This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕
But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ...
We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ...
If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!!
Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ...
Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel.
Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️

UUtente anonimoLa struttura è molto bella, le camere sono bellissime, il colazione è grande e il servizio di custodia quotidiana è molto buono.
C'era un gentiluomo che ci ha aiutato a trovare l'autobus all'aeroporto, ci ha anche guidati alla fermata per mostrarci dove era, a pochi minuti di distanza, ma molto gentilmente.
Alcune cose e cose da notare:
1. La maggior parte del personale non parla inglese. Usano Google Translate che è efficace per la maggior parte, ma difficile se si deve avere una discussione.
2. La pagina dell'hotel menziona l'aeroporto cadere gratuitamente. L'hotel afferma che non è incluso e impossibile avere una discussione così non poteva fare molto. Non sono sicuri se questo sia un problema trip.com o un problema dell'hotel.
3. Il colazione è davvero molto buono. Ma è un colazione turco fisso, quindi se avete diete può essere difficile. Il personale chiederebbe casualmente “tea, caffè, succo? ”come se fosse tutto compreso e poi quando ci siamo verificati abbiamo ricevuto un conto di 40 sterline per un paio di caffè. Sembra solo il tè è stato incluso. Quando gli abbiamo detto che nessuno ci ha informato se fosse imputabile, tutto quello che hanno fatto era offrirci due caffè al mattino per compensare.
La musica suonava fino alle 1:00.Le prime due notti erano un po'piu' tranquille e si chiuse fino alle 12. Ma l'ultima notte si e'proceduto fino alle 1:00. Quando ci lamentavamo circa 12 dissero: ”Oh, questo è normale, ma ora che alcuni ospiti hanno lamentato, ridurremo il volume. Non ne faceva molto di differenza. Ieri sera, li', completamente rovinato i bellissimi giorni che avevamo li'.

UUtente ospiteIl personale è stato professionale e disponibile a rispondere alle domande. Posizione centrale, vicino a Basmane Gar e circondato da ristoranti, negozi e collegamenti di trasporto, in particolare il treno da e per l'aeroporto. Deposito bagagli prima e dopo il check-in e il check-out senza costi aggiuntivi. Letti generalmente puliti e comodi. Lo scarico del water è stato riparato immediatamente quando era bloccato. Una volta terminato l'orario della colazione, è stato consentito portare via gli avanzi. Il personale di F&B, Maru e Aya, è stato efficiente e laborioso. Altamente raccomandato.

OOzgeDemOverall, we had a good experience during our stay. The hotel offers a generous breakfast and dinner buffet with plenty of variety, which we really enjoyed.
The location is convenient. There is a supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the minibus stop is located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around.
The swimming pool was excellent, with plenty of sun loungers available, so it was always easy to find a place to relax.
However, there were also some disappointing aspects. The hotel had very few facilities and activities available. Most activities required advance reservations, and there was not much entertainment within the hotel itself.
The staff were friendly, but many of them seemed very young and inexperienced. As a result, the overall management and service did not always meet the standards we expected from a five-star hotel. The drinks were also quite expensive, and unfortunately the quality did not justify the price. For example, we ordered a strawberry milkshake, but after waiting around 20 minutes, we were told that the necessary ingredients were out of stock. Situations like this are disappointing, especially when staying at a hotel that advertises itself as a five-star property.
That said, if your main goal is to relax, enjoy the beach, and have a peaceful holiday, this is still a good place to stay.

Il bagno è pulito e luminoso, con attrezzature di alta qualità. Il personale è professionale e amichevole, e il processo di check-in è smooth. Il colazione offre una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose. Convenientemente situato, è una scelta ideale per i viaggiatori di attività e di svago.

Delicious food and great service. Also in room fishing was tasty and nice(see pic below!).
Location wise perfect to walk anywhere around the area(old market) or more vibrant area full of restaurants and cafes.
I was busy so couldn’t enjoy the pool but my mum went and she was very happy.
Only thing missing I would say toiletries products. We only got shower caps.
Cannot wait to be back!

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

UUtente ospiteDue letti 1.5m sono molto adatto per la gita della famiglia. La piazza è molto grande. La notte è anche tranquilla. È la posizione relativamente lontana. Non c'è negozio prima e dopo il villaggio. Ci sono diversi ristoranti intorno. Non c'è cibo cinese. Non c'è posto per la strada. Esce con auto o auto da bagno. L'hotel manca una piscina. Se c'è una piscina all'interno e all'esterno, E'perfetto.

UUtente ospiteRimasi qui per un breve viaggio e trovai l'hotel pulito, comodo e ben situato per esplorare Rotorua. L'iscrizione era pulita e il personale era utile durante il mio soggiorno. La stanza era tranquilla e aveva tutto ciò che era necessario per una breve visita. In generale, era una base conveniente per la vista e intendevo restare ancora per un altro viaggio.
