One of best Hotel I have ever visited. Cleanliness and Environment is 5/5 i wish i could stay long. Very Friendly Staff!! Yes i will visit this hotel again whenever i come to nanaimo.

Il servizio era buono, ma ci erano tinture sul letto e capelli sul pavimento anche dopo la manutenzione della casa, sperando che potessero migliorare un po' la pulizia.
e l'acqua non era abbastanza calda, eccetto che tutto il resto è a posto.

The location is next to sky train station. The room with living room was very nice but there were a lot of dust everywhere. There was not much choice for breakfast and dinner.
The escalator from sky train station to hotel did not work. We had to take our luggage up the stairs. The hotel looks dated and lack of maintenance. The swimming pool was nice. The sunset was also nice.

Il personale è buono, il buon hotel è bello e moderno. Potrebbe utilizzare qualche sicurezza o pattuglie per parcheggio esterno. Parcheggio sotterraneo era pieno e ppl parco come stronzi divertiti, ma tutto è stato buono come al solito. È ciò che si aspetta per un hotel in città principe George in una notte di venerdì.

A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again.

Hotel is nice, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds. Right around the corner from a couple of fantastic restaurants, but do keep in mind that Prince George is not the safest place to walk around. My biggest disappointment is that there is no hot tub, only a very small swimming pool. The clerk at check-in was nice enough, but terrible at communication. There was also no ketchup at the breakfast buffet, which is a small detail but devastating when the buffet is mainly eggs and potatoes.

LLLTYDIl personale del conteggio era così gentile da accoglierci nella stanza disabilitata quando lo chiedo. Tutto in camera sembrava grande, tranne che non c'era un vero gabinetto per vestire. E hanno fornito solo due pendenti (ho allegato una foto). L'hotel è circondato da diversi ristoranti e centri. A breve passeggiata al Walmart e al Lansdowne Centre. Vicino alla stazione Skytrain e alle fermate degli autobus. Il parcheggio è enorme e può ospitare un sacco di auto (con un minimo di parcheggio se siete un ospite dell'hotel).

AAce HongAll satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive ”supposed to be free” breakfast.

UUtente ospiteNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

JJanineLBWe visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous.
However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly.
Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

VVedanandHo avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver. Quello che si è appena scoperto è stato il servizio. Il personale era eccellente, veloce a rispondere, e molto affidabile ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa. Ha reso l'intera esperienza senza stress.
Le strutture superavano le mie aspettative, soprattutto per il prezzo, e tutto si sentiva ben mantenuto e confortevole, quindi si sentiva certamente come un grande valore per i soldi.
Devo anche menzionare il cibo, che era davvero delizioso, con ingredienti di buona qualità e porzioni generose, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa e ha aggiunto un sacco al soggiorno generale.
In generale, avrei decisamente raccomandato questo posto se si sta cercando comfort, buon servizio, e solido valore nel centro di Vancouver.

MMikki LizIt was my second time staying at this hotel.
There were two things I really needed to mention.
First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.”
I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy.
After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in.
Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before.
The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲
The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor.
The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers.
The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

The breakfast included was definitely the best part of the stay because it wasn't a continental breakfast but a freshly made egg omelet with sausage, waffles, bagels, and of course coffee or tea. The downside of the stay was being close to a busy road and traffic can be a little noisy.
