helping us seemed very unfamiliar with the system and initially said my partner couldn’t check in without me, even though the booking was in both of our names. Then when he finally relented, my partner wasn’t able to pay the $50 deposit because the credit card reader wasn’t working properly (or possibly the staff member had messed that up as well?), so he had to hang around for 15 minutes until I turned up. Then, when I was trying to check in the same staff member somehow suddenly ‘lost’ our booking and couldn’t progress… after another 10 minutes the he eventually asked his manager to come help and locate the booking (which the manager did with no issues). The manager was nearby the whole time but didn’t seem interested in helping until the staff member actively requested his assistance, even though it was clear we’d been there for ages - honestly I was about to asks the manager to come over myself. It was absolutely bizarre, overall it took over 30 minutes to check in and was very frustrating. The room was a bit dirty (stains on the curtains and bed headrest) but serviceable.

When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.

Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!

We stayed here overnight on a trip further north. I got it for a great price and couldn’t believe how exceptional this unit was. Everything you could need and so amazingly clean. Holidaying here with children would be fabulous- the facilities were amazing and the grounds beautiful. Cabins are well set out and there’s plenty of space for caravans. Loved it!

L'hotel era un grande prezzo per i soldi, la posizione era perfetta per me e il personale era attento e molto amichevole. Alcune strutture sono attualmente in fase di rinnovamento e chiuse, quindi potrebbe essere utile contattare l'hotel direttamente per un aggiornamento se avete bisogno di pranzo o spa.

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico presso la Collezione MGallery di Hotel Chadstone Melbourne. La stanza era ben stilizzata, pulita e molto confortevole per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro, tutto era ben preparato e di alta qualità. L'accento assoluto del nostro soggiorno era la piscina. Era stupenda, con vista incredibile e un'atmosfera tranquilla e lussuosa. Era il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godere di un po' di tempo tranquillo. La posizione dell'hotel era anche ideale, vicino al centro commerciale Chadstone, che rendeva tutto così conveniente. In generale, una vera 5-star esperienza. Ritorneremo certamente e consigliamo fortemente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Melbourne!

Le camere erano spaziose e i letti erano molto confortevoli. Il pranzo di sabato sera a Bella era un vero trattamento, un menu, che ci ha detto di provare cibi diversi da quelli che ci avremmo ordinati. Il buffet ha una varietà di frutta e i dolci di cioccolato sono scrupolosi. In tutto, un fantastico fine settimana

Armour è un bel motel. Il servizio è veloce e amichevole. Le strutture forniscono tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. Sono vicini i bar e i ristoranti.
