I had a wonderful stay at Al Hamra Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah with my family. The hospitality was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite at no extra cost. The suite was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel's location, amenities, and service made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

+ staff at the receptionand front desk manager Mr. Sameh are amazing, very friendly and helpful , good location - small rooms, cleaning staff forgot changing towels had to remind them 3 times ( 3 days ) seems they need more training.

Excellent customer service by Mr Ashiqur at the reception and surprise upgrade of rooms to Royal Suite made our day. It was awesome experience. Also the staff Mr Rabnawaz was very helpful. All over the hotel and all the staffs were very good.

Il manager del desk front era molto amichevole e utile. Solo il problema era che i parcheggi non erano sufficienti, soprattutto quando si visita durante le vacanze. Potresti dover aspettare che qualcuno esca.

La stanza è enorme e si affaccia sul mare, il che è fantastico. Appena arrivato in hotel, qualcuno ha preso i tuoi bagagli, li ha accompagnati fino alla tua camera e ti ha presentato le strutture dell'hotel e i ristoranti. La mattina presto sono andato in spiaggia davanti all'hotel per una passeggiata e una nuotata. È stato super rilassante.

This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

Il prezzo è stato sorprendente. Il positivo è la grande dimensione della camera familiare e 3 bagni. Inoltre, è la pressione dell'acqua di capra e Internet di buona qualità. In alcuni hotel 5 stelle non lo otterrete. Il cibo ordinato in camera era delizioso. Vedi solo cosa possono fare meglio: essere più amichevoli nel servizio di ordine in camera. Windows dal terzo piano non dovrebbe essere in grado di aprire, perché i bambini possono cadere fuori. La pulizia può essere migliore senza punta. Con punta è al top. Dovrebbero esserci anche piccole tovaglie per le mani. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa per appendere le tovaglie, eccetto la porta. Attenzione che questo hotel non riceverà il cattivo nome come il Julfar, per esempio.

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….
