Francia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Grand Est

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è in realtà piuttosto buona, ma c'è un tratto di strada acciottolata che conduce all'hotel, rendendo difficile trascinare i bagagli. Se avete bagagli, potete anche raggiungere l'hotel tramite un sentiero sterrato simile a un parco nelle vicinanze. Se arrivate di notte, i taxi non vi porteranno all'ingresso dell'hotel; ci sono due posti di blocco e dovrete trascinare la valigia. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e vengono fornite pantofole riutilizzabili. Il personale è gentile e cordiale. È molto comodo per scattare foto alla cattedrale e alla Petite France al mattino presto e alla sera.

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

L'ambiente, la posizione e il servizio sono tutti molto buoni. È adatto a chi arriva in auto, con due supermercati super grandi proprio fuori. C'è anche un supermercato asiatico nelle vicinanze e il parcheggio è molto spazioso. Il servizio di lavanderia costa 10 euro.

Hotel affascinante ed elegante, servizio eccellente in piscina con champagne freddo e altre bevande, acqua da piscina a temperatura ideale e cucina deliziosa al ristorante (meglio scargot che abbiamo mai mangiato) Ringrazio il personale dell'hotel (soprattutto quando la signora che ci ha ospitati era molto simpatica ed efficace) tutti i membri del personale che ci ha ospitati con molta professionalità e buon umore in tutti gli spazi dell'hotel!

Hotel è stato fantastico! La camera è abbastanza grande per aprire due bagagli. La doccia era grande, riscaldata ma la testa della doccia non rimane in posizione, quindi si può tenerla solo durante il bagno. Altrimenti, usi la doccia piovana. lo shampoo e il condizionatore sono abbastanza asciutti e non funziona bene se si Vengono da un paese più umido. Il centro turistico è molto vicino a un piccolo supermercato e la zona è molto promenata alle principali attrazioni turistiche. un centro turistico vicino anche ma non ha controllato. Sono fornite strutture per le camere da letto su richiesta. anche se l'AC non ha lavorato al primo ma il cameriere è venuto rapidamente Per correggere.Il letto era comodo.La TV non funziona se stai guardando alcuni spettacoli. Tuttavia, resta buono.

I like this hotel. It's like entering another world. The staff have a pleasant dress code, it has an original decoration style and vibe. I like the breakfast room with the music. You leave that hotel in a good mood. Otherwise room are spacious, clean. They have a rooftop terasse, spa and sauna which I did not use. Lobby area is cozy with the sofa and the vibe. Hotel is just located in the center of the city and next to a shopping cetmbter. The don't serve dinner it seems, but enough restaurant surrounding it. And for those coming by car, there are lots of public parking space or private parking lot. I would totally recommend

Realmente piacevole soggiorno a Novotel Colmar, pulito, grande servizio, molto bel colazione, molto atteggiamento attento nei confronti dei bambini e dei bambini, ricevono anche un regalo da un hotel all'arrivo. Raccomandato. Camera esecutiva è una grande scelta per le famiglie

Grande posizione vicino alla cattedrale !  Facile da raggiungere intorno al centro della città e molte opzioni di ristorante vicino.  Le camere sono un po' vecchie, ma considerando la posizione, potrebbe essere la migliore opzione nella zona.  Molto raccomandato !
