The hotel is in an alley could be hard to find for first time i did need to come back at 2pm so no early check in Room was clean with few good english channel i got the 6 floor it was quiet One thing i one to point out is there's not much power outlet on my room so if you want to use a laptop it would be difficult

Ottimo luogo vicino alla spiaggia e a piedi dai negozi di caffè e ristoranti. La scelta di una vasta gamma di colazione ogni mattina tardi o presto sarebbe buona per il momento a causa dei numeri. La palestra è ben servita con peso libero e macchine, la piscina è decente con la maggior parte coperta dal sole. In generale, una buona impressione e una breve vacanza sulla spiaggia e luogo per rilassarsi

Il nostro soggiorno al Diamond Bay Resort and Spa è stato assolutamente incredibile. Fin dall'inizio, abbiamo chiesto un upgrade e ci hanno dato un bungalow enorme e spazioso. Era così grande e confortevole, ci è piaciuto tantissimo! Per tutto il tempo che siamo stati lì, ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo gli unici ospiti. L'atmosfera era così calma e rilassante, semplicemente perfetta per rilassarsi. Tutto di questo posto era fantastico. Lo staff, il servizio e tutto ciò che abbiamo visto intorno a noi, era tutto meraviglioso. La colazione era deliziosa, le spiagge erano meravigliose e i sentieri erano così tranquilli. Abbiamo anche adorato i piccoli passeggini che ci hanno portato dalla nostra camera alla reception e ritorno. La spa era meravigliosa e il ristorante serviva cibo così gustoso. Abbiamo persino ricevuto i pasti in camera, il che è stato molto comodo. Il servizio lavanderia è stato super veloce: hanno lavato i nostri vestiti in un paio d'ore e ce li hanno riportati freschi. Lo staff era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo bisogno. Ci hanno fatto sentire così speciali e ben accuditi. È difficile credere quanto velocemente siano volati i nostri 10 giorni. Stiamo già sognando di tornare in questo paradiso. Il Diamond Bay Resort and Spa è davvero un posto magico e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

The location is a bit far away. The service is ok. However, the room is full of small dry shells (from tree outside?) near the glass towards the balcony. The biggest issue is the loss of direction to the room. The signs pointing to the rooms aren’t immediately clear ending up going in a merry-go-around manner. The fridge was not powered up when checked in. There were 2 bottles of water that were complimentary but other 2 larger bottles that were not and 2 cans of pepsi scattering on the table. The bathroom was spacey and clean though.

This place is far out but that’s what I was going for. A quiet, peaceful spot near the beach. However, you need to go prepared. Have enough fluids, snacks and most importantly, cigarettes if you’re a smoker as a pack will set you back 85000. I understand it’s resort but you don’t have to exploit the guests. A pack costs 30000 so they’re almost tripling the price. A buggy takes you around the resort at regular intervals which is nice and convenient. The private beach area is a slice of paradise. The pool is big and it is always kept clean with sufficient towels to use. Read a review that there wasn’t any housekeeping so I made up my own bed that 1st morning. When I got back later in the day, housekeeping was indeed there and remade the bed to a more professional standard. If you’re looking for luxury at an affordable price, I’d definitely recommend this resort. My stay was absolute bliss.

Hotel nella media, a giudicare dalle recensioni mi aspettavo sicuramente di più. Il letto è comodo, la vista è buona, ma non ovunque. Nella camera deluxe vista mare si vede il mare solo avvicinandosi alla finestra. E così è la vista della casa vicina, e la casa vicina ha la vista di te sdraiato sul letto. La vasca è semplicemente una cabina doccia in vetro al centro della stanza. E vale anche la pena notare che un normale hotel si trova solo al 29 ° piano: c'è un intero piano dell'hotel. Ai restanti piani si trovano stanze singole tra ingressi sporchi. L'attesa per gli ascensori è molto lunga.

Room was very spacious with comfortable bed and perfect wi-fi. Bathroom was also big, but with mould on the ceiling and leaking shower. ”View to the city” was actually the view to the wall of the opposite building through very dirty window. Fridge is really weak, even on the maximum level it just cools a little bit, not freezes. Nearby the hotel there are private houses that have noisy roosters which were screaming all day long since the early morning, so I couldn't sleep well. Also the cleaning staff was knocking on the door even with ”do not disturb” sign
